Jacob and the team at Adler Automotive were very upfront and honest with me and they got the job done quickly! They are very friendly and even gave me a ride to and from my house instead of waiting on an uber. I will never use another mechanic as long as I'm in Lubbock. Great guys and very professional, I highly recommend!

As a college student with a busy schedule I was worried about getting my car fixed due to my classes . But with Alder Automotives great communication and fast reliable work I had nothing to worry about. The man at the front desk was very kind and open, that made my experience 20 time better. I will definitely be coming back!

ADLER AUTOMOTIVE is the best. I really like Jacob Barthlomew, the service advisor guy at the desk. He is professional, and his IQ level for customer service is top-notch. I have been there twice, and each time, the level of respect and how he speaks is unparalleled. They respect time and do not delay or disappoint once the appointment is booked. Sometimes, in the course of inspecting your car, they go beyond and help with other matters you never thought of, providing additional services at their initial cost. I would encourage everybody to give them a try and thank me later. Thanks, buddy, I really appreciate your service.

I had issues with my van late in the day. Jacob was friendly and professional. He followed up with me in the morning and the repair was done quickly and reasonably. Would definitely return for other vehicle needs.

Jacob is amazing guy. Down to earth and will help you out in the best way he can. Place is very quick of getting fix and have the best price for tires. Definitely will be coming back for any problems again.

I had two blowouts within 10 miles during a cross country road trip and these guys absolutely saved the day. Best prices by far and had me back on the road in no time. Absolutely incredible customer service, I can't recommend them enough.Service: TiresService: Tires

Another great experience at "Flores Automotive" took a 2014 Chrysler 300s in due to ac blowing cold on passenger side and hot on driver side. They figured out it was an actuator issue. Before throwing parts at the situation I watched Bobby try and relearn the actuators. Unfortunately an actuator needed replacing but I highly respect and appreciate him trying the relearning process before throwing parts at it. Good honest people at Flores Automotive. Replaced actuator that needed be and now ac is blowing solid cold on both sides. Thank you Bobby, Thad, Jacob and the rest of the Crew. I recommend Flores Automotive!

Honesty and Integrity plus great customer service and an awesome shop dog. Stopped in for a nail in my tire. He pulled it in the shop pulled the nail then brought my car up.. No charge! He said it didn t go all the way through! He could have easily charged me and I would have had no idea! Awesome shop! The big box down the street told me I d have to wait an hour before they could pull it back! Love supporting small businesses! Thanks!!

Bobby and his team members are honest and great mechanics.I only trust Bobby and no one else in lubbock.He will let you know what the problem is before he begins to fix it in case you dont have the money.He will also let you. Know exactly when your car will be ready.Everyone is so friendly and very respectful.Bobby has been fixing my car and my daughters cars for many years.Thank you all for the great service and being honest.

We use to take take our car here years ago and they did a good job, but recently we got alot of stuff done and they just ruined our car they rigged up our air take hose by putting a zip tie where the hose is and they broke it they didn't even tell us we noticed it when all of a sudden the service engine light started coming on. Then I don't know what they did that the starter wire was loose or off they weren't even suppose to mess with that I felt they are rushing there work. They have too much going on there at once. Bobby don'tremember what he quotes you over the phone. I would just beware take a chance at your own risk going here. Now we are having to look everywhere for that part. It's hard to find it.

Beware this merchant. I was quoted a fair price on the phone, but after the work had been completed the price went up by 25%. I will avoid this shop and urge all other to do the same. If you cannot stay true to your word (price quote) then in this day in age you should not be doing business.
