I always try to come here for my inspections and oil changes the past few years, because the customer service is impeccable . Darren the assistant manger is always kind and understanding while being on top of things at this very busy location ! Today was no different - from Jayden guiding me through the bay with a kind smile and Christian with his humor and kindness . It's so comforting to have a place like this to go for service . Thanks again guys , I appreciate you very much !!!

I came at a busy time, and my car failed inspection because of a bulb. No biggie, I ask how much to have them replace it. 14$, for a 4$ bulb. Okay so I do down to O'Reilly's and install the 4$ bulb myself and have to wait in line again. Again, it was decently busy, but this time I passed. Felt like it took an hour or so. Check your bulbs and wipers before you go. I didn't and it took me twice as much time.

Want to thank the amazing staff especially Braylon. They helped me replace my windshield wiper when the other Valvoline on Gilmer Rd. was negligent with the 1st replacement.Thank you I will definitely make the drive to this Valvoline from her on out.

I had such an unfortunate experience. I drove in the bay and advised the CSR that I needed an oil change and I have a fleet vehicle so I should be in their system as I had been there once previous with great results. They performed my oil change, and before they closed the hood, they put 2 new wiper blades (in the boxes) on my hood. The young man then gave me the copy of my bill. I told him I didn't ask for wiper blades and did not want them. He said he couldn't reverse the charges. I pushed to the onsite manager and he also said it couldn't be reversed since my fleet vehicle management co 'approved it' already (in truth, fleet drivers have a dollar limit they cannot exceed w/o approval so NOT the same thing as being 'approved'.) I had no options but to take my not-installed wiper blades with me. I have called their customer service, my fleet management company ,and my in-house fleet manager to advise all that I feel like I was hustled and the company is paying for extra charges NOT asked for by me. I will not be returning so maybe they hustled an extra $50 today from my company but in the end they have lost a customer forever. Fleet vehicle owners beware!Service: Oil change

Braylon was exceptionally awesome in having my vehicle serviced. Will definitely have my oil changed here again!!His coworkers were really awesome too and did a great job!

Went on my lunch break to get oil change. EVERY interaction with ALL staff was amazing and beyond. After done with service, my car would not start! Several staff came to take a look and offer help, started with checking my battery. (Not the issue) car displayed an odd error and Everyone jumped to research and try to help! I was so impressed with the kindness and compassion offered. After some time, I had to call for tow, and Christian, wonderful employee, offered to take me back to work...and did!! They kept my car and took care of the tow pick up for me!! Definitely recommend this place and all staff! Thank you to everyone that made a stressful and embarrassing situation manageable and not be made to feel like an inconvenience!!! A++++

$125 for synthetic oil change is ridiculous. We get constant coupons in mail and Emails and the one we brought was expired. Instead of working around it they said we dont accept it. Cheaper going somewhere else without needing a coupon

This is the absolute slowest vehicle inspection I ve ever had in my life. I went to the Ford house. It took less than three minutes. They are getting oil changes. Done faster than they are getting the inspections. It s absolutely ridiculous.

They overtightened a screw on my air filter cover and snapped it. When I got home and raised the hood I discovered they had left a pair of pliers in there.

After waiting for over an hour in line, my daughter and myself went inside the small lobby area to wait. A sweet, older lady was inside as well. One of the technicians came out and tried to convince her her air cabin filter was dirty. When he left she said she had just had it changed and it didn t look that dirty to her. I explained they like for you to change them often but she said it was expensive and didn t have the money to change it again. I told her I m sure it would be fine to wait until the next time. All of a sudden the technician came out and rudely told me I needed to leave for bad mouthing their business and they made us leave after waiting over an hour. We were from out of town and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Well. I was a customer back when it was Time IT Lube through the transition to Valvoline until this incident. I will never go back. They handled all of the oil changes since we purchased the car from a local dealer. This trip, they made my wife wait two hours in the heat because they stripped the oil pan bolt. She called me, and i got involved. I spoke with the shift manager and ended up waiting for an additional hour for him to go back and forth with someone from corporate to approve another shop doing the work. The shift manager failed to inform the store manager and the next shift manager before he took his time off. I wasted an additional 2 hours waiting on staff to get in touch with the shift manager in order for him to keep him word and make the arrangements. After the work was done, they only wanted to pay for half.

Charged 60$ for a 10$ cabin air filter. Over filled my ram 3.2 by an entire qt. (Have the oil for proof and this also caused issues with my check eng light) did NOT fully reattach my air intake to my mass air flow sensor. Over torqued my oil plug. Dudes getting sprung and distracted by real life girl co workers. Took a chance to have it done for me seeing how I always do it. KNEW better than to trust these kids. Not worth it at all. Called to inform and I won t even take my money back. I want absolutely nothing to do with this scam.

Stopped in on a cross country road trip.They did an amazing job, very quick!Everyone was so nice and they even filled my tires and checked my engine filter!Highly recommend!Loved to see women working there. Girl power Service: Oil change

Went with my husband to get his oil changed, he mentioned that he has an oil change available since he bought his truck through Car-Mart. The lady (Tiffany) then changed the tone of her voice. The stellar service that I received at grease monkey even after they found out my husbands car was from car mart was better than the less than stellar service we received from this location. I ll return to grease monkey in the future

Got my oil change any a state inspection here. Basically at the end of the day. Everyone working there had a really good attitude even though it's 100 degrees and they've been working on oil changes all day. They checked everything out, didn't try to sell my anything that wasn't called for (the main reason I don't go to these places) and they were very fast. This is where I'll get my car inspected every time. I hope these guys are paid well because none of the competitors seem to be able to offer state inspections due to low staffing.Service: Oil change

They give quick and courteous service, in and out very quickly. Yet I know I had sway bar bushings that were bad and they had a grease fitting on the bottom of them and yet they never made mention that the upper bushings were gone. I normally don't get under my truck unless I have a leak, but I recently replaced my a/c compressor and saw they were bad. Just think it would be nice to inform me of the problem.

I ve come here to get my inspection done many times and recently went here to get my radiator looked at to find out that it was cracked. They refused to let me leave until I found someone or somewhere to help me and they even checked on me just to make sure I was okay. They have a great staff here and I highly recommend them.

We were second in line for inspection. The car in front of us needed to have a light replaced during the inspection. We waited over an hour to get our inspection done. It took 4 different people over an hour to change it. Will not be back.

These guys are great! Super nice, polite, and professional. Just the best. They completed my oil change within 15 minutes as they always do. Today, when they checked the oil level after completing it, the oil on the bottom of the dipstick had a lot of foam for some reason. Without question, they drained the oil again and refilled with fresh oil. They explained everything well and assured me that it would not change my price at all. I appreciate them being honest and caring about the wellbeing of my vehicle. 10 out of 10.

First time coming here. They were amazing. I pulled in they guided me in my car to go inside the shop,and got it done in 13 min. It's awesome that they are open on Sundays. They were all so nice and professional. Will come here again! I paid 31.58 for basic oil change with Lobo band discount card. They checked my lights and aired my tires, filled my windshield fluid.Service: Oil change

Valvoline Instant Oil Change... Nothing quick or speedy about this place. We were second in the line and we waited nearly an hour for a state inspection. Employees were horse playing more than they were doing any type of work or inspections.

I sat behind a vehicle that was getting an oil change for 50 minutes. This is not quick. There were several workers just standing around. Valvoline normally doesn t operate like this.Apparently they went to parts store to get a filter for this vehicle and just left me hanging. Horrible customer service.

4 people waiting in line for a state inspection. Truck pulls in behind us and is wheeled into an empty bay and they begin an inspection on it. Really!?

I waited from 1045 until 1215 here for an oil change. I never got my oil changed. I had to leave for an appointment. When I called the store about it Jason put me on a brief one to two minute hold while he talked to the manager. After holding for 15 minutes. I had to leave my number for a call back. A national customer service rep calls me back and offers me a 10% discount on my next service. I won t be back.

The lube technicians closed their cash registers an hour before closing and said they aren t doing anything till close. This was on a Wednesday. No holiday upcoming or nothing. They just didn t want to change the oil on my truck. Laziest crew I have ever seen. Will not be going back!!!

I blame myself for trusting and not checking before I left. My brand new jeep engine cover went missing....its a $200 replacement cost. I cannot prove anything but I park in a locked garage at night and in a secured and monitored lot during the day. I had only had the jeep for a few months and this was the first oil change. Not the owners fault directly, I am sure they did not know they have criminals working for them. Thanks guys. Enjoy my stuff and don't worry about karma.
