Internet goes out quite a bit. A lot of guessing about a part I needed. Limited selection. Labor 110.00 an hour with 2 hour minimum. Did not have any work done. I just saw the sign.

Extremely bad customer service and there merchandise is way overpriced. They advertise a full refund on items but refuse to give me the refund . They claimed I used the product cause I opened the bottle to smell it . They want the customer to pay shipping and handling on returns and a restock fee . I spent $ 20.00 on a 4 oz bottle of water with food dye in it and there's no return. Every other place it's $10.00 iowa80.com

Because I wanted to make very sure that what I ordered was the right set (Centramatic balancers and the Crossfire air equalizers) for my particular truck, I called Tim twice to ask questions. He didn't' mess around. Sent me the link while we were talking. When I ordered the parts, which were reasonably priced, I got a notice in about 20 minutes (yes, about 20 minutes) that they had shipped! I have their site bookmarked and I'll be checking their site first when I need truck parts. Thanks Tim!

Tim was awesome. Open at 8am, I was passing through at 7am , Tim was checking emails and doors was unlock, he said come on in , great prices. My 1st visit ever, but I will be back. You can shop on line too. He gave me their catalog.

I was looking for a Cole Hersee relay. It was in stock at the best price I ve found and it was shipped via USPS for free. I mistakenly thought that it was coming via UPS, and my billing address is different than my street address. I caught my error and phoned. I wish I d jotted down names, but the point is the customer service I received was first rate.

I ordered in an ATRO motor mount bushing kit from truck parts world. I received order with missing parts, I called and spoke with Tim. Tim made me aware that they removed the kit from the ATRO manufacture packaging to their shipping package to save money. Tim blamed ATRO, called them and is making them shipped out missing parts. I asked for discount Tim said no I said I don t want his product. Tim said I need to send a picture of the package that it was sent in. I talked to Scott the manager he cussed me out and called me his son laughed at me when I asked for the owners information on up on me numerous times . Horrible horrible place to do business with

They have soo much selection. I needed flared air fittings that the KW dealer did not have. Truck parts world did.

GOING TO HAVE PARTS ON HAND. GREAT PRICE!! YOUNG WHITE GUY AT PART COUNTER NO HIS CRAFT. PETERBILT BOSSIER,LA WRONG PART WITH VIN,NAPA MARSHAL,TX WRONG PART. TRUCK WORLD GOT IT RIGHT FIRST TIME. BECUASE HE NEW HOW TO READ CALIPER/MIC.. THANK YOU CUSTOMER FOR LIFE
