Been coming here a decade they have the best price in town and are the most honest reapir shop in West Texas. Any vehicle the father and son will take care of or Brad he will do the best quality work in lubbock!

Whenever I come to Lubbock I seem to have car issues. They have always been so helpful. They give you amazing attention. They have never let me down. I trust them without question. They want you to be safe, first and foremost! The place isn't much to look at but that tells me their attention is on what they do, not how fancy the shop is! Highly recommend. Fair pricing. They worked on my Volvo and Toyota!

After a terrifying event of my car dying in the middle of traffic, my sister told me to call these guys. I cannot stress enough how amazing the entire experience was. They were honest, quick and charged me far less than I expected. On top of that, we got a ride home while they worked on our car. I will absolutely return if I have any other issues. If you're looking for honest mechanics, these folks are the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Took my Lexus GX there today after a recommendation. I would be doing them a disservice not to write a review. Excellent service. Was having brake issues and suspicious of a brake fluid leak. Brad had my car fixed in just a few hours. Very honest and great price. I have found my new mechanic.

My 2004 Honda Accord needed new brake pads and new rotors. I called at least 6 places shopping around and Satterfield had the lowest price and Mitch sounded competent and honest. I dropped my Honda off at 1pm and he had the work completed by 5pm the same day. He was able to replace my brake pads for free because the previous set was warrantied and he replaced all four rotors. I never thought brakes could bring a smile to my face but as soon as I picked my car up, I was very happy! Car brakes sooo smooth just like day 1.I enjoyed talking with Mitch, he took the time to explain all about rotors and even showed me my old pads and rotors. It's a family place with his wife running the office and a few guys working hard around the shop. This is exactly the type of place I was looking for, local, inexpensive/competitive prices, honest, and quality work. Everything the big chain places are not. I will be going here for my future car need in Lubbock. Thanks Mitch! A+

while we were at UMC while my son was having surgery, my husband went downstairs to run and let our dogs out and my car was completely dead. Satterfield's was incredibly sweet and helpful- allowing us to bill them for the towing and pay for it when our car was finished. They called me every step of the way, making sure I understood what the costs would be and how long it would take. Very, VERY, reasonably priced. Great customer service. Will use them again for sure! Thank you!

I can't say enough good for this place and its people. It is super rare to find an honest mechanic anymore and Mitch and his Team at Satterfield Auto are more than honest, they're Saints. Best Mechanics from start to finish in my 27 years behind the wheel of an automobile. Saved us tons of money by being honest and fixed what was necessary only and didn't break the bank, not even close. Go here early and often with your car needs and you'll be referring them even more early and often to your family and friends! I'll be back and taking My Mom's car over there next. Thanks guys!

Called to get a quote and wanted to take my car over so they could fix my AC. Some guy I talked to took my name, number and details and said he d call me back. I don t mind when someone is busy and takes time, but they couldn t even give me the courtesy to let me know anything, AT ALL. With that kind of customer service, I ll NEVER try this place again.

Stopped for vehicle inspection. There was no wait, and they were very friendly. In just a few minutes we were on the road again. When it's time for maintenance and repair I will be returning.

The midst honest mechanic I've ever dealt with. I told him I had 300.00 to work with. He called me two days later and said it was fixed for$123.00. He could've took more and said anything,

Great place, friendly staff, and do the job right the first time. They let you exactly how much it is going to cost and do not try and over charge! I high recommend for auto repair or inspections.

Finding an honest mechanic can be tricky (sometimes impossible), but Mitch Satterfield and everyone at Satterfield automotive are just that: honest. Low labor prices and great mechanics are just a few of the perks. I had a fuel leak, and Sattefield took care of my the same day and for the cheapest price around town. There is no where else to take your vehicle in the Lubbock area.

Quoted a hefty amount to replace parts that were not even related to the issue with my vehicle... would not listen to what I said the problem was and just wanted to start through parts at it "to see if it would help".. they are not trust worthy..!
