Great experience here! My old tint was bubbling up and was wavy. The trim shop was able to remove all the old tint and put some new tint on!They were also very careful on my back glass in order to keep my defrost intact. The Trim Shop has reasonable rates and a quality product and does a quality job. The staff is also very friendly and ready to help!Pictures of back glass of my car are attached to this review. Excellent! I showed up nearly an hour prior to my appointment and they were able to fit me right in then. I expected a much longer wait, but the crew finished with my Mustang in just an hour. I am very excited about the results too.

These folks have been tinting windows in East Texas a long long time now. They offer quality tint, great warranty, and awesome customer service. They are my goto for tint.

Not sure I can say enough about this shop!! "Momma" was knowledgeable and I upgraded our tint due to her advising what the difference was. I am satisfied with the work and how fast they got us in and out. The warranty is worth the time and money.8/19, update, the tint works!!! Had to do some shopping and my girl wasn't as hot!!

Had to get my tint replaced from 10 years ago... super nice! Waiting room was comfy. Even caught a couple naps. My windows look so good! Always a great place to get your windows tinted. I never had to bring a vehicle back for tint problems. They have many many years of experience.

Called on a whim on a Monday afternoon to see if they would take me, luckily they took me in no problems. Got about 5 Windows tinted on my Mazda speed 3 and a brow on the front windshield. They had to take off the existing tint as I was going darker. Cost me $200 and about an hour to complete. Looks great after waiting the 5 day period, Windows rolled down fine, and can feel a noticeable difference with the heat and sun. Warranty included covering fading, bubbles, peeling,but no scratches. Highly recommended, just know you may have a week wait after hearing how busy they are while they were on the phone. Beware, the couch in the lobby will make you sleepy!Services: Sun control window tinting, Privacy window films, Vehicle window tinting

On Sept 9th I took my 2011 Avalanche in for Blake to install paint protection on the hood. He did such an Amazing job on it! Today Sept 22 I took my 2019 Ram 2500 in have to have the same paint protection installed. Again Blake did an Amazing, job it looks Perfect. Anybody considering having paint protection installed. Take your vehicle to the Trim Shop and let Blake fix you up!!!Service: Paint protection

Staff did a great job taking off old tint and installing new tint. The price was very reasonable. They had me in and out in a little over an hour. I would highly recommend them!!

2017 f150 super crew. Got all windows done plus ceramic front windshield with an eye brow. They had to remove old tint too and there was someone ahead of me and they worked very fast had it all done and ready in a flash.

My passenger side window tint was damaged by a seatbelt that nicked it. I only chose this shop to replace the tint last week because of the good reviews they had. When I got there to pick up my car after them calling me to let me know the repair was completed, there was an air bubble that appeared to be a nick almost exactly in the same original place as when I brought it to them. So the gentleman from the shop came and wiped over it and told me and my boyfriend to give it a few days and it would fix itself. After the few days we were asked to wait, this blemish was still there in the tint. So we called last Friday morning and was told they were going to be closing soon and to come Monday morning and they would fix it. So we dropped the vehicle off yet again and after 3 hours was called to come pick up the vehicle because it was ready. I looked at it and saw some bubbles at the bottom of the window and wanted to know if that was something that would take care of itself or what. So I went inside and asked the older lady that took care of the office part of the shop if I could ask the gentleman in the back if he could come look at what I was seeing and advise me on what needed to happen to get it back to original form before the nick came into play. She went to get him and when he came out he seemed as if he was bothered to have to come look and wouldn't even make eye contact with me, even though I had greeted him with a hello and that I just wanted to have him look at something I had questions about, he got to my window and took something out of his tool bag and went over the window and left scratches in the tint and took off back into the building. So I went back in the building to ask the older lady if the scratches were normal or if they would go away on their own or what and she was told to refund my money and go somewhere else. I was just trying to explain that I paid for a service and I expected to have it done correctly as anyone would. She mumbled something under her breath while walking to a filing cabinet to get money and tried to give me some of the money I paid and I then told her that I paid more than what she was giving me. She gave me all of the money finally and I left. Poor customer service, poor workmanship. This is not how you handle a business or people.Service: Vehicle window tinting

They do great work. They no longer guarantee their work for life but still honor the old contracts. I ve had my Optima since 2013 and had the tint fully replaced by then for free once. In this Texas heat, that s saying a lot. They also don t trash your car or leave any debris behind which for my picky self, is a big deal. I got my new car tinted here in January...I will take all my cars here.

There the best , the mom works up front , she explains everything, the son Gregg owns the place and his brother works with him 30 plus years in the same place , small business doing what they do for the community, good stuff

Used to recommend them to everyone but I will no longer do that. They had my appointment scheduled for a different time than what I was told on the phone and then when I showed up a little early I was spoken to rudely.
