Stacie was super kind and friendly. While they weren t able to work on my particular vehicle, she gave me recommendations on where to go and I wouldn t hesitate calling them again to use their shop.

I had them build my transmission after it started to slip while pulling my trailer around town. They gave me a lot of options to choose from on how I wanted it to be built they informed me of the possible pros and cons. I got put into the schedule for a Monday and I got the truck back on Friday. Everything was super clean and Shelby walked me through the break in process and what the transmission would tolerate. I haven t had any trouble since I brought it to them and it is easily the best purchase I have made for my truck. It never skips a beat and stays noticeably cooler while hauling something. I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or any custom work.

This is the best diesel shop I have ever been to. Stacie (mom) and Shelby (son) treated me like family. I felt like a Bledsoe by the time I picked up my truck. They fixed every problem others couldn t and did it with great communication and honesty. Their bill was itemized and fair. I travel across the nation for a living and will never know when my truck will break down. But I promise you that I will have my truck shipped to their shop when it does. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thanks Bledsoe Diesel for the amazing service, communication, and honesty.

At first we were so pleased that we had worked with them. The fuel economy of our 2010 Dodge improved and all was well... Until we got the truck inspected. I had told Shelby when I got my quote that we wanted to keep the stock exhaust. I found out that instead of gutting the catylitic converter and putting it back on and putting the muffler back on, they eliminated all of it. Needless to say, when I called, I was told that I should have known and that it was my own fault. Instead of trying to make it right they basically told me I was on my own. So now I have to spend even more money to get it back to a point where I can register the vehicle again before I can send my son to his next military duty station across the country.

I have used Bledsoe Diesel in the past with great results! More recently, I had an issue arise and took my truck to a local Ford dealer only because it was still under warranty. I told the dealer what I suspected to be the problem and even pointed out specifically, the Ford service bulletin that related to the problem. The Ford dealer kept my truck for several days and called me back to say they weren t quite sure what the problem was. I took my truck directly to Bledsoe and had my suspensions confirmed (bad torque converter). Instead of billing me several thousand dollars the guys at Bledsoe went out of their way to contact a different Ford dealer. They made arrangements to have my truck taken there and the work done under warranty. Bledsoe Diesel could have easily not said a word and done the work leaving me on the hook for a large repair bill. Instead they went out of their way to help me out!

I sooo wanted this to be a 5-star! I have been working with Bledsoe for a bit to decide on the right delete and exhaust system for my 2018 RAM3500. Over the course of our discussions, two different systems were presented as options for my truck. As explained to me, one (slightly more $$ EFI system) included a physical video screen that allowed real time monitoring of engine performance, etc. The second system (EZLink) allowed slightly less information, but via an app on my phone (that would also spit out any engine code info). Through the course of several conversations leading up to my purchase I had clarified both the price and features of each system. As I was getting ready to make the appointment for install, I was told that the EFI system (more $$) was not an ideal fit due to the year of my truck and that they recommended the EZLink (less $$), to which I agreed even though I had already sold myself on the additional cost and the cool external screen. During a final call prior to making the appointment, I confirmed that ALL parts were in stock, since I would be travelling 2 hours each way and taking time off of work to get the truck done in one shot. It was confirmed that parts were in stock and all the work could be completed in one day appointment booked for Wednesday the next week!Long story only slightly shorter, after getting the message that my truck was ready for pick up, I arrived back at the shop to discover they had NOT installed the cold air intake because they were OUT OF STOCK on the filters and they offered to let me take home the housing AND INSTALL MYSELF! HA!During the course of deciding what to do it was also revealed that the EZLink system did not in fact have an associated app that displayed all the cool techno digits to me! This is not what I was sold at all!! But now it is too late to do anything about it.As far as I am concerned this is one step shy of straight-up robbery and flat out lying to get the sale. I only have myself to blame really for not getting everything in writing ahead of time with a full spec sheet of features and functions. I guess you just assume with a shop like this that thrives on custom work that their word and explanation of what I would be getting would match reality not to mention their inventory management. No offers were made to fix the situation, other than to come back (take another vacation day) and they would finish the install next week, gee thanks!Under no circumstances can I recommend these guys, if my experience was anything close to normal for them, go to literally any other shop in Texas!

Family owned and operated. Great family with very fair prices. They helped me out in a bind and fit me in. I will be coming back with anything I need done to my truck. I highly suggested using them for your diesel needs. A++

Great people, extremely knowledgeable, and by far the best around for custom diesel work and tuning. If you want your 9,000 diesel to out perform a Corvette (without blowing up), this is the place to go!

Friendly honest staff. I always go in the doubt when it comes to mechanics. They are very transparent and informative on what is wrong and how it is going to be fixed. Highly recommend.
