Andrew gave a stellar effort today and got my 6 active faults taken care of. Hat is off to him. If you have an after treatment problem I recommend making a call to Ryder Longview to see if he can get you in. He actually likes working on it so that's a huge plus, and he knows his stuff.Thank you Andrew!! A++

Andrew is the only one I trust there.Place is only good for a PM.Sometimes.Not a great place to have work done consistently.

I have an older Ryder unit that my company leases so there are going to be problems with age but the Longview shop did a great job getting it up and running again and the personnel there are as friendly as can be

Drivers lounge could be more comfortable for as long as you have to wait sometimes. Other than that the staff is knowledgeable and nice.

Nice guys, but the truck they fixed broke 1 mile down the road again for the same problem. SMH...freightliners!!
