Hardly a "Quick" Lube. I pulled in about 11:00 AM, not a soul in the garage. Went into the office, I guy a the desk. Tells me "he still has to finish the car on the lift, then it's lunch time. Can I bring it back later in the afternoon?" I said no and good bye. What a joke!

This is my one stop shop for all vehicle maintenence--period! The guys at QL+ always deliver perfect maintenence. I have used them on at least 5 cars over the course of the last 15 years. Yes, there are others, but once you see the ease in which they diagnose and repair your car, there is no reason to waste your time anywhere else. Brian has even done some welding and fab work for me on my specialty hunting rig. Jesse is a magician on suspension work and makes child's play out of it. Quit wasting money and have it done right the first time. Being a resident of Los Fresnos, I wish I could write something positive about this business, but I cannot.I brought my jeep to them back in July of this year (2012) for an oil and oil gauge sensor change. Two days later they tell me the Jeep doesn t start and if it has done this before. I told them no. A few days later they told me it was the computer, no problem, buy one, easy fix and I d be on my way. Well TWO computers later and now we re in September (they had my Jeep for that long) it still wasn t working. Now they were telling me it was a security issue and I don t know. I talked to Brian and Jesse, but always told me I don t know or we can t figure it out. When I brought up using the Internet to both of them (since they were always on there when i walked in) they both said I don t know.So I had them take the vehicle to Don Johnson in Brownsville. Now they tell me it s an electrical issue AND the oil pressure sensor that Jesse and Brian supposedly put in, is now gone from my Jeep. So now I have to pay Don Johnson $65 for a new one.Don Johnson has been great. I know I ll have to pay more but at least they call with updates. Jesse and Brian always said they would call and they never did. Whenever I stopped by, they were not there or the other one was out using the bathroom (seriously, they would go home to use the bathroom) and the other didn t have an update as to what was being done on the Jeep. Plus whenever I called, they never answered the phone.Lesson learned.

Real mechanics with a heart for customers. On point and very knowledgeable. I just would like to thank them for ALWAYS being there for my family and saving me money and time.

Had some lights come one stopped in he looked said everything looked fine. Even aired our tires up for free. Really friendly.
