We were driving from Houston out to CA when the car overheated near Lubbock. Unfortunately it was New Year's day! We spent the night in Lubbock and were at the local Toyota dealer when they opened next morning. After 2 hrs they opined that it would be the next day before they could get some parts and begin the work on addressing what they thought might be the problem namely the radiator. We then went to Dealer Auto Service & Repair having found good reviews on line. Good reviews was an understatement. They started work immediately, doing multiple tests, replacing the radiator (which they could get right away) and the thermostat; that was finally the correct item. They replaced a thermostat that was only 10 days old having been just replaced by routine maintenance. Unfortunately it was defective. Finally back on the road; very late in the afternoon but a day sooner than the time the dealership guys (also friendly and trying to be helpful). The Dealer Auto guys were just top notch all the way around. Friendly, kept us informed after each test looking for the cause of the overheating, explaining issues and finally getting the problem solved! Very reasonable on price too. Saved us a whole day if we had stayed at the local Toyota dealership. Tks again.

The great service team including Helen got my big babie back to me going out of their way to help me get my car back to work because i got off work late. Thanx for everything adobe i appreciate it to the fullest. I would recommend adobe and titus' shop to anyone and everyone i know. Thanx again guys.
