I have taken my vehicle to Texas Auto Care for several years. These folks are the best! First of all, they know their stuff & they re good at what they do. And they are honest and charge a fair price for quality work. From a simple oil change to major repairs, this is the place to go.

In the area for work. Bought LED headlights from parts store and could not find a place to install them. These guys got me in immediately and where extremely fair on install price. Also very nice and friendly people. Only place I will go when in this area

If you re looking for an honest mechanic shop then this is your place. A different shop told me that I need to change the motor and transmission mounts of my car. When I brought here, the owner told me that my engine is fine and said that I don t need to change anything. That s how honest he is. Definitely recommended!

I've been taking my vehicles to Texas Auto Care for over 10 years for all maintenance and vehicle services. The service is always excellent. When the previous owners retired and turned the business over to the current owners i still continued my business with Texas Auto Care and the service is still excellent and professional. I recommend Texas Auto Care for your vehicle services.

I have been here 4 times and everytime I have been happy with the services I received by the 2nd time coming here the owner remembered me and my truck. I went this past monday for an oil change and i dont think I waited but 15-20 minutes and we were out of there. I have never felt scammed out of money for unnecessary services in fact the owner has been unnecessarily kind the very first time he couldn't figure out what was wrong with my truck right away (it ended up getting figured out on visit #2) but I got a free fuel injector cleaning fluid treatment (the good stuff not the stuff you can buy at Walmart) from the first visit. All in all great people great service and the best part is I live right around the corner so I can always come here for my vehicle needs!

I am so thankful to find a great mechanic here in Longview. Very professional and knowledgeable on all 3 of my different make of vehicles. They are very friendly and explain all that is going on with my vehicles. A forever customer.

They have a lot of customers. I have been a customer of them for a while. However, lately it seems like they are just bothered to do their jobs. Specially the lady at front desk. I don t think any customer would want to come back after not feeling welcomed.

I cannot say enough great things about the service I received when my car was repaired! The service was excellent and the price was so reasonable. The owners of this shop were absolutely fantastic, my boss and I were getting my Chrysler Aspen worked on here and they were 100 percent honest about all the work that needed to be done and stayed in contact daily to keep me updated. They had it knocked out in a few days and I have been driving it for about 2 weeks and it's been perfect. Thank you guys!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Wonderful service, If you love family owned businesses, I would highly recommend coming here. He's nice and explained the problems that I would understand. They also do state inspections!UPDATE! This place is under new ownership but the service is still as great as the past ownership. Thanks for fixing our car with good customer service. Even though the truck was in a wreck waiting for our car part. Our trip to Tennessee was a great wonderful smooth car ride. Thank you

Mike and Audra are really nice. Mike will do his best to squeeze you in when you're in a bind and he is very knowledgeable. If he can't fix it, he will tell you. Last time I came, there was a big delay in my part getting to him but he stayed on top of the people while dealing with my nagging. I'm very pleased with these guys and they have very reasonable prices.

By FAR the most honest, nicest, knowledgeable mechanic I have ever gone to with a vehicle. I usually dread taking my vehicle to a mechanic shop when I can't figure out the problem but James the mechanic there was straight forward and very professional. He took a look at my vehicle and told me what he thought the problem was and instead of trying to get me to bring it in, he told me it was something I could fix myself which would save me money rather than pay someone to fix it. I will bring my vehicle to this place EVERYTIME I need a mechanic to look at or work on my vehicle for now on. . Thank you very much James. 5 STARS ALL AROUND.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Called for a quote on getting an oxygen sensor replaced on my vehicle and the lady that answered hung up in my face. I called right back and she then told me they were booked up until after Easter. If you don t have the proper customer service skills to communicate with people; you don t need to be in this type of business.
