Had an alternator issue which sucked, but brian was extremely helpful in finding out what was wrong with my car. Great customer service.

2/10/23 I love getting oil from you guys I get a good deal with mobile one. I m picky about my oil filter so I wanted to check it out and see if there was any defects. The chubby guy made me feel uncomfortable and got. aggressive toward me like I have no right to check out the oil filter. It made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service sucks if I want to check out the oil filter I have a right to without being harassed.

Went for a set of brake pads I could not find at any other chain-store. Sent wife in (as I have difficulty walking) and attendant politely came to the car to clarify the product I was wanting. Great service. This was my first experience with this store but will be giving them my business in the future.

Great customer service, don't remember the guys name. But it was night time on Thursday 12 22 22. This guy needs a raise thank you for being 100 percent

John and Sam Rock! With the snowy weather they were indeed OPEN when many other stores were closed. So grateful because we really really needed new wiper blades.They were knowledgeable, personable and even put them on our car for us.The big box retailers wouldn t do that for you!!Thanks guys!!

Had my battery die on my Nissan Altima.Most places either wouldn't replace it, or didn t have the staff available.The tech here told me, I gotchu in 1 hour, and he through like a professional.Defn recommend this place for your needs!

Great place and friendly service. Staff knew where everything was and where more than happy to help me out. Also, gave advice on products they had used an didn't work. Will be going back for most if not all my auto parts needs.

Terrible customer service. Paid 10 dollars for returm item and bought it 28 dollars. Ernie was not helpful and had no idea what he was doing. common sense is not common at this location. Would recommend going over across street to AUTOZONE. They are much friendlier and more knowledgeable

I love this place always have great deals and just recently learned that they do markdowns on Sundays and their markdowns are super cheap here is what I found today for just $0.92 with tax can't beat these prices. I have also found that the advance on 4th Street is a lot better than the one on Avenue Q not just with markdowns but with customer service as well.

We went in to get a filter on a 2007 Ford Explorer but the vehicle is to old and wasn't in stock but they found one at another store or they could order one and have it in a couple of days. That's doing things old school and customer service.

They charged $10 more than other stores for duplicate color spray and when I went back to store to check they kept saying that I have to come back to store to meet the manager who never showed up.
