These guys are fair and honest. I would recommend working with James specifically.He helped me through my entire process of getting my mercedes. He was quick, professional, and got my plates/registration the very next day! If you need a ride go to these guys!

Bought a car here and leaving the place my check engine light came on. I didn't have the money to get it fixed or even looked at. I was able to drive it for maybe 2 weeks until my transmission gave out. I bought the car Feb 21. Mind you the only reason I bought the vehicle so quickly was because I was already spending hundreds of dollars doing Uber and Lyft rides since my wreck on Jan 10. I'm finally able to get my car looked at and it's 1,000 - 1,500 to get a new transmission. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I just bought a vehicle and the day that I brought it home ,it overheated. I had a mechanic look at it and they found a leak coming from the water pump showing signs that it had been there for a while. The moonroof doesn t work. I had to take it in Nissan dealership to get it closed ,when I went back to B&R Eagle motors and asked them to fix the water pump. They told me that they sold the car to me as is! They were no help at all. I don t think they even care about their customers they just wanna make sales.

I did not buy a vehicle from here and I ll tell you why. I m from Amarillo. We found a vehicle that had a low price. This vehicle was a 2014. So for the price I felt something must be wrong. So I asked the salesman. Why is it so much lower than the other vehicles I ve been seeing? What s wrong with it? The salesman replied nothing is wrong with it. It s a holiday sales price . Okay sounds to me so we make the drive to go see it. When we arrive to see the vehicle the first thing I was told was that the vehicle s passenger door handle is broken on the inside but can be replaced in 20 minutes. Cool no big deal. Then he says the motor mount is also broken and that it should cost about $300 to fix it.I WAS LIED TO! I drove to buy a vehicle that I was told nothing is wrong with it but is in fact broken and unsafe. I was lied to before I even met the guy. I wouldn t recommend anyone make the drive to this place unless you enjoy being lied to, if so this is your place.

Very nice and professional! Clean shop and a nice selection of cars for all types of people. i talked with randy about my budget and what i needed and he helped me with everything and never gave me any un needed info. i would recommend B&R motors to anyone looking for a new car!

A month ago I bought a BMW from B&R, the guys were very friendly, they explained and showed me everything. Very pleasant experience. Yesterday I went to the mechanic to check my BMW, the technical car is in excellent condition. Definitely will recommend to do business with them.

Bought a truck from them. As soon as we were getting home the engine light came on. Found out it's the catalytic converter. A new one cost $800. And the touchscreen freezes and sometimes unresponsive. and there might be something wrong with the gas tank. These guys are bunch of rip off. I don't know how they are still in business.

People were great, not denying that. But I also feel extremely misled. Said there were no major issues they saw..huge lie, it was very obvious that it needed many repairs. Spent over $1000 in repairs first week I got it, finally thought everything was good, today I take it out(haven t driven it much) and the check engine light is on . Plus it s been needing new tires. So I might have to spend a lot more over what I already paid for the vehicle. I m a college student, I don t exactly have the budget for this. Yes the people are nice, but advice- just pay a little more from a dealership, it ll be cheaper in the long run, wish I had done it. Should ve been suspicious when they didn t allow me to take it to a mechanic for a quick checkup first.

Saw the post about the vehicle on social media. My son went and test drove it and it was having issues. He didn't even drive it off the lot and it turned off on him several times. He took it back and told them what was happening. They said it was the spark plugs and a oil sensor. Said they would fix it, no extra fees. My son bought the car and had to pay more fees for parts and labor. Then, a few hours later the car messes up again. Battery and alternator are shot. When you advertise there's nothing wrong with the vehicle and there clearly is, that's false advertising. I know you want to make a sale, but be honest about things. What a RIP OFF!! Shady people to the core!!

Don't recommend this place! February 17, 2024 I bought a vehicle from them. Services was polite and friendly. February 18, 2024 I have car problems, February 19,2024 I took it back and nothing was resolved. Now my car is in a shop and now I have put more money into a car that I was Told nothing wrong with it. Information details about vehicles are dishonest.

Eagle Motors is hands down the best place to do business if you re in the market for a vehicle. The owner is reputable and beyond professional. This establishment is well run and takes the pain out of finding your next purchase. I would recommend doing business here over the other dealerships/car lots in the western part of this great state.

Idk if these reviews are legit because everyone I ve talked to that has gotten cars from here has nothing but negative stuff to say about this place and at first I didn t believe it until my dad bought a car for 9k and it only worked enough to get us home after an hour driving it car slows down and won t go higher then 50 mph and the check engine light turn on and they won t do nothing about it so he just lost 9k
