They are so awesome, sold me 3 vehicles. They went above and beyond to help my son get into his. They are building my husband the truck he wants, and I got back into the vehicle I originally wanted.

Nancy s your gal! Great personality and very friendly. She made the buying process easy and was more than willing to help you get what you want. My husband had every question and she had every answer. lol.The service department has been wonderful as well with no issues. While you wait for them to finish your service, Skye checks on you often making sure you aren t in need of a water etc., she s great too!

Parom is a miracle worker! I recently went thru a divorce and was strapped by the cost of my car note. Now he has sold me my last 2 cars so there was no other I trusted to help me out! He got me payoff on my current pilot even tho it seemed almost impossible and got me in a brand new car with a lower note and saving me over 300 dollars a month! Thanks Parom, I am a customer for life!!!

We've bought 2 vehicles from Tower in the past and each time has been a pleasant experience. No pressure, no hassle, just friendly people from my experience. I came in Saturday around 6:15PM, didn't want to make anyone stay late, and was able to test drive a few vehicles. Josh was great and Chris the manager was equally as great. So those guys could go home and relax, I told them I would be back Monday morning. Monday morning I get there at opening time and Chris greets me and Tyler, whom I spoke with Saturday on the phone, took great care of me. I had visited another dealership that will remain nameless and the vibe was 100% different. I got to test drive what I wanted, got a good deal, and was home for lunch. Also, Jesse is the greatest service technician in the history of the world. Had to add that plug in there!

Completely satisfied! Zero complaints. The whole process was quick, smooth, and easy. My dream car was found ASAP and well taken care of until I was able to pick it up. Paul Magness was amazing. I definitely will use him and Tower Honda again for future purchases.

Excellent customer care. Lenny my salesperson and Jerrard his sales manager are the best. They did a great job at personalizing my needs and went the extra mile into finding what I needed. If you ever need a vehicle either new or used ask for these two guys they honestly are the best!

I didn't think that I was coming home with a brand new 2024 Honda HR, with no down payment or trade-in. Now let's put the icing on the cake. Two, maybe three days later, I received a call asking that I came in to sign some paperwork. They found a mistake that lowered my monthly payment. Now that costumer service.

I love the dealership and the salesman. It made me feel like I was the most important thing they were doing. But I have one problem that would have made it 5 stars. Left the dealership not knowing how the lights worked and how to work features on the car.

Marci Sheehan is quite literally a life saver. She proved that salesmanship runs deeper than just pockets, her and her whole team at Tower Honda. We walked in with a car in more than rough shape, (my wife and I have a 2 month old baby so we desperately needed a better car)and after being almost instantly rejected by hole in the wall dealerships, we had zero expectations of Honda even considering us. But then we met Marci and she set us up in a brand new 2024 Honda and worked so tirelessly to do so..We were treated like family and will recommend to literally everyone we know. So if you're reading this.. no doubt, stop looking around Tower of Honda is THE place to go and ask for Marci!!

We hadn't really planned on buying a new vehicle when we stopped in however our salesperson Nancy was fantastic and she showe3d us a couple of vehicles we were interested in and had done business within the past. Surely, she had just the one in stock that fit the bill. Wala here we sit with a brand-new Honda CRV-XL. She took the time to listen to us and off she went and came back with just the one that fit the deal. Excellent people skills and we have a beautiful new vehicle. Job Well Done Nancy. I was very pleased with the service and help from Pirom at Tower Honda . He walked me through all aspects of purchasing my 2024 Accord EX. Myself being nervous at any major purchase, he took the time to explain all the details of the entire process so that I would understand what was going on. If you are interested in buying a new vehicle I suggest you give this gentleman a call. He will answer any questions you may have concerning a new or used vehicle from Tower Honda!

We found a CRV Sport Hybrid that we liked at a deal we could not pass up. Pirom Pruski answered all of our questions. We are enjoying the fantastic gas mileage and the comfortable ride. Pirom continues to help us with different ways for us to personalize the settings regarding the use of our phones and other settings that were not present on our Honda Odyssey that we traded in.

My Mom bought her new CRV there recently. She received a recall notice & needed an oil change plus an inspection. So we decided to take care of all 3 at one time.She was told the part would hopefully be in for the recall. We called the day before the appointment to check on the part and were told there was not a replacement part yet available. Also, the inspection had been scheduled wrong and would have to be rescheduled. We then said let's cancel the appointment and the young girl just hung up on us. Totally unbelievable and the most unprofessional and rude service we have ever experienced!

I was/is not pleased with my sales rep. She didn't explain anything about the car, quoted me one monthly price and ended up being a different amount, once I finished with finances, she had a different car for me, will not recommend her to any of my friends or family

I spoke with Khali who was very helpful and extremely polite. This guy is a professional as he guided me with all pricing for 4 services on my vehicle, with pricing that was more than fair. It s people like this that make me feel well taken care of. My experience with his input was very satisfactory and it left me with nothing but good things to say. Easiest, quickest and most painless car purchase I ever made I my life. I found the Accord I was interested in on Tower s website the night before and dropped by the next day just to take a look. Tyler was the salesman who greeted us and at no point was he pushy or trying to get us to buy the car right then. He answered our questions, we did our test drive, got our quote and told him we wanted to sleep on it. The next morning I knew I wanted the car and by lunch I was driving away in my new Honda completely satisfied and happy with my experience and purchase. I cannot say enough great things about Tyler and Chris and Tower Honda!

Took my car 2023 CR-V in for its first free oil change at 5,000 miles. Got there and the service advisor informs me that the only way to get it for free was to wait til the maintenance light came on. Weird but ok. Took it back when the maintenance light came on at 15,000 miles! Supposedly received whatever was under the Honda Care for new owners (oil change, tire rotation). Recently decided to take my car back to where I purchased it from. The service advisor informed me that there was no record in their database of my car ever having service done. She also told me that I should ve been getting oil changes at 5,000 miles not when the maintenance light came on!Tower Honda of Longview service department is horrible! I will never recommend or do service at this dealership ever!

I cannot put into words how absolutely phenomenal every person working for this dealership is. If you re thinking about shopping here and are on the fence, take this as your sign to go ahead and do it. I am beyond grateful for all of the compassion and kindness I was shown while shopping for a vehicle at Tower Honda. Call to schedule safety recall I received notification on 2/1/24. Person on phone says can t schedule because part doesn t currently exist. Asked when it will be available and she states maybe late fall. So because of Hondas lack of urgency I m now driving around with the possibly or airbags going off without warning. Lady at Tower says if that happens I will be reimbursed for any out of pocket fix. Hard to have it fixed when parts don t exist. Tower service is a joke! If my airbags go off without an accident I will be suing both Tower Honda and Honda motor!
