Oil change was quick. They got my tire pressure adjusted and wiper fluid topped off. Price was more reasonable than the place I had used before. Will definitely be my go to moving forward.

The customer service you receive is outstanding. All of the staff are courteous, very helpful, and very friendly. I never have a long wait and am always greeted with a smile.

Was one of the first cars to come in this morning. They were super friendly. Had me in and out within 30 mins for an oil change, even offered to vacuum for me. I will definitely be back. Love good customer service

Went in and got an inspection and oil change. I don t even think I ll sit down five minutes and they were finished with my car and they were very polite and nice will be going there From now on

My husband told me to go there for an inspection. Fast, professional and courteous. You can tell the guy in charge runs a tight ship. Will definitely go back when it's time for an oil change. Impressive service.

I was in this shop very recently. The oil change was very fast. The man who checked me out was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was a child. I did not appreciate his attitude at all. I was tempted to bark back at him but I figured karma will handle this jerk. I will never be back and I intend on telling everyone I know about this guy. Lighten up there bud and make everyday a great day.

They did a great job of ensuring I will never go there again, and even made me question using Valvoline in the future. All these items say checked, nope. If they were checked they were not fixed, changed, or mentioned. Didn't take Valvoline military discount coupon. Felt like I had a bunch of 10 year olds working on my car. I distrusted this service so much, that I am going elsewhere in 10 minutes to have it redone. What a waste of 100 dollars.

My dad told me to go to them for oil change. They checked more than just the oil. The boss Rodney checked my tire pressure & discovered I had over filled both back tires. I have been using this location nearly exclusively for about 20 years. I've never had a single complaint. They really bend over backwards to take care of their customers.

Love this place. I drove around to 4 different places to get my oil changed; two just didn't want to bother and declined the business on the grounds that it would be 2-4 hours before they could service my vehicle. The others were pretty much the same, but at least nicer about turning away business.Valvoline though got me in and out the door in the time it took me to almost finish the fresh cup of coffee they provided. Fast, clean environment, comfy waiting area and even on a busy Saturday the wait felt like 5 minutes before my oil change was complete. I highly recommend this business and the great folks working there.

After going through five different 'State Inspection' shops in Longview, none of them actually employed enough people to do inspections during their entire day. Most of them said they would only inspect cars between 2 and 4 pm.This Valvoline not only had several guys who could perform the state inspection at 6:30 pm, they were all working really hard and had a great attitude, did the inspection very quickly with no nonsense upsell strategies.I haven't paid someone to change my oil in at least ten years, but I let them change my oil just because I kinda want this business to be rewarded. Fortunately they changed the oil and inspected the car in maybe 5 minutes. They filled my tires with air and refilled my washer fluid, looked at my transmission fluid (and said it was fine), tried to sell me an air filter (the one in my car was several years old and needed one, so this was honest).All in all very happy. Good hard working folks who actually provided the services they advertised, and frankly none of their competitors were doing that.Service: Oil change

I jut pulled in desperate to get air in my tires and am ina lot of pain. I pulled up 4 different guys immediately took care of me and even checked thr other tires all for free & were all so sweet. I WILL be going back wheni need my oil changed ina couple months. They have my business in the future. It really meant a lot cause I'm having severe nerve pain& the weather is bad. They were great. Great service, since it is close to our neighborhood it is a quick place, all employees very diligent, inspection went great (Cody) my former student always points me if anything needs to be taken care of, and gets my cars done right away, I work all week and Saturday works best for me I don t have to make an appointment and if needed they offer you coffee meanwhile so it is great option to get your inspection done without hassle or long waiting time for appointments.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They finished in less than 10 minutes. Didn't let me see the dip stick when they refilled the oil. Didn't check the tire pressure,etc. Left me unsure.
