Low price, fast turn around, and BEST customer service. As a woman, you never know if people will be honest with you when working on your car. I had a great experience here, Mr. Ho even showed me the brake pads and rotors that he replaced to ensure me that the repair was necessary. Also, I dropped my car off at 4 pm and it was ready by 2 pm the next day!

Nice guy with affordable price and gave rides for free for me to home and worked late to finish my work on time . Brought things by himself without troubling me. Specially student friendly. He helped for more than what I asked but did not charge.

Very excellent place! My car battery died in a parking lot, and the mechanic came and took my car in to fix it up. My car was returned very quickly and it works better than it did before! American Auto Clinic is my number #1 place to go for any mechanical issues on my car! I ve been a customer since I was a Tech Student, which now has been over 5 years, and Anh has always consistently provided exceptional service. He s such an amazing mechanic that I always see him working on several cars and he still manages the time on his schedule for my car to be repaired as soon as possible.For instance, last week, my Honda Civic didn t start. I assumed it was my starter because I constantly turn on/off my car several times a day. But with Anh s expertise, he determined that it was actually my alternator & battery that gave out. Not only did he spend time figuring out what the actual issue was, but he fixed it that same day! Furthermore, he stayed past his store hours to fix it, and called me at 9pm to see if I wanted to pick up my car. He goes above & beyond and didn t overcharge me either. Truly an incredible mechanic!Anh is very considerate of his customers inconveniences, and he will help you find the best possible solution to get your car back and running again. He s reliable, kind, hardworking, fair, and trustworthy (how many mechanics do you know that has all these best traits?). If you have any issues with your vehicle, I definitely recommend going to American Auto Clinic.

Mr. Anh N Ho was amazing! He is one of the nicest mechanics I've ever met and very attentive. He worked on my 2013 Mitsubishi outlander sport and took care of what was needed in one day! I'm a teacher and as everyone knows, teachers don't make a lot of money! His prices are some of the best I ve ever seen!! Overall, great customer service from this place!! I had my car break down and taken to this business back in March. He has not done a single thing to check my car, or talk to me. When I called to check, he would scream at me, and treat me horribly. On top of this, someone broke my window, and crashed into my car and I did not know until my family member drove by. He is supposed to take care of it, and he is supposed to help out, but there is nothing that was done to let me know.

Guaranteed the best prices in town. We have all been there where the mechanic will charge outrageous prices to fix something. Han works alone from what I can see but will have your car fix quicker than most places. Give him a try. You won't regret it. Also, he is always smiling and in good spirits.

The Head Mechanic that works here is the nicest person in the world. He is willing to work around your schedule and his prices are some of the best I ve seen. He doesn t take long with your car and he is very attentive. Overall great customer service from this place.

This is the best auto repair shop i ve ever been to, you will save money and time here! The owner and his team do great work and I had my car back the next day, other repair shops were saying it would take weeks! They are so resonance and considerate with prices I saved hundreds of dollars. I will never go to another shop ever again.

Driving from Houston to Lubbock, my alternator went out in Post. Being 40 min away from my destination, I kept driving and got my alternator fixed in Lubbock. Anh at American Auto Clinic was great! He stopped working on his current project to replace my alternator belt that broke and disappeared on the road trip. He knew I couldn t drive with a missing belt and insisted he fix it even though closing time was near. So thankful for him, he was very sweet and the service was affordable and great quality!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place was such a blessing. I was moving from Albuquerque, NM to Galveston, TX and my alternator crapped out here. After getting a suggestion to come here I was so happy to hear that it can be fixed (same day).I'm sorry to those that had to be pushed back a bit, but I'm happy to let you all know that this place has great communication and the owner gets things done in a matter of hours (depending on the complexity of the job).Even though I'm moving, I would love to come back and pay the man for any repairs in the future!(He gave me water! That's so nice of the guy)

Amazing experience.Took car in for a starter issue, Mr. Ho was very hospitable and great with updating me about the car. Great price and he even fixed a split in my bumper I had for years for free as well as some minor issues with my battery for free too! He said he did it because it was fun for him! Definitely a Lubbock gem! Would highly recommend going to his shop. Best quality car repair service I ve ever had!Update:Anh has done it again!Had some major ignition coil issues recently. Was out of town so I had a buddy of mine take it to the wrong shop on accident. Once I came back I took it back to Anh s and he offered the same services for around a 1/3 the price the other shop was offering!American Auto Clinic saved my wallet and my car!

On new years I had Anh replace my alternator and he did it for an extremely fair price, and with quick and reliable service. Not only that, but it was raining and even though I lived about a five minute walk away, he didn't want me walking home and drove me himself. The part (not on Anh's fault at all, manufacturer error) failed this week and due to the warranty he replaced it completely for free. He's an awesome mechanic and the only person I'll trust with my car and my money from now on. I encourage everyone to give him a try and I daresay you'll never be dissatisfied with his mechanic knowledge, timely service, and general kindness. I don't know what I would do without him!

Best mechanic in Lubbock! My battery died and he replaced my battery, fixed the interior lights that never turned off, and fixed my hood that was really hard to open before. In addition, he does inspections!Amazing man with such a kind demeanor. He really knows his cars/trucks/campers. Plus he will never do work without you approving the cost.Just make sure to call ahead because he s the only person there most days and sometimes he gets busy!

By far one of my best experiences with a mechanic, had an oil filter housing replaced from a oil leak I couldn t find on my own. Anh, the owner is a very respectable guy who even showed me every thing he did step by step. Best price in town.He even ran me through a quick car wash at the end. I would bring my car back here because of his excellent work and he treats it like it s his own vehicle.10/10 would recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

This mechanic is the best. He had helped me to fix my truck few times for the past few years (yeah I have an oldie 08 Ram). He is caring, awesome, and he gets the job done right. Replaced my front passenger side window motor and brake switch. Found some other simple problems along the way, and fixed it for free. Amazing customer service and did a great job with the repairs. I was visiting Lubbock over the weekend and someone hit our car while we were parked on the street. I was worried about driving 8.5 hours home, so I took it to Anh at American Auto Clinic and he was so helpful. He hopped in the car with me, drove it around a bit, did some measurements and determined it was still safe to drive. I tried to pay him, but he wouldn't accept it. It was on a Saturday and I got there just before he closed and he seemed legitimately happy that I got there before he left so that he could help. Was very kind and helpful!

Anh is amazing!!!! Save me $2000!!! My vehicle has a check engine light on. I first brought it to the dealership. They diagnosed the vehicle and ask me for $2000 for replacing both the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter. As a student, it s way too much for me. Thus, I turn to Anh for help. After some effort, he figures out it was just a wire problem and fixed it so easily. Ended up saving me $2000

Anh Ho and American Auto Clinic is my first choice for care in the Lubbock area.Traveling through the area my radiator burst. I called a handful of shops and all said it would be several days before they could even look at the issue. Not wanting to pay multiple days for a hotel I found parts at a local supplier - I only needed a place to tend the work myself. Driving by American Auto Clinic I stopped in and told Mr. Ho my situation. Without hesitation he said I could work on the job in his lot. He brought out several tools he thought I would need. When I asked if I might borrow another tool - no question or hesitation - whatever I needed he was right there to help. Job complete I made it home to Colorado that night. A really down to earth guy. My alternator went out, and he is willing to do everything he can for you. He even drove me to Wal-Mart to make sure I had food while he was fixing my car. He's goes above and beyond for the customer. By far if you get the chance I would definitely take the chance with him! Anh is so smart. He literally diagnosed the problem with my car in less than 1 minute. Other mechanics I went to, took 2 hours to get back to me and still had no answers. But this guy is magic. Would highly recommend him! Best mechanic in Lubbock.
