REALLY friendly staff, and when you make an appointment, they are prompt and thorough. Alignments require an appointment, but it is worth it, the price is not unreasonable either! Got to me early, and did not take more than 30-40 min. Highly recommend!

I ve taken my vehicle here for many many years and the past 3 times I ve been they have scratched my rims up. I went this morning to drop my car off to get service and when I went back and pick up my vehicle my rim is scratched up once again. I asked when I dropped my car off to make sure nothing happens to my rims. I got back to pick my car up and there is scratches and the owner himself told me he would fix it and I wasn t allowed to bring my vehicle back. I know I am not the only vehicle with black rims that goes here. I do not recommend this place and will not be back.

Great price on all tires, and not just name brand their point of sale is quality customer service, and price. They stand % behind all work, and or sales!!! They will always be there for you after the sale, and never charge for air, or for plugging a tire!!! You would be hard-pressed to find anyone in Longview who would do that, but you will find everyone else in Longview charges $2.00 for air, and $10.00 to plug your tire. Thanks to everyone at Tidwell for putting us the customer first

My husband and I took the Denali to Tidwell Tire Center, for an oil change. Tidwell Tire Center is very clean and well-maintained. It's chilly inside due to excellent air conditioning, on this rainy August afternoon. The restrooms are clean and stocked. The large, free parking lot is clean and well-maintained. Recommended!

The guys at Tidwell tire are the best around. Tript will go out of his way to help someone in need. A wide verity of services I can assure you that is done right! I ve been buying tires from Tidwell for years. It s my go-to for anything steering/break related. Life time customer.

I travel all over the country and had my fair share of mechanics wanting to take an advantage, but when I went to Tidwells because I had hit a pothole, and I was concerned about my brakes and my front end, Mr. Tidwell promptly called me back. We set an appointment time for me to be there. He called me the next day just to confirm that I would be there. So I left my truck with them. They called me about 4 or 5 hours later, saying that they could not find anything at all wrong with it And basically they were just as nice as they could be about everything and when I left there I had the confidence knowing that my truck was thoroughly checked out and I should not have any issues. Thanks to them for that. Thanks for the lady that was waiting on me when I went to pick it up super nice and a great bunch of people I would recommend anybody going there. I believe you can trust them. I will go back for all my service work.

If you're taking your vehicles anywhere other than Tidwell Tire, you're missing out. The pricing is fair, the service is fast, the quality of work is top notch, and above all else, the employees are extremely friendly, honest, and accommodating. Whether it's my wife's Lexus, my weekend racecar, or my light duty diesel truck, they always take fantastic care of my vehicles. I have been using Tidwell for years and the service and pricing has always exceeded my expectations. If you're in need of their services, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

I took two vehicles to be serviced. One to have the brakes and suspension checked and new tires. It was a bit more expensive than other places, but they repaired a couple flat tires at no charge preciously so we wanted to give them our business. Upon return of the first vehicle the steering wheel shakes at 60mph. I told them and they had me bring it back in and rebalanced the tires and it still shakes occasionally. It might still be balance off or other suspension parts, but they tried twice so I plan to take it elsewhere because it shouldnt shake. The second vehicle is a 2006 f250 6.0 liter. It needed two batteries and an alternator. Fairly simple, but the first alternator was defective and when I picked up the truck the front grill was in the bed and no one mentioned it. They did take it back and fixed the grill after I mentioned it and also put a new alternator on it. The alternator change should only take 30 minutes by a DIYer... since my time is more valuable I had them change it but they charged 2 hours labor. A quick youtube search shows that it should not take that long and I was not notified of any problems or issues on why it would take so much longer for a simple swap. Since both vehicles have already been back twice, and my time is the most valuable part of the transaction, I dont want to take the first one back to fix the wobble in the steering wheel since it was already not fixed with two visits. The staff was nice and the shop was clean so I gave more stars for that. When the vehicles were ready for pickup they also said they called but I showed no missed calls and no voicemails. Its minor, but they should leave voicemails if no one answers.

Quoted me $425 for a leveling kit. Came to pick up and the bill was coming out way over $500, but that was made right immediately and not a lot of fuss. The disappointment from this store I've used many times on my vehicles was the leveling kit used. I was expecting a 2" + kit but only got and inch and a half, so no noticable difference like the last truck I had done

After working from home for a couple of years and neglecting my truck, I finally took it to Tidwell Tire Center for multiple issues that needed attention. Not only did they fix all those issues but they also noticed that one of my battery terminals was corroded, so they took the time to make that right as well. Most probably saved me from going through a surprise. That s a good example of the detail and customer care that has kept me coming back for decades. The work was done in a timely manner and for a fair price. I would highly recommend going by to see them for any of your tire, alignment, or brake issues. Thank you to Trip and all the crew for always taking care of our needs and treating their customers so good!

I had to wait nearly a hour for them to pull my car back and there was only one person in front of me. Then they pulled someone else s car AFTER me back before mine and he got to leave well after me. When asked why he was pulled before me I was told oh because he had something minor . Horrible customer service. Does not matter the reason you pull them in the order they arrive. Will never go back.

Great people highly recommend, had a missing lug on my rear tire and got it replaced here, they said the part was only $1 and didn't charge me. This place is awesome

Went to balance my brand new 12,000$ american force dually wheels and they scratched them up bad... they told me that they would get them fixed so I went to drop them off at Elite detail and they didn't want to pay to get them fixed... I should have filed a report for damaging property that day but I took their word that they would fix them... do not go here if you have nice wheels

The steering wheel shaking while braking I told the front desk lady that I need someone to check my car I think it is the rotors I told her and she told me nop! You need an alignment that is all, I asked her ..are you sure and she told me100% positive and we charge $120 something dollars.. hahaha I knew she was wrong she wanted to fix the brake rotor problem with an alignment so I went to an other car shop and not coming back to tidewell and I liked that place because I live near there

I took my car to Firestone on Judson Road and they said I needed new struts (totaling $1500) and all kinds of work on my Corolla when all I went in for was a tire rotation and an oil change. They also charged me $21.99 for an inspection I didn t ask for. So, I took my car to Tidwell for a second opinion and they could not find anything wrong with my car. They also put the hubcaps back on when Firestone said they couldn t. Tidwell is honest, Firestone on Judson Road is a scam.

Tripp thank you for making sure that my tires came in quickly. And with less than a 15 minute notice you and your staff were able to mount and balance them for me. You have always been very accommodating to my schedule weather it is for new tires, oil change or a nail in a tire. I appreciate you and your staff.

They are good people and cheaper than Hank's will have to get the Lincoln in next week to get some front end work done will add to this after the work is done

Tripp and his team at Tidwell Tire has taken care of my husband and I for many years! They are honest, very friendly, and work hard to give great service! Also, the facility is always clean, including the nice waiting area with restrooms and a vending machine...thoughtful & hospitable!

Running after market wheels and 22 tires on a one ton dually always opens you up for the risk of vibration. Two other companies have tried to get the balance right and always had excuses why they failed. I stopped in to see the folks at Tidwell Tire Center and they said no problem we will get it right in.They got it balance and riding perfect!! Thank you Tidwell Tire for the great service and fair price. You have my business.Joe Glover

The receptionist is not friendly. I have been here on multiple occasions and she has never greeted me she just looks at you. The service is great but she should be more friendly being that she is the first person of contact. It does not hurt to greet your customers when they arrive. Hello how are you or a simple hello works.

I know that these places get busy at times but I feel that I was deliberately made to wait longer than necessary. I was watching how many customers were there when I got there and how many customers came in after me. When it seems that you are waiting longer than normal, they should at least offer you an explanation. Instead they just left me hanging.

Nail removal and tire's rotated and balanced very fast and very courteous customer service. Very reasonable on price.They will not try to over sale something you don't need. They will show you if they find anything else that needs to be fixed. I will continue to use even if I have to drive from Hallsville Tx. 15 miles.

I rolled up with 37x12.50r20 for rotation and dang they got it in and out in less than an hr...35 min to exact....supper quick and good quality...stop by if you are in need of rotation
