Randy and all the other staff are the nicest people. You can tell they really love their jobs. I'm not one who expects salesmen to coming running out because I pull up. I looked at a few boats and when I was ready, I went inside. Randy met me and answered all my questions. In 30-45 minutes, I was a new boat owner. Thanks to the whole team!

Went in today to buy a boat. Salesman Randy came right out but wasn t pushy. Told him I wanted a write up on 2 boats. Took maybe 5 min. Picked out my boat. No trying to add stuff, answered all questions and within 30 min had a new boat. Now just gotta try and make it a few days till it s ready. Beyond excited and proud. Owner even came out and thanked us and introduced himself.

Was there a few months back looking at buying a boat again with the mind set of going home w/one that day. After walking around for 10-15 and the staff and salesmen not trying at all engage with my being I soon left.Me visiting this dear had also gone agenst better judgment after several friendships had advised me to go elsewhere do to issues with the staff and the owner. Not a big fan of hear say but after 3 friends had similar experience with a business, and its not good honest business, I'll go elsewhere.

What can I say, I'm there buying my new boat. I'm a very happy guy right now. Randy and the guys took over an hour helping me set up our new boat with the right gear. When there was a question they did not have an answer for, they began researching for the right information. They shared insight and experience.Just waiting on our boat to get here.

Could be a great place to buy a boat; however, when I pulled up last year looking to buy a boat the staff was dismissive and uninterested in helping me - ended up buying my boat at the Bass Pro Shop in Shreveport. I drove out today looking to buy another boat (pontoon) and same dismissive and uninterested reaction from staff. I actually stated it seems a customer would be better off buying online or somewhere else - he agreed. Definitely last time I bother them.

I bought this 20ft pontoon boat from these guys in 2018 not a lot of problems with the it, good boat,but it set for about a year and the gas turned bad,my mistake running with bad gas. Called service, they accepted it right off the bat BUT!!!! 2 weeks later still not finished with a simple job, who knows,missing a lot of good fishing days. On top of that me my wife decided to buy another 17.5 bass boat besides the pontoon,but dealing with the salesman named Jeff that doesn t return phone calls,even when we wanted to pay cash,I will not be buying ,or servicing another boat from these guys.

We bought a boat from Tracker about a month ago. It was beyond a doubt the best customer service we'e ever had making a purchase like this. We took our boat out on the river and experienced a few problems with it constantly dying on us. We called Tracker and we were told to bring it in. Mind you... it was bought as is no warranty. Not only did they fix that problem but found a few more issues and took care of those also without any cost to us. Once again, we just picked our boat up this a.m. and everyone that works there went out of their way to take care of us! Thank you Tracker and to your whole staff! Highly recommend them if looking to purchase a noat!

I bought a 2005 Triton 1756sc with a 50 4 stroke Merc showed good compression, but was as is. Matt told me that if anything went wrong just to let him know. First morning on the lake the boat ran awesome, that evening on the way back in I lost a cylinder. Call Matt up and he is putting a brand new power head on it from Mercury with warranty. Can t beat customer service like that.

I bought a used boat from them , it was tested and every thing looks fine but when I took it to lake there was a very hard to find water leak. ( BTW I live about 130 miles away from Longview.) so I called and they were very disturbed to know about the leak no time was wasted didn't waste a time they came and towed the boat to fix it and bring it back.Again the leak still there. I called again this time they sent a very experienced mechanic worked on it all day put it on the water twice and didn't leave till he made sure there is no leaks at all.If you are shopping for a boat I strongly recommend Longview Tracker Boats.Thanks toRandy from SalesJerrard from maintenanceJerry from maintenanceand everyone else

Worst service ever! they had me waiting for 5 weeks to service my boat, to end up telling me that they can not service it and that I have to take it somewhere else. They could had tell me that the first day and I could have my boat running by now. Also, 2 years ago they had my boat for 6 weeks when they told me it was going to be about 2-3 weeks. I shouls had learn my lesson the first time!
