Larry R. and Brian helped me out answering all my questions as I was working on an unfamiliar car. They both shared their knowledge with me and we go to the right parts once we established that the engine was replaced. Both were a great help!!!

Went here this morning to have the battery for my car charged and tested. After one hour of them having it on the charger, they told us the battery was no good. Not being able to purchase a new one, we took it back and hooked it back up to my car. I then jumpstarted my car with a pickup and drove the car around for about 10 minutes, parked it, turned it off and then checked to see if it would start on its own. To our surprise, it did! To test things further, we waited 30 more minutes and the car started again with no jumpstart!! Do NOT go here to have your battery charged. They will lie to you and tell you your battery is no good just to get you to purchase a new one!

Jackie was amazing. She changed out my wipers when I couldn t figure out how to get it myself. All in the RAIN!!! Best AutoZone out there.

Seriously the best parts store in Lubbock, and the best one I've been to in any city or state from coast to coast. I'm in here 3 or 4 times a week, so they all know me by name. Amelia is incredible, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond. I miss Pablo already, as he too was always going the extra mile and made me feel like I was part of the family. I will continue coming to this AutoZone every chance that I get, even when I pass by other locations on the way here. Some days I even make excuses to buy something I really don't need, just so I can stop by to say hi!

The AutoZone on 7020 Quaker Ave...has the best service. I haven't had good service like this in a while. Employee Brian, very helpful and informative no questions asked got right on it and help me w/ an issue I've been dealing with for awhile. What an awesome guy. Need more employees like this. If u want the best results and honesty ask for Brian he'll get the job done rt the FIRST time. Thanks again .

Thank you Danny C for going above and beyond your job. Yesterday I stopped by with the wrong size battery. It was 110 outside and he remained pleasant and took the time to look at the car battery. To look up and locate a new battery. And then I came a second time with a battery to get it installed. The customer service is outstanding and way better than the customer service off 82!

Pablo went above and beyond by going into a dangerous lightning storm and flood warning just to install my wiper blades. I didn t know how and the old ones were unsafe , as I am a delivery driver and depend on my car in all conditions. This is so meaningful and to me this is the true definition of a great human being as well as displaying exemplary customer service! Thank you Pablo!

Pablo,and Isaiah, both demonstrated compassion towards me and were both willing to help me get my windshield wiper blades in the midst of a terrible thunderstorm as well as flood warning and Pablo braved the weather and changed them for me so I would be safe. This is an act of kindness that God smiles at and I thank you. It also is a true definition of exemplary customer service and a fabulous reflection of auto zones mission statement, I would assume. Thank you. People like you change the world one act of kindness at a time.

Was very satisfied with the service from Pablo at store #5539!!! Came in at 10:00pm for a battery check and hoping to get him to switch it out for us which he did!! We we re headed for a trip the next day and he sent us on our way with no worries! I will definitely be back! Amazing customer service.

Fransisco At store 5539 was extremely helpful. Not only did he get me the correct battery for my 2500 , but he installed both batteries. He did it in a timely fashion and held a great conversation. It s people like Francisco that will keep me coming back to Autozone.

I went to have my battery checked. Pablo provided me with excellent service. He completed my check and put a new battery on my car. Ask for Pablo if you want good customer service as well as any car needs.

The experience I had at this location was the best at any Auto Zone I've ever visited. Paul the Manager and his staff were knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely helpful. I needed to change the battery in my 2020 Equinox. I had issues with it getting out and Pablo was so good. He knows his Chevy vehicles very well and was able to get me going in no time at all. I recommend anyone with a Chevy to come talk to Pablo.

The ultimate customer service treatment here at the So. Loop location! Amelia is amazing! My husband & I went back to the store to ask for a return - and we were hoping for at least a prorated refund amount - but Amelia listened to us even though we fully admitted we purchased in error (so our fault) and she said No prorated refund necessary & Fully Refunded us!!! Needless to say, we will ALWAYS shop at Auto Zone & specifically THIS Auto Zone from now on. THANK Again Amelia!!!

I want to give a 5 star review for an employee at store 5539 on 7020 Quaker avenue. His name is Pablo and I received excellent customer service from him. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will go there again for my automotive needs.

Robert went above and beyond to help when my battery died in a store parking lot. He came and boosted me off so I could follow him back to the store to get a new battery and have it installed. Very polite. Great costumer service!

7020 Quaker Ave, Lubbock, Tx location visit: I had an issue with a part I had purchased about a week ago and location Manager Amelia went above and beyond to make things right. I live about 40 miles from this location and she was scheduled to get off before I would be able to make it there. But she told me she would wait till I arrived to personally take care of my problem. In this day and age where alot of businesses have employee's that forgot what customer service means Amelia showed me that there are still some out there that understand how to treat people. Thank you!!!!

My bestie was here yesterday Abby Coons and two workers Amelia and Angel were very patient and knowledgeable explaining what a prorated warranty was and why you don't do them anymore they happily helped her and installed her battery in the rain! Your store is the best!
