Luis is the BEST! I came three times within 30 minutes and he was so kind and helpful especially with me coming so close to closing time. The best Auto Zone in town :)

I went in looking for some paint. It's on their website online and in store. I asked about it and the mgr said ...I don't carry that or stock it. I showed him the picture with the store logo and part number. He said he has never seen it. And dismissed me . Didn't look it up on his system. Remember he is the store mgr. Then the commercial team member is back so I ask him. This team member is awesome. He looks up the part number and finds it. They had 2 on the shelf!! The mgt asked him was it a special order. The team member says no ot was on the shelf!Stupid mean lazy rude mgr could've lost a sale. Didn't even try looking for it!! Hey but he is the mgr.

Needed a part but it was stocked wrong so they couldn t find it (I don t blame them for that) they said it was my fault I did not stay on the phone with them for 5-10 minutes so they could find the part and then tell me they didn t have it. (they told me they had a part and have the ability to call customers back to inform them) manager was passive aggressive and did not understand my frustration that this is the second store I came to and was reluctant to help. I m not going to pause my whole store to look for a part for you I take the time out of my day to drive across town and spend my money with them and this was the customer service I received. Never had a problem with autozone but i m going to order from orileys.

I called in advance for a new battery. As soon as I walked in, the gentleman asked if i was the person that had recently called. He had my battery ready and was very helpful. The price he had given me over the phone was more affordable than O'Reilly. Not only did I get a better price for my part, but I also got better service. Thanks again for helping me save time and money.

Lance M. was a great help today for my daughter and I. He greeted us as soon as we entered and asked how he could help. My daughter needed a new battery for her car and Lance went above and beyond to help us. Once he gathered everything, he told us just to wait inside where it was cool while he changed it out. We'll definitely come back here in the future. Thanks again Lance!

Hats off to Harrison with cool jewelry on! Harrison was patient. He let me speak didn't talk over me or cut me off. I explained I had no knowledge of BMW vehicles or programming. He wasn't rude when trouble shooting our battery! Harrison had to jump us three times, ran the codes and tested our battery, alternator and starter. Bam's customer service is Superior. Bam's knowledgeable with European vehicles! Bam went above and beyond to explain how to replace the starter and the location of a bad camshaft position sensor and the beginning procedures on the removal for replacement. This guy deserves a grey shirt. Promotion for both these dudes!

I felt like I was a problem buy looking for something. A guy which looked to be a manager asked if I need help.But was rude and did not ask me if I had an Auto Zone account beforehand charged. But also I showed him a picture what I needed and was trying to explain but he was very good at cutting me off and rude and was to busy joke with coworkers. I will not go back this store I will go to the other stores in lubbock that have treated me with respect and not like I was wasting their time for bieng a girl and not giving me a chance to explain what I needed.Not at all customer service in here only 3 people and several workers but hard to get polite positive assistance.I will go back to one on Quaker and loop 289 and recommend it all thegals and guys I know. They were awesome and great service when I got windshield wipers there.

Baci was super helpful, went to buy a new battery for my car, and unfortunately the old one died right after. Got stuck at the store but Baci was nice enough to help me out and I was able to replace my car battery without any issues

I have been trying for a week now to see why I haven't received a refund. I've called Lance @1411 several times. Nothing. I have called Derrick the District Manager 3 times now. Nothing. I have called the Regional Office 3 times now. Nothing.Good God. What is going on over there? This is absolutely ridiculous. This is absolutely some of the worst customer service I have seen ANYWHERE. EVER.If anyone feels like resolving this feel free to call me.

I went to that same location three times for a pair of low beam headlights. And all three times I was given the wrong headlights. Bad when you tried three different times to snap on the connectors but just wouldn't because they were all the wrong ones. But they basically were calling me a liar like if I didn't know how to snap them on. If I was giving the right ones a three year old could have put them on. Bad service all around at AutoZone on fourth and Mcdavis. I even told the manager if he wanted to try putting them on and he refused

Adam H (Heart) is the best! Super friendly and helpful! I got my Odyssey towed here assuming that my car did not start because of dead battery. I got my battery replaced, and they installed it for me. But then my car still would not start. He took the next 60 minutes to troubleshoot further. Finally, he found that the issue was with the starter, and he fixed it temporarily for me to just be able to get back on the road. Super helpful and honest guy. 5 star.

I went to buy break lights but the first led one I got didn't fit but they refunded me and let me get the ones that fit. They also helped me fix them and made sure they were working before I left. Amazing customer service.They have also helped me with my battery before.

This will be a long and we'll deserved review.James Willess Jr. Is the associate I want talk about. If anyone has ever given him a bad review, the problem certainly wasn't with him. I promise you that. Coming from .Oklahoma City I got stranded on Idalu Road just right outside of Lubbock city limit almost 3 hours and two strangers stopped and helped me get to the nearest Auto part store and this is where I met James. He saw that I was exhausted and in distress. He asked me "how can I help you" I told him what my dilemma was and he said" let me get you a chair and something to drink" he let me sit there until I cooled off cause it was 100 plus outside. After I was able to rest he begin to help me figure out what was wrong with my car all while still helping other customers in the store. When I tell this man went above and beyond what most would do..he did!!! He was professional, kind, courteous was able to help me find a auto repair shop owner who could do what I needed to be done to my car. Told me if I had any problems to make sure to call him. Before I walked into that store my blood pressure was up, my feet hurt I was sweaty and miserable. Before I left I felt so much better thanks to James. He said don't worry everything is gonna be alright. God put the right people in your path for reasons we may never understand. Without a doubt James is a blessing 1000 times over. The two men that help me get off that hot highway I thank God for putting his hand on their hearts because they didn't have to stop and help me but they did. James didn't have to do what he did but.. it' would be out of his character if he wasn't the noble and kind person he is. Other associates in the store were polite too. So to AutoZone upper management if all your stores has associates like James, customers would definitely pass up other autopart stores just to be help by someone like James.Because of people like James and those two fellas that helped me I'm able do what I came to do. and that is to get my granddaughter who decided she wanted to move to Oklahoma City and live with her grandma. Thank you James.. .Two strangers and AutoZone and last but certainly not least Mr. Hugo for fixing my car. Now I can go back home with my granddaughter

Adam was fantastic! Driving my daughter from Idaho to Louisiana to her new duty station. The alternator went out on her car. He tested and diagnosed the problem, had the parts, loaned me some of the tools, and some knowledge. We are back on the road! A great experience!

If you need help they will be mildly helpful. However if you know what you want and what you're doing they will second guess you at every turn and treat you like a child. I asked where I could find a small tube of dielectric grease or silicone GREASE. They interrogated me as to what I wanted it for. I told them I needed to lubricate some O-rings to help them make a good seal. They gave me silicone gasket maker. I asked them to confirm that it was grease and not gasket maker. They assured me it was what I needed. Upon arriving home I found that it was indeed gasket maker. So in summary if you need someone to tell you what you need, they're a maybe. If you know what you need, they'll just harass you about it.

I was in the store about a week in a half ago and a manager named Chris was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was lost and looking for directions. I was planning on purchasing items while in the store but when I asked Chris about directions out of town he rolled his eyes and went to help another customer. I left my items on the table and left the store.... advanced auto had no issues so I ll be going there from now on.....

The gentlemen there went above and beyond to help us with our car battery. Very much recommend compared to the other couple of ones cuz I called those before I went to this one and they didn't even seem to want to help me. High five guys!

Great place for automotive parts, not so great for motorcycle needs. The chain does not carry even oil for motorcycles. Had to go to Walmart for oil, and order online the Antifreeze.Staff here is always pleasant and willing to help, that's why this store is always my first stop for automotive needs.

The man helping me was rude and condescending to me, waiting for me to say the word "please" before helping. Then saying "We are still civilized here." I was never rude when asking for help so it was shocking and embarrassing to me. Then he treated me like a child when I was talking about my knock sensor. This man was probably in his 50s and the fact that he was being so immature was crazy to me. Would ask for the manager to complain, but he may have actually been the manager. Never going back here.

Brake shoes didn't fit, even though the computer "said" they were right part, the ebreak hole was off center causing them to not align properly, mngr refused to take them back!!

I went in to get a diagnostic ran on my car. The man at the counter was helping someone eles an told me that the floor was dirty an he wouldn't let my child walk on it. I didn't go there for his parenting advice. An if he thought the floor was so dirty why doesn't he do something about it? He does work there. I have never been treated with so much disrespect as a customer. Ohh an when i asked if I could speak with the manager, he gestures his hand an say well you can move now. I will never go here again!
