Stellar experience from start to finish. Paula was phenomenal. We were buying a vehicle sight unseen (we live 6 hours away) and she went above and beyond in ensuring the vehicle was exactly in the condition we were expecting. Guess what? My wife and I bought a used Cadillac from Donnie Reston at BMW of Lubbock. Donnie and everyone else at the company were very professional. M'Lis Landis helped us get an extended warranty for our car. The service department gave the car a check up to make sure it was safe and ready to go. We are completely satisfied with our experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. New or used.

Unfortunately, even though I've only had my truck for less than a year, it already needs a new transmission. BMW had assured me that their CPO program is strict, but from the very beginning, my truck has been shifting hard. The salesman I dealt with initially claimed that this was normal. Despite having only driven it for approximately 6 to 8 thousand miles from ownership.On top of how displeasing this dealership was, the amount of time I had to waste here was unnecessary as well as unacceptable.

The experience I had while purchasing my vehicle was phenomenal and absolutely beyond my expectations! The level of service, the attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere of the dealership was simply incredible. My son's car broke down on a Saturday night, he was in town for a Tech football game, and we decided to tow it to you guys. I scheduled and online appointment for a diagnostic visit. I spoke with Tim early that Monday morning and he was awesome. We live over 500 miles away near Beaumont, I was contacted that afternoon with the video from the technician, given an estimate, and told it would take two days to receive the part. Thursday afternoon I was notified the car was ready and I paid from a link that was sent right to my phone. Because of the distance and school my son could not arrive until Friday, he took a Greyhound that was 2 hours delayed. He picked it up on Saturday. This was the smoothest and easiest experience ever! You will say it again Tim is awesome!

TOP NOTCH!!!! When you expect great service and someone still beats your expectation - it s an amazing thing (BMW of Lubbock).My wife (and kids) visited TX Tech this past week and had a blowout just outside Post (45 min away from Lubbock).First, they helped locate and hold the tires for the car.Then the concierge personally drove from Lubbock to Post to pick up my family.BMW contacted the towing service and arranged for the car to be picked up and brought to Lubbock.They kept us informed the entire time and were lovely and reassuring.That s the way you win business, keep business and have your customers advertise to others for new business.

The team in Lubbock was really helpful, I drove in from Austin and my brake light came on. I was only in Lubbock for 2 days then had to drive back but the guys were amazing and got my car in that night and back to me the next afternoon so I could get on the road! Absolutely recommend

I ve never had a bad experience at a Cavender dealership and BMW was no different. Excellent service and price! The loaner vehicle made a huge difference because I drove from Canyon and being able to explore around Lubbock and grab lunch was very nice. Thanks for the great service and for cleaning my car for me at no extra cost!

Bought our vehicle in January cancelled our warranty, finance manager was very rude after we cancelled the warranty. General manager promises to forward cancellation paper work then never sends them. It s been over 8 weeks. I don t understand. They were very nice during sale process.

The service advisors at Cavender BMW are great. Tim, Justin and Matt are all wonderful to work with. Shout out to all three of them! The mechanics who do the actual repairs do a really good job. I ve always been satisfied.

This dealership refuses to acknowledge their wrongdoing and my review magically got deleted, so I'm posting again to alert others. I've never met a more condescending and dishonest BMW dealer -- and I've owned three other BMWs before!First, this Lubbock dealership tried to increase the price by $2,000 after I told them I'm ready to buy at the listed price. Then, agreed to change it back, but told me there's a "non-negotiable ceramic protectant called AutoButler" that will be an extra $1,950!! I declined, and they said "too late, we already applied it, but we'll give it to you at cost." Then turned around and tried to lie that their cost is $1,550, when I know from other dealers it's only around $195. When I told them, the manager replied "maybe this is not the car for you" -- implying I can't afford it.I walked away, reported them, and bought a nicer, newer X7 closer to home, in San Antonio. My new dealer has no such scam products and could barely believe it happened at a licensed BMW dealership when I told them what happened to me.

I live in NM and had to look out of state to find my car after talking with several other dealerships Jacob and Peyton stood out by providing excellent customer service and communication. They were both extremely helpful and Peyton drove my car to me to save me a trip to Lubbock. Again excellent customer service and communication through the entire process.

First of all, it is difficult to get hold of service people. They rarely return calls. When you finally get hold of them, they all have different information about vehicle status. Only service manager was able to provide me with timely updates.My car was at this shop for 2 month.� When I came in to pick it up, low coolant level sign was on. They added coolant and it just leaked through my car to the ground. As they found out, coolant reservoir was busted. Noone evidently test drive it before releasing car, or checked it, as I specifically asked to check for coolant and oil leaks. If I would not notice low coolant, my engine would be ruined.Next day, battery died, and I noticed grease leak. Local mechanick discovered that one of the CV axels was cracked. Called BMW,� left a message, noone returned my call. Also I found a new dent on my car, which was not there before. Therefore, they treated me absolutely unprofessionally with questinsble etics.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or manipulative. They were fair and transparent with the process. Plus, fast once we made a decision. We had been looking for a vehicle for several days and knew what we were looking for. They helped us get through the process quickly so I could make it to an appointment with my son. It was all very smooth! Give them a shot at your business you won t regret it!

Paula was our salesperson to get us in the perfect X5 and when we needed to go in to have the windshield repaired because of a rock chip, April in service was very helpful. I have a newborn and needed a private place to feed her while the repair was done and all of the staff was helpful and accommodating to make us both comfortable.

Expensive but worth it for the guarantee on services. Tim is a great service advisor and a nice guy. Have done lots of business with him in the last couple of years and am never disappointed in the work done on my car.

Just want to start off by saying buying the new G87 M2 at this dealership has been the best car buying experience ever. I had to drive here from San Antonio almost a 6 hour drive. But after picking up my car driving back felt like worth it. My sales person Trinity Walters is the best sales person I ve ever seen, she is very professional and did a great job of communicating with me so that everything was transparent when I came in to pick up the car. Walking in the dealership I was greeted by everyone and they were all super friendly. Definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who s looking for a BMW in Texas.
