I met Bill while dropping boxes off at my storage unit and he was very friendly and helpful. He answered multiple questions I had and based on my experience with the friendly staff, I recommend bringing your business to SecurCare Self Storage if you need.a controlled space to store your furniture/moving boxes.

I happened to have trouble with their online e-signature, and Robert helped me. I had come in about 30 minutes until close and Robert made me feel so welcome and just wanted to help. He was absolutely amazing and was so helpful, nice, and informative. I can t express the gratitude and respect I have for how he helped me figure it out all the way until close. ROBERT IS A SUPER STAR FOR securecare.

I had an easy and smooth transition upgrading my storage unit thanks to Michelle! I have never had any issues, and I ve always had the best experience here. Highly recommend and Michelle makes everything so easy! Always easy to get ahold of someone and the facility is very well maintained

Robert was very sweet and kind and a really good listener. I told him about the payment when I was there and my card was charged twice and should have only been 1 charge. But I was behind anyway so it worked out. But he only shows 1 payment on my account even though my account was charged twice. He said not to worry and he will talk to his manager. I just hope and pray that my account gets current with my making 2 payments. He assured me that everything would be ok.Thank you again for your kindness. There needs to be more people in the world who care. Thank you again

Storage facility was clean and well kept. The two ladies at the front desk were very nice and knowledgeable. We would recommend anybody looking for a storage facility. This would be your place to go.

Michele is incredible. We rented a storage unit, bought packing supplies, rented a U-Haul truck and even a lock! Super friendly and extremely efficient. She is great!

Our company has had a unit at SecureCare for a little over 3 years now. They have always been very easy to work with and suited our needs to a tee.We are moving the contents of the unit to a facility in Lindale which is much closer to where we all live now.Melissa has been a great help to us in facilitating our move. We couldn t ask for a nicer, friendlier person to deal with!5 star service all the way!!

If you are in the market for a short-term storage solution (<18 months), I highly recommend this location.Michele and Warren were always amicable, answered every question I had, and exemplified a spirit of customer service. The facility itself is in great condition with the proper security measures in place and moving equipment available for peace of mind and convenience. The staff regularly maintains a clean and clear environment. The price point for all of the above is very competitive if you are just needing a short-term storage solution (<18 months).The reason this review is not 5 stars is because people looking for a long-term storage solution (>18 months) here will potentially end up paying a considerable premium for it.Securcare Self Storage itself is just one of the storage companies in the NSA Brands family, which is an estate investment trust comprised of 12 self storage brands. This means Securcare Self Storage is part of a publicly traded entity whose primary concern is reasonable returns for its investors. The corporate directives to drive profit hinder the ability of the individuals operating the branches themselves to limit rate increases for the benefit of their customers. While an increase of 5-15% a year, depending on factors that influence overhead, seems reasonable, I was paying 73% over the starting rate after approximately 4 years.Michele, who operates this branch, worked as much as she could, with the authority available to her, to find a reasonable solution to rectify my situation, but unfortunately, I ultimately chose an alternative solution that better fit within my financial situation.In summary, I highly recommend this location for individuals looking for a short-term storage solution (<18 months) on the bases of customer service, condition, security, and convenience of the facility, and the starting rate, and I leave a word of financial caution for renters seeking a longer-term storage solution.

Overall the SecurCare Storage facility in north Longview is a good place to store whatever you need to store. It is climate controlled. Michele made it easy to get signed up and accommodate us with a good space that met our needs. It's easy to get in and out of the storage area and there are usually several carts available to help you move your belongings to your unit.

I have checked with several storage companies in the Longview area recently. After meeting with Michele the choice was easy. She gave us her full attention and answered all of our concerns easily. It's rare to find people that really care about customes, she even returned a call after hours. With several choices of which storage facility to rent from, Michele gave us peace of mind. Very clean and organized. Thank you for all your help.

So I have just completed another chapter in my long association with SecurCare @1909 W Loop in Longview and it was a good experience. Michelle was most helpful as usual and got me lined out on what I needed to do on short notice. As she was going to be out of the office on the day was going to come by she got me lined out with Mona at the location up the road. Mona was great and got me signed up for another unit. As a result we were able to move to move items into the new unit that very day. As I was coming from out of town this worked out perfect. Thanks SecurCare for being a home away from home.

Great experience from start to finish.Front desk personel was amazing and sooo helpful. A+++Not always easy buying a storage locker at auction but this facility made it a fun and memorable time.

Inconsiderate sorry company my husband has been paying thousands for over 3 years and had the approval to go ahead and get what he has left in his unit . The very last day for gracious period they decide to go ahead and put. An overlock on his unit now he is forced to pay a whole extra month just for a few hours of use !!! And guess what there isnt any reimbursement!! I'm so aggravated I can't believe the cold heart

First of all I would like to say Thanks to Mrs Janice who has been a real sweet person to me since I started my storage here a year ago. She is very kind and understanding. She has worked with me on different occasions and everytime,she has stood behind her words. If you ever rent a storage. I would recommend this one where she works. Very nice and Professional. Only rented a storage unit for 2 months due to me switching apartments but the customer service from Janice was awesome! She answered every question I had, helped me during the process of renting a uhaul twice and save me money on getting a smaller unit for my things. Granted, this was my very first time renting a storage unit btw so at first I picked a unit online that was too big! Overall very helpful from start to finish! My things were safe and no signs of critters or anything roaming around. Will come back if I ever need to rent a storage unit again and already told friends of mines how great of an experience I had here! Thanks for your help Janice, it was greatly appreciated!
