Awesome service. Honest and reliable. Helped me when I needed it. Ordered the size I needed and were open on the weekend when everywhere near me was closed. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wanted an honest mechanic. They provide 24hr roadside assistance too.

While traveling cross-country, my car picked up a screw in the tire. After several calls to other shops with no answer on a Sunday, we called Working Man Auto. Richard was so kind to open up his shop to help.Richard was able to quickly fix the tire (at an affordable price) and get us back on the road. We can t thank Richard enough and would recommend his shop to anyone in need.

Richard was all around great to work with, very accommodating. Went above and beyond fixing my truck on our trip through Texas. Very glad we broke down where we did and found his shop. Work was done quickly and correctly. He got us back on the road within 24 hours after our water pump failed. We were able to get to our destination 600 miles away and everything went as planned after. Thank you again!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Richard is the man!! We are driving from Southern California to South Carolina and our truck stopped running. Reached out to Richard and he was there within an hour and this was on a Sunday mid morning. Richard went above and beyond what was expected. He Was very patient and attentive to what we were saying. He was very empathetic with the stress level we are experiencing. He did his best to Get a new fuel pump for us. But due to everything being closed on Sunday it just didn t work out. Richard Was spot on with his diagnostic. He wasn t able to help due to it being Sunday and no parts but because he diagnosed it correctly we were able to take it to the Ford dealer and get it repaired. When we took it to the Ford dealer they test drove it and no signs were showing that it was the fuel pump in the gasoline tank. I told him what Richard had said and they went ahead and removed the fuel Pump from the gasoline tank and the part fell apart. Without Richard s knowledge and correct diagnostic both us and Ford would ve been left scratching our head with what was wrong. I would highly Recommend Richard for any of your automotive/truck repair work. He definitely put his heart and soul into his work.

Had a plug leaking from my tire I repaired the night before in Pecos Tx, I pulled over into the friendly town of Loraine Tx where I was gretting by some friendly locals trying help me out. I had contacted this business 2-3 time with no luck. Just have to remember this is sunday afternoon where people are living their lives and not always by the phone. The owner gave me a call back and told me he could meet me at his shop. He said it would be 50 dollars to repair the tire or would sell me a used one for a higher price if he couldn't get this one fixed. I agreed in 20 minutes he had me fixed up. That 50 dollars was well worth it, knowing my family would be safe and home after another 6hr drive. Thank you for the peace of mind and your excellent service on your day off!
