I came on Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. The 3 youngsters that work there are fantastic. One of them diagnosed an issue I ve been trying to figure out for years, the Ford dealership couldn t help me. Highly recommend!

These people are awesome. I went n to get my tire pressure sensor light to go off on my dash. I had already checked the tire pressure at 32 pounds. They changed the pressure to 34 like it is specified. And the light went off. They could have easily charged me but they didn t. So nice to deal with honest people like them!ThanksParker

Highly recommended! Living away over 5 hours they have fixed our daughters jeep twice. Great service and people! Had an issue with the part installed as it failed and these guys handled it for us. The issue was not on Birdsong , it was an issue with the mfg of the part. Couldn t be more thankful for this business and the way they treat customers! We will be customers for life (or throughout our children s college years) will and do recommend to everyone in the Lubbock area! Thank you for being an honest company !!!!!

went today for my oil change and was in and out fast!! they fixed all my tire pressures from it being cold then hot here in lbk and me just having girl brain i tend to over fill them ! they don t charge outrageous and they offer snacks and drinks while you sit :)! 10/10 recommend!!

It was the fastest I have ever had a vehicle repaired and back. 2 day from drop off to pick up. It was very expensive. Haven't had any problems with it since everything seems to be good. Will return and hope I never haveto

I would like acknowledge an interaction that I had with Heath from Birdsong Automotive about my transmission.Heath was great. His insight to my problem was very helpful to me.What I really appreciated was the candor he displayed.It wasn t about the MONEY it was about ME (The Customer) and what would be most beneficial for my situation.Thank you Heath for your RESPECT.Definitely recommend Birdsong Automotive.

My first experience:I was pleasantly greeted upon entering the business. Explained my issue to the service advisor. After an inspection, I was told what service was needed and the amount of the charge, which I felt was reasonable. Within an hour from the time I walked into the building, I drove away as an extremely satisfied customer.

Birdsong is expensive, but they did very good work in a timely manor. Their cost estimate was actually a little higher than the Ford dealer, but they were able to get my truck in right away whereas the dealer could not.

Crazy circumstances but Birdsong Automotive was courteous and professional. If you need a trustworthy choice in Lubbock for your auto repairs, I highly recommend Birdsong. Especially for parents with students at TTU

Had my car towed here for an electrical problem that ended up being a bad fuse and weak battery.Three stars for the following reasons:-They told me they had a $130 diagnostic fee and would call me with an estimated repair cost and for authorization of further work. I never received a call and they proceeded to do $800 of diagnostic work before calling to inform me.-The price seems excessive and maybe indicates their technicians lack the experience to diagnose automotive electrical problems in a timely manner. Electrical issues can be challenging to diagnose so take this for what it s worth. I ve had better mechanics in the past.-I was told they would get my car in to be seen in 2-3 days. A full week went by before they even started looking at it. It was 2 weeks until I was able to come pick the car up.The people I interacted with were friendly and the facility is nice. They did find the problem and fixed my car which is why the rating isn t lower. I think this could have been done faster by more skilled mechanics and more upfront pricing (a quoted $130 diagnostic fee turned into $800 without my authorization). I feel three stars is being generous here.Service: Electrical repair

As always, Birdsong treated me fairly and did good work. I use them for things like alignments and things I can't do on my own but I recommend them to all my friends for their automotive work

I was greeted with a friendly staff. Cade and Joel took care of every call and concern that I had about my pickup. The shop areas were spotless and the workers were dressed clean and ready to help with questions. My estimate was fair and my total price not above what was expected. From the oil change to the tire ordering and replacement and just about everything in between the team at Birdsong really out did themselves and especially my expectations. They were friendly, informative, honest and timely. Great experience and will always go back for all my vehicle needs. 10//10 recommend. Had the AC go out in my truck. So I bought a brand new condenser. Planned on installing the condenser myself , until had to leave town. My mother decided to go out and have it done for me. She goes hear with the part and get it done.I have to say, at first was very impressed at how quickly they turned my vehicle back around to her. It took them one day, however upon looking at the invoiceI noticed they charged her $800 in labor? Bare in mind, this is for one days work w/ a furnished condenser that I bought myself. Diagnostic test was $135 and then they said wiring and Freon was expensive.Upon doing the math, it wasn t $100.The total bill was north of $1k. I was appalled. So I called birdsong and spoke to the service manager that guy assured me that they are very competitive on their pricing.You be the judge.

Heath at Birdsong was very professional and friendly with any matters.He took the time to explain what was going on, and what they needed to do to fix the issues on my truck. As well as why they are important.Before they did any work they investigated\diagnosed everything got a game plan together and let me know what they found, and an estimate.We all know vehicle repair is costly, but he broke the cost down in easy to understand terms and made us feel better about the total.Turn around time was fantastic as well, they made sure everything worked like it should. If I need anything else in the future they will be my #1.These guys were great especially Heath. Fantastic service at the oil change bay. I had a leak after receiving an oil change from another place in town two weeks ago. I even took my truck back to that place and they were unable to spot the issue. The guys at Birdsong saw that it was a missing o ring very quickly and fixed it.
