This business is usually so busy on January with inspections. I must have waited a good half hour. I was a little agitated because the person who finally got a chance to come out and talk to me, told me I was in the wrong line. This made me upset because a new car came a good 15 min after me and was ahead of me in the inspection line. I would have been super mad but the worker was so kind and apologetic that I couldn't be upset. A kind word can change a person's attitude for the better. Wish I knew his name. Good job sir!

Duvan gave me a discount on wipers after I waited for awhile in line and Ricke was a very nice greeter. Friendly and professional!

They were great. Chris and the staff had the place running like a well oiled machine. I was in, got my oil changed and aif filter changed and out of there so quickly. They have a car cam so you can see the work being done, with a timer. Niiiice. They have drive through oil change service so that was great for social distancing. I was also offered a cold water while getting my oil changed. Highly recommended for quick work. A true definition of southern hospitality #conniesamreen

These guys are so nice, fast, and professional. I went to the Spur-63 location and it seems much less busy than the Loop 281 location. Lakelthan helped me with an oil change and inspection and using a very old groupon. Got it all for about $9! Great service.

It was easy to get a state inspection and oil change here. You don't even need to leave the car. There were coupons to save on the inspection and the oil change on the website.

I needed my radiator flushed and refilled on a cold, rainy day. They were backed up with people wanting service but they told me they could get it done and they did in a timely, professional manner at a reasonable cost while being very friendly as well.

Highly recommend!This was my first time getting an oil change on a car since I'm a new car owner. I was very nervous but they made me feel so comfortable and safe.They walked me through everything they were doing to the car which was amazing!The reason why I gave them a five star was because they were extremely professional, and the way that they worked as a team was amazing!

The guys in the shop were really friendly, and they were very through and took excellent care during my oil change. It took 30 mins instead of 15 to change my oil (not including wait time) which is why I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5.

From the time I got there, I received great customer service. The guy explained everything and was very helpful. I had came in my lunch and was out within 15 minutes!

So after sitting for 35 minutes, I finally ask to find out that the manager went to find a oil plug for my vehicle. Never said a word about not having them in stock or having to go purchase one. Total oil change took 56 minutes.

Great service. Found out my coolant was really low. They check so much. Definitely worth the extra $5. Good oil at a great price. Would have cost the same to do it myself with the 15 percent off coupon

From the time I pulled in, before even in the bay - I was greeted in such a friendly manner. Pulled in and all of these guys were on their game with communication. I did not have to get out of my vehicle. Aaron was very knowledgeable on what I needed for my car to run at it's best. Very good at what he does - when speaking to customers. He does not pressure you at all. All friendly faces - and now this will be my new place to get an Oil Change. Why did I not know about them sooner!

I cannot say any more amazing words about this place. Madison and Ethan were soooooo incredible, helpful, sweet, quick, and so many more positive words. I ve said it TWICE and I ll say it again, this place deserves an award!!!!!! Will be coming back for life!!!!

This location has the laziest lube technicians I have ever seen. They closed down their cash registers at 6pm knowing they are not closed until 7pm. I didn t know Valvoline paid their employees to ride the clock. They basically did no transactions for their last hour and on a WEDNESDAY!!!

Horrible customer service. They spent 15 minutes or more trying to figure out how to put on a windshield wiper. I went home and did it myself in just a few seconds. These kids dont know what they are doing. I also didnt recieve the $10 off after 5pm promo price. They charged full price without my authorization. I was not told the total before my card was ran. I wont be going back here!

I enjoyed my experience with Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I had a quick and hassle free experience. I was being serviced by a female. She was very kind and courteous and she knew what she was doing. I had a headlight replaced. And she fixed me right up.

They provided a fast oil change and excellent service, didn't have any doubt in what they did because they went back over everything with each other to insure the job was completed properly. Took about 10 minutes total, I sent my wife there and she got the same experience. Wonderful service!

Good groupon discount but waited in line for over an hour just to get into a bay. By the time I left I had finished an entire Netflix documentary; opening to ending credits around an hour and 45 minutes. Price good, service fair, but "instant oil change" is quite a stretch. 2/5 stars. Would use again but not a first, second, or third choice.

Caitlin was amazing. The loop location turned me away from getting an inspection sticker. The assistant manager said he was too busy to let his inspector do my car. So I drove to the spur where Caitlin was more than willing to get my inspection done. Thanks Caitlin you are the definition of great customer service.

I always go to this location for my oil change needs. The customer service is great. Saturday's is usually busy, the wait time wasn't that bad.
