We just purchased our truck yesterday, and it was honestly the best experience I think I could have possibly had. Our salesperson's name was Eugene Lee, and he was the sweetest! He was super patient with me and was honest about everything during the process. The finance managers were also so kind and heart-warming! I recommend you to give them a try. They won't disappoint.

I absolutely LOVE my new Audi A6! From the minute I walked in to browse I was welcomed by Hector and treated with such kindness and professionalism! Hector educated me about the new Audi A6 and answered all my questions! He truly made my husband and I feel confident about our decision to purchase this beautiful car and drive it right off the showroom floor! Hector has been available when I needed assistance and consistently checks to make sure everything is going well! I am truly grateful for the entire experience!

I recently traded my car at this dealership. Everyone was efficient and knowledgeable. I made an inquiry about a car, and less than 24 hours later got a call back from Caitlyn. We were able to negotiate fairly with my best interest at heart. Diego was able to deliver my car quickly and called along the way with updates. When he arrived, he also helped me switch my belongings into the new car. Great customer service from everyone!

Just bought my new Infiniti at Audi Lubbock and the experience was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Diego, our salesman, was great. He made sure I got into the vehicle I wanted. Leroy in finance helped me get the best deal possible and I left with a deal I was happy about. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here. They definitely take care of you. Ask for Diego he'll make you feel right at home.

Mr Colon our sales person was amazing! He helped us select my wife s dream car and made the entire process quick and painless. Recommend him as your go to! Caleb Lee, the finance manager there, was great! Super helpful and very knowledgeable. He made sure he explained everything about the finance part of it and earned our trust. Our salesman Michael Colon was amazing! He was very patient with us and went above and beyond to ensure we picked the right car for us. We did not plan on making a purchase when we went in but the whole staff was incredibly helpful and gave us a great offer we couldn t refuse. By far the best car buying experience we ve had. Overall a great dealership, would highly recommend them!

I pulled up in a tin can of a rental car. Instead of judging me for the car, Michael treated me with respect. I told him what I was looking for and he knew the cars that would be close to what I wanted. Unlike many dealerships in town he never asked about my husband or if he would be joining us. I was impressed with Michael s knowledge of cars and his easy way of explaining features. I enjoyed the buying experience with him as my salesperson.

I have never bought a vehicle from Audi Lubbock. I can't remember a better experience. My wife is in the hospital, so I didn't have much time. Your staff was so professional it made it quick and easy. I feel like a made some friends just by buying a vehicle. Thank you

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My husband and I bought our first Audi at this dealership! I can definitely say that this is the first time we ve had such an amazing experience buying a vehicle! All the staff was incredible and so professional. Kino Aguirre was our brand specialist and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We are so grateful for how smooth the process was buying our car and we will definitely be back!

They tried to charge my son $13,000 for repairs. One was a timing chain covered by a warranty but others added up to $8,000. I took it to another mechanic for second opinion and was fixed for $570. Honorable prices

Had an appointment. Hector was a great in showing me all the different models, and was very detailed. I would recommend that anyone who goes to this location ask for Hector, you will not be disappointed.

This dealership and the employees are amazing. Their prices are good and they are fair! They have an amazing selection of cars. Kino, our salesman was extremely helpful and he was the best. He was direct with us and knew all the information that we were asking about. We talked to Josh on the phone and he gave us all the correct information that we needed before coming in. I definitely will buy my next car with them . More than 5 star.

If you are looking for 'after the sale' customer service then Audi of Lubbock is NOT the place!!! I went with a good friend to purchase a car from this dealership, which he did. It wasn't an Audi specifically but an Acura. Still a high end, nice car, right? His salesman even made a point during the process to say, ."Welcome to the Audi family!". There's an Audi book in the glove compartment of his new car. You would think that buying a car from them would extend you all the courtesies of being 'in the Audi family', correct? NOT SO!!! So, when his car breaks down out of the blue only MONTHS after getting it and he has to put it in their shop to be fixed do you think they treated him like 'Audi family'??? HELL NO. The service guy even had the nerve to tell him 'well you didn't buy an actual Audi, so youre not really part of the Audi family'....I mean if Audi treats their family like orphan peasants off of skid row, then yeah, they treated him like that. They had the audacity to make him pay for repairs that they likely knew about AND charged him up for his rental car. The car gets fixed, by their standards, then not even a week or so after he gets it back it breaks down AGAIN!!! Back into their shop, and here they go charging him for a rental car again! This just goes to show there is no honor among thieves. They have no integrity. I hope the people that buy actual Audi's from there get treated better, but I doubt it. I will tell anyone and everyone that will listen not to do business with them. If something changes I'll edit my review but for not it stands, Do business at your own risk with them!!!

Light and Ryan were amazing to work with. They worked with us every step of the way and got us into the exact car we wanted. We originally were checking prices and potentially going to purchase the Q3. We ended up test driving the Q5 and were able to drive away with the Q5 for what we thought we'd pay for the Q3. Both of them have followed up with us to make sure our vehicle was in perfect working condition several times. When we trade this vehicle in a few years we'll definitely be coming back to Light and Ryan 100%.The service department is top notch as well...-Mark

I cannot say enough about our sales person Matthew. He went above and beyond to ensure the delivery and presentation of a brand new Q8 for my wife as a Christmas present. Upon arrival at the dealership the staff assisted in a total surprise and it went down as an absolute hit. My head is off to the dealership to the staff and to Matthew especially for helping me pull it off. They all went above and beyond in helping and assisting in the process of the actual purchase as well. I highly recommend them to anyone

STAY AWAY! Two weeks I lost 50% of value. When I needed to sell the vehicle back they took 100% advantage of me. Don t ever trust, believe, or do buisness with them. I ve never seen a vehicle depreciate so much so fast. Stay away.

Fantastic staff. Super helpful and great communication. They really went the extra mile. When my flight ended up arriving 2 hours after closing. They reopened to complete the sale and get me on my way back home. Thank you and I would highly recommend them.

I am a little in the fence, Willie was good but what could have made him great is explaining the features of my new Audi.Thus us my first Audi and I have to figure all the features out myself. Great attitude.Therefore I only give four stars.
