Found a screw in my tire. They made sure everything was safe and got me on the road in record time. I enjoyed talking to them and will bring them our future wheel and tire business.

Well, if I could give ZERO stars I definitely would. I was told to bring my truck in early and they would get it right in. Truck was there before noon and it still took them 3hours to get my tires put on. In the meantime while installing my tires the man in the shop puts 2 jacks under the front and one under the back. LOUD BOOM AND TRUCK WAS ON THE FLOOR! My truck had 1 tire on the rear and ZERO tires on the front when the jack fell from the front of my truck. The guy ran inside to ask Justin for help immediately. They NEVER checked my truck for any damages or anything. Which by the way IT IS DAMAGED!! The entire drivers hub was on the floor. They finished putting the tires on and parked it outside, with it running and never told anyone it was done. They did not put one stem cap on none of the tires. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I called to ask for a manager and the young lady that answered the phone was denying to give me the information that I was requesting. She told me that I had to resolve any issues I had through her because she was running that shop. I still requested the phone number to corporate. Since she stated 'this is a chain owned store". I will be calling them ASAP! A lot more to say but I will save it for later.Update: I was promised several things before my truck was fixed (which never happened). After my truck being sent to the body shop with over $3500.00 in damages, it was fixed. But that was it!They decided to pay for the work on my vehicle out-of-pocket so therefore I was expected to cover my own rental. After I pay for it then I would be reimbursed providing an invoice.I had to pay for an alignment (done somewhere else) on my truck due to it hitting the floor. No, I was not compensated. I took my truck back to the shop at their request to have the tires re-balanced twice but it was on my time. Needless to say it still was not right. WON'T GO BACK!

Overall experience was really good. I felt welcomed and part of the family. They were attentive to what I wanted to build and helped me achieve that look I wanted. For sure goin there again :)

Well texas tire mounted a tire wrong on my truck and I took the tire back when it bubbled out. They sent it in for warranty and the refuse to replace it due to a mounting issue they did. So stay away because they won't do anything for you when they screw up. Time to find I new tire shop to uses.

This is the place everyone should go to! I ve never been treated with such respect and so good. Sometimes for a woman walking into a tire shop it can be a little intimidating, but Courtney made me feel so comfortable and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ll definitely be back thanks to her!

We were stranded on the side of the road at 5:30pm on a Saturday when every other tire shop was either closed or didnt have the right size tire. This place was able to put on something extremely similar so we could continue our road trip from Florida to California. The front receptionist lady was very helpful and understanding of our situation and they got us in as soon we parked.

Decided on a last minute upgrade to my pickup! Contacted Courtney at Texas Tires Longview and she pointed me in the right direction of exactly what I was looking for! Made the process easy, and super quick turn-around from the time of ordering to when the wheels and tires were ready to be slapped on! The whole crew up there was extremely friendly and a 10/10 on customer service all-in-all! Would recommend to anyone!

Definitely the one tire shop I will take my truck to for any lift, wheels and tire needs. Got ahold of Courtney and she took care of everything and anything I needed and stayed on top of it all. Kendrick and everybody there at texas tire took good care of me and did an amazing job installing my lift and recommended me a good lift set up. My go to shop in east Texas.

Had a flat tire, tried to get a plug. The secretary went out and put too much air into my tire and blew it. I had to pay for a new tire because they didn't have any used ones even though I asked for a plug. I sat there waiting and three people got assisted before I got to leave.

Excellent coustomer service I was able to make it there 5 minutes before they closed with no hassle and because they was still open they help me even though they was about to close

I have had 5 different things done all of wich I was very satisfied. Just had a 6 inch lift put on my truck and the work was done perfectly. Thank you for caring about your customers

Bad quality rims, do not recommend this place. Bought some rims and tires here, thinking I was buying better quality wheels, turns out I should of just went to Dallas and paid half of what I paid here. Not just that only one month that I had them, I noticed the chrome was already chipping off. I called the owner and said he was going to fix that problem for me, now every time I call him he ignores my calls. Last set of rims I had bought at Dallas was 7 years ago and I never had that problem...

Thes guys are great. Fast friendly and not too pricey. Weather you want new tire used tires an awesome set of rims... They can and will accommodate you. Does your car normally have 15" tires no problem... They can jack up your ride and make it accommodate 18"-20" these guys are professional. Don't let the hole in the wall look fool you.

My wife went there to get new tires on her Honda Van. Luis was the salesman that helped her on setting up type of tires, appointment and called when it was all done. Excellent customer service provided by Luis and the tire crew at Texas Tires. Would definitely recommend this place for your next set of tires even new Rims!!

Bought a lift kit, wheels, and tires from here a couple of years ago. My husband and I took the truck to a different shop and found out the lift was done incorrectly. So we brought it back to TT and wanted to let them know. The two girls that work at the front had some SERIOUS attitudes. One even told my husband to go talk to the other girl and see how far you get . They couldn t find my name in the system where I purchased the lift so the girls treated us like they couldn t be bothered. Luckily, they ended up finding our invoice and the manager and one of the guys that works in the shop were really awesome, understood our frustration, and were patient. The manager was amazing and was more than willing to right their wrongs. I definitely recommend this place, just bypass the two ladies and go straight to the guys that do the real work there.

Came here last year and bought wheels and tires for my truck and went back again last week wanting some wheels and tires for my four wheeler and they went out of they re way to order me some wheels and tires for it. Had a good experience both times I appreciate you guys a ton and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Been here a few times, looking to purchase as a cash buyer and not one person acknowledged me while in the waiting area. Waited for 10 minutes and walked out. I understand being busy but at least acknowledge someone. Horrible customer service. All I wanted was some wheels but that s fine I ll take my business somewhere else.

DONT COME HERE!Came here for two new tires and after waiting for 45 mins they said I m good to go and give me my keys.. go outside and find out apparently they changed the wrong tires and my old worn ones were still on. I waited some more and they finally changed the correct tires... okay.Well the next day I drive to the store and when I hop out I notice MY RIMS HAVE COME OFF. The bolts were not tightened enough and came off for two of the four wheels.NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! Avoid at all cost, the people working here don t give a damn and do a horrible job.
