We were in kind of a jam on this day as we prepared to part Lubbock. I talked with the Jeep dealers and they were booked for 2 weeks. The ford dealer wouldn t even look at it.I called American Differential from a suggestion someone had made for me. Be forewarned if you re looking for Jess make certain which one you want. 3 generations of Jess here. hahaAll kidding aside, I spoke with Jess Jr. on the phone, explained my situation and asked if it was something he could do for me. His answer came straight out ..Bring it right now.I have home the keys while grandpa Jess and I found we had lived and been so many of the same places. It was really great chatting with someone who had the same knowledge as I did.About 20 minutes later the Jeep was repaired and was already road tested and we were able to hook back on to the motorhome and leave.These guys were so professional and kind. I can t say enough about Jr or his Dad. It was a great experience.Mark K

I had an apparently big problem with my 4runner and they had it all sorted out in 24 hours for a very reasonable price. Very nice people and took great care with me and my truck.

I sent my truck to these guys they got my truck out in a couple days the differential lasted about a good 6 months (A BRAND NEW ONE) I was thinking my transmission went out so I changed that out and come to find out it s my differential!! Never going through these guys again 2,000$ differential gone in 6 months wow

At first they may come off a bit short... But once you get past that initial impression.. You will see that these guys are very friendly down to earth people who really know what they are doing... Dont get all techincal with spec load questions and such, as I began to do so... Part of what you pay for is knowledge and they have it.. Im a plumber and I don't give away my hard earned trade secrets... I know what works and what doesn't as does this shop.. Very happy with the end product years after... Had to make sure my 2 diffs would hold up to the test of time and miles of abuse before posting a review will be needing a Detroit locker and gear change soon on a current project hlad they are still working hard.

Claims to be a master yet knows nothing about locking differentials claims needs special tools when Eaton says no specific tools are required. Only works on what he wants not a real master lucky enough found a real shop that's actually able to repair differentials. If he cant do all of them probably shouldn't do any

After having the differential in my Mustang GT rebuilt by a shop in the DFW area, I started hearing noises from it once again about a year later.The people at American Differential quickly determined that this shop in DFW had installed the incorrect hardware, which ended up damaging the pinion gear, as well as a few other things inside the differential.It has been about a year since American Differential worked on my car, and I have had zero issues of any kind.This family owned business is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. My experience with them was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
