They are in their new location now. Nice atmosphere. You can look through the window and watch the technicians work from the customer lounge.

After having two blowouts on our fifth wheel we found Southern Tire in Longview on a holiday who had 4 new tires in stock and three fabulous guys to help us so we could get home to Amarillo safely. Praise God for these guys and Southern Tire

Great people from the service writers to the mechanics to the back office folks. You have to take the are knowledgeable and pleasant test before coming to work here. (Kidding) But everyone passed their test here. Come here, male or female, and don't worry about getting taken advantage of.

They were amazing! Kathy helped me with everything I needed. Raymond was super helpful too. They were able to pick me up with a shuttle, drop me off where I needed to be, then picked me back up to get my car. I had the best experience and it really didn't take long. Everybody was really nice and respectful. My tires are riding beautifully and the shaking I was dealing with is gone. I highly recommend them.

This is the slowest tire shop that I've ever been to. Been here 4 times and the shortest amount of time I've spent here is an hour and a half. Unless you have an entire afternoon to wait, go somewhere else.*Update* still here over an hour after this reviewThat makes 4+ hours to do ONE tire repair

Southern Tire Mart in Longview, Texas (store #420), I want to thank yall for making my bad situation tolerable.After changing four trailer tires ny hand on the side of the road, I had to have all of my tires replaced. No one had the tires I needed until I called these folks. They had exactly what I needed and didn't rip me off on price. They even got my work done quickly.

Took my RV in today. Fast and friendly service. They got on it as soon as I pulled up and went above and beyond! I will not go anywhere else to buy new tires for my RV!

Great place to go! I can honestly say that I will continue to come here for all of my automotive needs. The staff is so professional and friendly, I am always greeted with a smile every time I walk in! Moral of the story, come here if you want fair prices and awesome service!

Friendly folks, quick oil change and everything checked out for a very reasonable price especially for the synthetic blend. I inquired as to the price for new tires for my truck and found them to be fairly priced as well. Will return for future services.

Good afternoonMy name is Dr. Kelvin J. Kelley, my son attends school in Marshall at ETBU. We attended a home game a week ago. My daughter had a blowout on I-20 Sunday morning as we were leaving. (Mi marker 610).As we were completing putting the donut on your associate, I think his name was TJ, drove up and offered assistance.The storm was already moving east, and we were headed to Dallas. TJ indicated that he didn t feel comfortable with her driving on ice with a donut. He offered to replace the blowout with a tire. We followed him back to the shop, found a good tire, fixed it, then replaced it.We were totally surprised and thankful for his compassion. He refused payment and tool her/us to be safe! Thank you for hiring people like him. Although we were driving to Dallas we live in Abilene, Texas. We all made it safe.

Unfortunately for my wallet been using alot lately, Fortunately for Me, I've been using them, Fast quick service for my semi trailer tires. Tried the "Cheap" places n tires didn't last, cheap places don't Torque lugnuts. Southern Tire meets U when U arrive n takes care of U while your there.

Bought a rim from them and needed 2 studs replaced. They told me they did not have the press to remove the hub to fix and I would need to go someplace else. At this point there is now only 2 studs as they stripped one removing tire, and car is not drive able. My neighbor went and got the car and was able to replace all 4 studs, no special tool needed, and did the job in 20 minutes. Disappointing that a tire repair place couldn't take care of a common problem . Poor Quality of service. Don't go there

Highly recommend STM. Our salesman, Quentin Vinson is phenomenal, he goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Call STM they will take care of you.

Heading off on our 1st solo trip was suddenly halted by a blow out of the inside rear duelly on the RV! After making several calls~to ins. agent & roadside asst service, we chose to call Southern Tire Mart on the south Loop in Longview, TX. They wrote down where we were located-on an I-20 ramp & the size tire we needed for the 1996 40' American Eagle motorhome. It wasn't long before we saw their service truck pull up! The technician-"tireman" went straight to work and had us road ready in no time. He advised us to follow him back to the office/shop so that any other damage done (never found that "gator") could be addressed for safety purposes. That ole' tire really made a mess of the storage bins in front of & behind it!! And we lost a lot of back-up electrical adapters, etc BUT after purchase of 5 more tires we went on, heading east with the sun on the coaches rear bumper!! They were ALL very helpful & professional!! We will be using them again for our auto, truck & RV needs!!!

The big man that changed my trailer tire is the fastest I've ever seen! I don't know how much they are paying him but it's not enough!!
