Had a great experience at w&b getting my compressor fixed. Roberto is an outstanding mechanic knowledgeable, he was able to get compressor running right away. Great service overall.. also Chris is a great guy too. He knows what he s doing in the shop aswell.. thank you guys for your great service

This is an amazing shop full of knowledgeable team members, friendly, and courteous. They were amazing from when I walked in the door with trailer issues to pulling off the lot with my trailer working like brand new. Mr. Hunter did amazing work and got me back on the road fast. 5 stars for the entire company

Thank you, second time here. Tech Roberto, outstanding job, quick and done right the first time. Always appreciated. Would also like to give Chris, I believe a boss man, his props as well kept us informed at every step and gave his assurance on a job well done. Came in with reefer leaking compressor oil, they got started on it right away and was done in about 3 hrs while it was loaded. Once again this company doesn't disappoint and I'm so glad that my company uses them when we can!!

Charles is a top notch technician. He came to our location for a trailer with locked brakes. Instead of just ordering a new valve and returning another day to repair it, he spent the time and made the effort to check further and found a blockage at the valve. The trailer is up and rolling at a time we need it most. Great service!! 5 star for sure.

Mason barns was friendly knowing and happy to do the work required on my trailer as I pulled up my windshield wipers crossed and Lou Robert s got rite to work on fixing that problem at the end of the day both of them were absolutely awesome about taking care of me thank you gentleman for your awesome work

Had a bearing blow on my 3 axle Kaufman trailer, Charles came out, checked every possible scenario accessed the problem an got me rolling again, not only was he awesome, the ladies and gentleman in the office are top tier also.... I would them to anyone

I have relied on the services of W&B for the past 4 years and have not been disappointed ever. Great place for APU servicing and repair.Steve Lott is master at his job. Always pleasant and knowledgeable. I have never been disappointed with the results.I highly recommend these folks.

W&B is always my go-to for reefer or lift gate service because of this location. Mike always makes sure my fleet is taken care of. Whether during normal working hours or at 2am on a Saturday, Steve is always quick to get the job done right every time. A 5-star review doesn't even begin to express how much I appreciate the W&B team.

Incredible place. We need some work done on our reefer trailer. While they are obviously very busy they immediately came out and assessed the work we needed done like we were their only customer. Very refreshing in this day and age. It's going to require quite a bit of work that we can't pay for all at once. No problem here. They are willing to store the trailer on their lot until we have the money that we need. It's so hard to find trustworthy service people these days. Some overcharge for the work they do and do work that doesn't really need doing. I genuinely feel that these folks will do there best to keep the price reasonable for doing work that needs doing while doing a quality job. I'll update this review as the work gets done but for now, I'm super impressed and comfortable that or trailer could not be in better hands.

Needed a trailer hinge replaced. Gater and Lawrence were able to get the job done quickly and professionally, without the need to break the trailer seal. They also quickly repaired a mid-trailer turn signal bracket in minutes. Great experience here with Gater and Lawrence, as well as the management team. Highly recommended. Tim

The customer service at this place is awesome. I was passing through one day and I had trouble with my airlines that another shop screwed up the tech took the time to undo The damage that was done and every since then I have been going there for all of my trailer work. Everyone there is so nice and professional and they know their job thanks very much for getting me back on the road.I gave a shout out to the tech that fixed my Landing gear to my trailer.thanks W&B job well done

Been having issues with my APU last week but I am SO grateful to this place, especially Chris (Gator) for both coming up with a great solution to make the sleeper cool again, and also being mindful in trying to get the problem fixed in a timely manner. Your awesome Chris, thanks a lot!Also, have to mention the ladies that work behind the scenes in the back trailer. You can not find two more genuinely sweet and helpful ladies. They either love life, love their jobs, or both. Very consistent in their sweet demeanor.
