Got windshield wiper blade from there. Competitive pricing. Bought it online and collected from the store. Online price was way more cheaper. One of the employees installed the wiper blade. He was really nice. Will come again.

Went in to get brake pads they didn't tell me that the ones they were selling me were the only one out of all of them cheaper or more expensive that didn't come with clips,or ask if o would like to buy a clips kit to go with them. When I called back to ask if the ones I bought came with clips. The person said they would have recommended the other brand that came with the clips. The pads are already on the car. Would not use them for parts in the future

Great place for whatever you need for your vehicle. I guess name of the staff was Stephen who helped to install the battery in my car. He was very nice , knowledgeable. Gave a good discount on the product.

There are some super helpful dudes here that at least semi know their stuff which is a lot more than can be said for a lot of auto parts stores. Some of them can be pretty aggressive about looking like they're suspicious of you stealing stuff, but that's pretty understandable considering the.... local clientele.

Amazing customer service, and responsiveness! I had some trouble getting the mounting plate fixed for my cars front license plate. Not only did Stephen come up with ideas to fix it, but he personally came out and helped me fix it!

Advanced Auto parts on 4th Street friendly staff store is kept nice clean staff is always around to help if you have a question or need a part orderedCons - They are supposed to give you a call when ever your part comes in but they never called for a part that I ordered and false delivery dates he's it will be there in 4 days and 4 days later I looked on the papper it said 2 weeks Recommend 80% Texas Review Guy

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Bought a water pump online delivered to store and the salesman saved me the extra purchase of a gasket. Highly recommend.

I got my windshield wipers replaced today and the staff was very helpful. Cesar helped me select and brand and installed them for me. I will definitely go back for future needs

Every time I come here, I'm impressed with the service. The staff exceed expectations. Dom got me set up with everything that I needed and went above and beyond to help me out and make sure that I got everything covered.

I live close by so I shop there..In the process of rebuilding a motor so I came in today to change so items that I brought last week..the manager immediately as I walk inside about my backpack also my mask he said it in a very rude manner I felt like a thief..I wanted to say so bad you need to learn to talk better to your customers yet I knew it goes way deeper then auto supplies..I'll go elsewhere where I'm treated better..

Good place to go. It is a new location. So people still don t know that there is this location. Fast in and out service. The staff and nice and courteous and friendly.

Ordered a part, paid for it in store and asked to have it shipped to my address. That was on the 11th of Sept. Called three times and the reps couldn't give me a straight answer as to what happened to my shipment. Highly frustrated and I wouldn't recommend the location at Ave Q in Lubbock Texas.
