I was looking for a trade. Mr. Paloma was very interested in my concerns. He found a great deal for me. He was very thoughtful in my needs, friendly, patient & helpful. Not a pushy or seal the deal attitude. Gave me plenty time to think over my options. If I had to buy again, I d definitely want Mr. Paloma as my salesman. The whole staff at Honda are very concern, friendly & helpful people. They get the job done in a great way, if it s greeting customers, service department & sales, in when you re done with the visit you walk away feeling appreciated as a customer. Salesman and Sales Manager did not listen when I told them I absolutely did not want the extra packages only Gap coverage. They brought the sales contract twice with extra things added to it. Very frustrating and made the purchase take much longer than necessary.

Every time I drive in for service, Matthew greets me like family. I've had trouble with a leak in a tire, and he took care of me while they were fixing the leak, checking on me to make sure I was comfortable until my car was finished. It was washed, vaccuumed, with the leak fixed.I love the service at Tower Honda, especially that provided by my friend, Matthew. Thanks to all of you!

I scheduled an appointment to have a front end alignment on my 2020 Honda Accord. I waited one and half hours to be told my car could not be serviced because I needed new tires. I was offered an estimate for new tires but refused as I am able to complete an estimate on my own. The receptionist then offered to wash my vehicle, while it was raining outside. I am very disappointed that I waited for over an hour to be told services could not be rendered.

I had an appointment scheduled and arrived few minutes early. Upon arrival, I was greeted and information was obtained. I was greeted by friendly, professional staff and was told I could wait inside the waiting area. Kahli was mindful, professional and knowledgeable regarding my cars issue; I had just purchased an Accord from another dealer over the weekend; however, Tower of Honda treated me like their own. I will be coming back for sure!

They worked w me on the price and gave me more on my trade than what 5 other dealers had offered. I told them what my payment budget was and they adjusted their numbers to complete the deal. They definitely were not "take this deal or leave it." Best car-buying experience I have had in 40 years. FIVE STARS

They did what we agreed they would do. They seemed thorough. The service rep was outstanding from a courtesy and servant mentality. Him alone would be a reason for us to do more business with this dealership.

Gary is amazing and very detailed with his work. Lets you know what needs to be done and gives you a full breakdown of cost. He is not pushy and wants you to be safe. Wont use any place else.

Great service and dealership. It is a shame that Honda discontinued the Honda Clarity. After 90,000 miles it has been a great vehicle to drive with an average of 90 mpg-e local 40 mpg- in hybrid mode on trips.

Service was the best I had in a long time. From the greeting in the beginning of the service to explaining the service that the vehicle needed. Didn t take all day to get me in and out. My experience at Tower Honda has always been excellent, from the moment I walk in I am greeted with a smile and acknowledged. The atmosphere is very pleasant, If any issues arise I am informed and they try to find the best solution to meet my needs. Had my tire pressure light come, pulled into service bay, Gary Carson and received excellent care. They took the car to a service bay broke down the problematic tire, found a nail, repaired and out quickly. Thank you Gary Carson and Tower Honda. Towers service is second to none, reason I purchased at Tower Honda!
