Always a good experience inside this till I found eggs. Asked Manager to clean up the eggs on Thursday .Gross Health Department needs to get this .It's been here for over a month I contacted 5 employees over a month, manager,Walmart call line on experience, even health department they did nothing yet. . Thursday said going now to see. Yet Saturday my wife returned and still on floor she took more pictures. Time stamped. Eggs mess is growing again

This is the second time I have came to their service dept. To get a tire balanced. The time to get started was almost 2 hrs. Watching them work from the window in the waiting area, the gentleman working on my truck looked like he was walking on lead loaded feet moving at half the speed of smell. I will admit this should not be the first choice when getting tires or work done, hell not even a third or possible fourth. But lets be honest, the way this economy is going right now you have to make some sacrifices. But 2-4 hours for a balance and re-mount is a little absurd.

This Walmart is always busy, but never too busy to help when I'm trying to find something that I have looked for 30 minutes for. My only complaint, unfortunately, is the lack of working, electric carts for handicapped persons. And, come on, handicappers, please plug them in to recharge for the next person. Good, clean store, good prices, helpful employees, equals a good shopping experience.

The last two times I ordered delivery, I have had two additional charges to my bank account. This time one for $102.00 and one for $76.00 I have since put a stop to any charges from Walmart and will under no circumstances vorder from you again.

This store looks trashy. The floor is nasty and dirty things are all over the floor and I watched an associate walk right around it like it wasn t even there. So many items that are in multiple spots so you can t tell what the price is. The big one was in lawn and garden where a stack of potter plants was marked $11 when we scanned it on the walmart.com it said $98 we went and said something to a manager. He went out there he told us that oh just the four flew off and then walked away. Then leaving the parking lot we spotted a pile of shopping carts that looked like a trash pile. We finally realized that they are covering a yellow pole stand but it could have been made to look a lot better. This store needs help

Dave's place is a great place always looking out for customers'welfare. From new tires to rotation to wiper blades they sell superior products and then guarantee everything. I wouldn't go anywhere but Discount Tire. Madi, Oscar, Jaime and all the gang make it worthwhile to spend money there.

Walmart is closing many of its stores. Why? Management sucks!!! No one cares. Lazy and shiftless DEI workers.Buy your groceries and leave. Dont wait for service. You'll be so disappointed.

I'd like to start off by saying the door greeter was so very polite! The self checkout line wasn't too crazy, but there was a line of about six people, including myself, & it went fairly quick..The associate working the self checkout area was also super friendly & quick to help!There's just something about nice and polite staff that make ya want to return to a certain location even if it's a little out of your way!!!

Standing at the locked personel cabinet waiting for mgmt. to get here with a key so I can make a purchase. 45 minutes and just now an associate came in the area and I had to go to her, I ask and she said nobody ever told her I was there. I am not a happy customer. The button just gets ignored!!!walmarhave

Clean store and friendly staff. Scan and Go app quickly showed items that were in fact on the shelf. Also you can check out using Scan and Go app and skip the check out lines.

This store is filthy, disorganized and an all around embarrassment. I had to use the restroom while I was there and out of the four stalls, only 3 were in operation. The handicap stall had toilet paper stuffed around the back of the toilet to control a leak. The stall I used had nothing to hang your purse on, so the only alternative was to hold it in your lap because of the water all over the floor. The sanitary napkin receptacle was overflowing and there were paper towels, toilet paper and other odds and ends littering the floor. DISGUSTING!!The floors in the store itself look like they haven't seen a broom or mop in ages. The shelves look as if there had been a free-for-all. You can't find the correct price on an item because very little is actually where it should be. Seems to me that they need a different manager to make sure the staff is doing there jobs and since they're no longer open 24 hours, maybe they can stay a little later each night and clean and organize.

I left film to be sent off and developed at this store. It took quite a long time to develop. I received an email finally that indicated it was ready. Nope, no pictures. It took me several days to get back to the store in order to hopefully pick up my pictures. Not only was my pictures not there, the clerk said, "oh, we probably threw them away". Then a manager came and explained that the pictures were probably not thrown away but just taking longer than usual to develop. She said to call back tomorrow and ask. I did so, two days in a row. No answer, no matter how many times I called and in any department....no answer, call ended every time. If it were an emergency, tough luck. They neglect answering their phone. It's poor business practice to not answer the phone at the business. We're in some sorry times with this being more and more common at these large stores. They're too busy, understaffed, or just don't care anymore. I miss good customer service. For the most part we're all faced with this dilemma and it is sad to see. They even took my name and phone number, but never bothered to call me at all. I for one will be seeking alternatives to do my shopping period.

All needs in one location, the only thing I have a complaint about is the number of live cashiers. There's more automatic checkouts than personal interaction.

I ordered a Chromebook from Walmart (3rd party-Front Source Technologies.) I found out that if there is a problem with 3rd party sellers, Walmart does not stand behind the customer. The Chromebook which I thought was a new product was used, filthy, and wouldn't connect to wifi.I initiated a return with the seller, got a return barcode number, and was told to take it to a Walmart store. Nobody at the store knew how to process it. They [couldn't] just refund my money and send the damaged product back. Most of the staff were very friendly and courteous until today. I have been to the store 4 times since I received the computer last Thursday after being told different reasons why they couldn't help me and being told to come back later. Today, when the employee had no idea how to help me, I politely asked for a manager. She told me they were busy and couldn't be located...the employee never tried to call or page one that I could tell.I drove back home (25 minutes away) and returned with my husband after calling and speaking with a manager on the phone prior to leaving again. Upon arriving, the employee started to refuse to page the manager to the service desk even though I had her name and was told to ask for her. Then, the employee told the manager that she had tried every way possible to refund my purchase including using my credit card number. She NEVER asked for my CC. Nor did she try to do anything other than input the barcode that wasn't working.I have never had a problem with this store before, but I am so frustrated that nobody knew how to handle the situation and I didn't feel like they put much effort into it. One employee ended up calling 1800 Walmart who deleted the initial return request and was told that it should work. It didn't. (I had already done that previously, too.)I have reached out to Capitol One who is processing my refund request and was wonderful in assisting me.

Update to my review for the Loop 281 Walmart:I just had a terrible experience and my last straw at this Walmart. I went to the bathroom with my two girls and as we finish we go to wash ours hands and a full grown male walks out of the stall that was right next to us. He casually is rearranging himself in front of my little girls so we bolt out of there. I m furious because not only is there a male in the bathroom but he is also an employee! I go to the manager a she tells me there is nothing she can do about it which then I call the corporate line and they tell me something completely different. Saying employees should be using their own bathrooms to begin with. This was a violation of a space that I don t feel comfortable sharing with grown males and will not be back to this Walmart.Original review:So my daughter just had a birthday party and we were given gifts that we already had so I went to return the duplicates. I had both the duplicates and two organize baskets that I didn t have a receipts for. People don t give you receipts when giving presents and I don t blame them at all but I do blame whatever is going on with this Walmart craziness. The employee said that she can t let me return the items because it is over the allowed refund amount. What since when?! Then I told her then let me just return the presents and she told me she can t do that either because they came in with the baskets. Never have I had trouble returning a present or anything for that matter without a receipt. The sheer incompetence or lack of work ethic that these employees have is extraordinary. This isn t my first major problem with this Walmart but this is starting to become really frustrating and making me want to find somewhere else to shop. Worst part is my mother went in with the same stuff and returned it just fine. Really!!!

The Walmart in Longview seems quite big. I do not like the self checkout. I'm not getting paid to do cashier work. Get rid of those self checkouts.

I injured my wrist last night. It was about 10:40. I needed a brace, and nothing else was open. So we went to Walmart. By the time we get there, they announced that they were closing in 15 minutes, so my husband, sister in law and I were rushing trying to find a brace. We didn t know if it would be in the sports section or medical (because my injury was a sports injury) we finally get what I need, we cash out, and find out we grabbed the wrong one. (My sister in law had to pay because my husband and I forgot to grab our wallet) so my husband goes up and tries to ask if he could get another one, and they kept telling us customer service was closed. He just asked to buy another one and return the wrong one the next day and a lady comes up and says we re closed. Bye. We get to the exit and my wrist is throbbing at this point. My husband tries to go buy the right one because I m in pain, and the lady up front hollers at him, and tells him to come back. He told her that he needs to grab another brace, and she starts YELLING AT US! I pointed out that my wrist was swollen and I need to get something to stabilize it. SHE LITERALLY SAID I don t care, we re closed !!!!!!!! My husband looked so mad so I grabbed his wrist ( with the not injured hand), and said it s not worth it let s go. Fast forward to today. I went to customer service and explained how rude the employees were the night before and returned the brace. She told me I couldn t get cash back unless I had the card there or the receipt which the employees the night before never gave us. I told her I m not coming back so I don t want a gift card. In the end, I ended up trading for the correct brace. One thing is for sure, I am never going there again!

People seem miserable there. They want you to use self checkout, but look at you like you're a thief when their machines don't scan correctly and they have to come over and reset machine.

Store is absolutely disgusting!! I came in to get pumpkins and found a bin that said they were $.98 each. I get to the register and because someone on their end messed up they said that I didn t see it correctly and would only do 2 out of my 10 pumpkins for the $.98. Walmart do better. If someone messes up on the price please accommodate the guest. Because I spent an hour digging in that bin to be disrespected and disappointed. I d rather go to target at that point.

I love coming to this walmart. But tonight had a bad experience. I always pay on the self check line so I don't have to deal with people's attitudes. Tonight this lady was very rude. I usually put big items by the bags to scan them first so that I don't forget since I can't put them in the bags. She told me I couldn't put them there because they weren't paid with very rude attitude, so I moved them away and scanned them first. Then I put them in the cart and continued to scan everything else. Well, she kept staring at me as I scanned every item like if I was going to steal something. As I was getting everything ready in the cart with my toddler and paying she still kept staring as if I wasn't going to pay or something. It just felt so uncomfortable, I mean they have cameras to check if anything goes wrong.

It's the worst Walmart I've ever been to. And I worked in one for 3� years. It's dirty and never stocked. The employees are lacking in everyday hygiene care. Most of them are not friendly and could care less if you're a customer needing help or not. The pharmacy is the same. When my next round of scripts need refilling, I'm having them transferred to another pharmacy.

Went to get my perfume. Will buy it somewhere else next time. Took forever to find someone to unlock the case. Then all that person did was gripe and complain about having to do it.

Second time doing a curbside and I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours for my items to come out. The employees threw my bags into my car and upon inspecting them when I got home, realized half my items were broken or damaged. Eggs broken, glass containers shattered, boxes and cans dented. Tried calling the store and got hung up on. Beyond the unprofessional service I received, I m also out $100 on groceries since nobody from the store will get back to me.
