Was recommended from a long-time resident of Longview. I had slow leak on tire. Called and they got me right in. Went ahead and also had tires rotated as they already had the one tire off to replace the valve stem. Will return for more service with my truck. Thank You Dan

Went here for an inspection for my car and patiently waited over 30 minutes to be next in line Then the guy doing the inspections came to me and said, "insurance" (no other words). I said "Okay, let me pull it up on my phone for you". He yells out NEXT,then tells me if I'm not ready, I will have to wait.I will NEVER EVER go back to this place under any circumstances, and I suggest everyone else do the same. That is not how you treat customers.

I wish I could give zero stars. They were always really rude and constantly found something wrong with it until I discovered they were lying.

I called this place, put in an order, made an appointment. I called back up there to cancel the same day 1.5 hrs later. The old guy asked me if I found something cheaper I told him No. He said are you the guy who called earlier I said Yes. He said he took 3 years Spanish in New Mexico and could say a lot in Spanish even read the Bible. I said that's great it's good to read it. He said I have a story you got a second and i said sure. Then he hung up on me. Lol i laugh but i out one star for lack of customer service.

I went there for inspection unaware car was last inspected in dallas.told me it had to be inspected in dallas and were really rude to me..they were wrong..i had everything needed to get car inspected because i wrnt through suto registration here in gregg vounty..lady there also said they erre unproffesional to people she had heard in the past..i have bought several tires there and other inspections as well..but i will never use them ever again...valvoline off the loop from now on..beware..they are lazy and didnt try at all to help me....dont go to the hood tire exchange

Older man working was really rude and started inserting politics. I literally came in for a used tire. The other men working in the shop were super helpful.

I went to the Texas tire exchange not to get new tires but to get an inspection on my car. The service was great. They were fast they got me and got me out. I would recommend it to anyone.

Hello, I'm Frank, so, I'll be frank with y'all. In Longview there's some trusted & good choice(s), for needed vehicle *work, whatever that be. As for me, there's none better than Mr. Dan Trammel's Texas Tire Exchange, plus plus, on W.Tyler St., near downtown. So, *whatever the *need, give 'em the opportunity & with confidence. The Staff is, , the "Personality of the Boss", Mr. Trammel". Thank you Dan & Mike. (shop foreman). [][] You'll be 100% satisfied. I've 48 YEARS HERE, & Dan's (place) is as "good as they come". Outstanding experience. Everyone was very nice. Leo did a great job with my brake pads and rotors. My car was done very quickly, much faster than I requested it done. I would recommend them to everyone.

Made a call to see about checking my wife's air pressure and slow leak. Their hours said they close on Saturday at noon; I called at 9:50am. The guy was short (with me), rude, and hung up on me when i had more questions. He said "They're about to close"I'll take my business elsewhere. If you don't want to work there, just quit!!!!!!

Dan and his crew are good Christian folks. You will always be treated fairly there and his talented mechanic is the best in the business. Check them out.
