Very poor customer service Abby store manager is very rude and doesn t know when to keep her mouth closed Accuse me of lying about a purchase told me it wasn t in her system. When a showed her my email receipt she quickly tried to walk her words back she said she was very angry because she said corporate did want to hire any employees and thought to myself who in their right mind would want to work with you. As I paid my part she was still rude and so mad about having to work and that her boyfriend was with his girlfriend at her apartment and she was at work I thought again not my Business as I paid I asked for a email receipt she said they didn t do that at her store. I kindly as for a refund and that when she started talking loudly about me wanting an email receipt I took my money she was still talking her mouth as I was walking out I think Corporate should better vett employees for their service

Can t go wrong going here, cutter and Shanna are some awesome people and able to help in any way they can. They really did me a solid today on the stuff I needed and I can t thank them enough !

very helpful staff I had some light issues with my jeep and the team came together and helped me throughout my entire experience in the store Garrett took it upon himself to personally check my car out and ended up fixing the problem completely!

I had some wiring issues with my car battier and came in to this location for some parts and advice on how to handle the problem. I spoke with an associate named Nancy. She was such a big help to my needs. Thank you Nancy for your help and great customer service.

There is a young boy that works at this location and does not have no clue about vehicles. He is just collecting a check, but thank goodness there was a man that knew exactly what I needed after coming back 3 times. I m hoping to not return to this AutoZone for anything.

The two kids working today, Friday, Jan. 18th. both seemed bothered that a customer came in, Both wanted to be anywhere but at work.Young lady didn't know where they kept the hubcaps.Disagreed with me on what was in the box of brake pads that I'd bought the previous day. I tried, unsuccessfully to tell her there were only rear pads in the box. She was telling me there should have been front AND rear."Then why did they give me a different box with the fronts in it"?Rude and condescending.I've been buying from here for years, but there's an O'Reilly's a block away.

I was pulling up to this Auto zone with 10 mins before closing and watched an employee walk up to the door and lock it. Then he proceeded to go to the second computer and cash drawer and bend down like he was working but watching me the whole time as I walked to the door. Very unprofessional, i understand it was close to closing time but 10 mins is 10 mins.

I came in today not knowing exactly what was wrong with my AC. The man that assisted me was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! Great experience! My AC works now, and with this hot weather, I m extra grateful!

Staff is very helpful and no troubles with battery warrant claims. I would definitely recommend you do your business with AutoZone if you need batteries covered by a good warranty.

It's a very old location. And it could use a remodel, or at least a very good cleaning inside and out. But they had a very friendly staff, fast, and very attentive to your questions. Did not have what I needed in stock, but the young man called other locations until he locate the part I needed.

James B. did a awesome job! Have you ever had a day where everything was going wrong .Thursday was one of those days when I went to get into my Jeep and the battery was dead. James was able to check and replace the battery quickly to get me back on the road.

I was at the store on Saturday the 16th at about 9:00pm and could you please find out what the name of the employee working on that night he went out and helped me put on my wife's light bulb on her charger I couldn't get it on.Its employee like these that keep me coming back to Auto zone Thanks he was very professional and Thanks again please let him know how grateful we are.

All I needed was a little bottle of Ozium. Three staff were there. Two helping one person and a young man who totally ignored me even after he got off of a phone call. I had wondered the store for about 10 minutes and kept hoping someone would offer help. No such luck. Someone else was waited on and I left. O'Reilly's was a much better experience

Came to check out my check engine light. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and was able to tell me it's my MAF sensor. Also provided pricing for a new part. Everywhere needs good employees like this!
