Very impressive shop! I had a tire going flat on my GMC 1500 but they usually don t do anything for this type of pickup.They saw my need and decided to help out! I truly appreciate them!

Had blow out just east of Longview in small passenger car. Maps inadvertently directed me to their shop. They helped me out anyway. Going out of the way to retrieve a 15 inch tire not usually stocked in any truck tire service location. Also gave me directions to great lunch destination..

Lady was very rude with us because dog got out and was very mad at us don t know why. Need better customer service because lady was very rude with us not going back.

If you live in the Longview area or happen to be in the area when when you needed a tire shop like I was, T&W Tire is your place. I popped a tire on my travel trailer and wanted to get the spare replaced before I continued the road trip. Mike, Ryan and his team dropped everything they were working on and got me all squared away in less than thirty minutes. While we waited the friendly staff offered me water and a cool place to wait, they even insisted that I bring my dog in to soak up some AC. While we waited they gave him all the attention and treats he could handle. If I am ever in the area again and in need of tires this is the only place that will get my business.

Received a call and message when they were expected to arrive, and they arrived right when the message said. The mechanic had the tire changed faster than I have ever had before. I would use them again if I m ever in the area and needing a tire.

Definitely the best place to get a tire fixed. Every one there was super friendly and patient while we had to get authorization from our company to get it fixed at a different location besides a truck stop. Easy pull in and a little tight going out but but over all was a great experience.

Charged me $45 for a tire patch that should only take 10 minutes to fix and I was there for 45 minutes. I've had my tire fixed before for $10. I do not recommend this place unless you want to spend unnecessary amount of money

Two weeks ago, I was at a customers in Henderson offloading when I saw I had a flat. Israel from T&W showed up was fast and efficient. He had me rolling way sooner than I thought I would be. Thanks Israel!

Amazing guys. Pulled in with a shredded tire on our trailer, and they had us up and running again in about 20 minutes. 100% best tire shop I've probably ever seen.
