My car was hit by an 18 wheeler. I called 3 body shops before I called Royce's Paint and Body I was told by the other body shop repair that I wouldn't get my car looked at until after New Year's, but when I called Royce's I was able to get my car towed to them that day. I spoke with Don one of the guys that worked there and he kept me in the loop the entire time. My car was repaired in 3 weeks time. I truly appreciate their service. Honest along with good service. These are my before and after pics.

Wonderful family owned business that is has been around for many years. They did a great job on our vehicle and are very honest! They also beat all the other places our insurance wanted us to use. Will continue to use them for all of my paint and body repairs!

This is the first time we have ever had to use a body shop so we got a referral to Royce s. With hail damage destroying the hood and roof and part of sides, plus of course the windshield, we found the BEST place to take my car. With all that needed to be done, there were a couple of delays through no fault of theirs. But Stephen stepped up and made things right. This is a very honest, family oriented business, and we do not regret using them. My car looks beautiful, like brand new! They did a fantastic job on it and we could not be happier. Royce s definitely will be getting any of our business and we will recommend them highly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Probably the nicest and most honest family business I ve had the pleasure of dealing with in Longview. Not to mention the excellent work done by their crew. I would absolutely not take my vehicles anywhere else!

I found myself in Longview with some damage to my car. I needed my fender and underpinning secured so I could make it back to Houston safely and with minimal further damage to my car by securing those loose pieces left from the animal strike.The team at Royce s Paint and Body got me in right away although I just popped in as I passed by. They were able to get me safely back on the road in 15 minutes. Great Team at Royce s. Thank you Gents!

I was rear ended at 5mph the rear hatch had to be repaired and painted the pearl white can be difficult to matchbut they nailed it!They did an amazing job like always! Family owned with no drama!They are 100% professional

I took my truck in about 1 year age to get hail damage repaired and they did a great job. They worked with the insurance company and everything came out looking brand new!I also had a Mustang needing some minor front bumper work done on it and they fixed that up and looking good!I'd highly recommend these guys for any repairsServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Just got my car back from being repaired at Royces and they couldn't have done a better job! From the moment I walked in for an estimate to picking up my car from repair, these guys hit the mark when it comes to customer service, satisfaction, and quality. The staff are all super friendly, especially Don. They did everything in a very professional manner, but in a way that made you feel like they're your friends. They had my bumper repaired and repainted in a timely manner. The work looks like it came from the factory. All at a very affordable rate too. I don't have single complaint about my experience and will absolutely return if I need their services again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Family owned and operated company that treats you like family. They were honest and upfront about the lift gate of my van and help repair it. I won t go anywhere else for auto body work.

Absolutely LOVE this family! They are the sweetest people you will ever know and they are extremely honest. I have done my fair share of damage to my vehicles over the years and they have always taken the best care of me. Not to mention they always make my vehicle look just like new! Back in the day Royce came out in the middle of the night and jumped off my truck for me. I had left my lights on, killing my battery, and I didn't want to call my Dad and get in trouble! He is the best!

Excellent customer service and excellent work! Royce s goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. The paint/ repair to my Lexus looks fantastic! I would definitely use them again and will recommend to friends. This is a family owned business and they treat customers like family as well.

Great place and very experienced staff I've taken 3 different vehicles there and was satisfied ever time. the owners are always there and are some of the best people you will ever meet. They don't cut corners or use cheap parts, and there son (Steven) has a pretty legendary beard like Abe Lincoln legendary that alone should speak for itself.

I was very pleased with the outcome for my van. There were some issues with the sliding door but they took care of it. They were very conscientious, kind and professional. If I need any more body work done, I will definitely take it to them!

My car was hit while I was inside Walmart. Royce's did my estimate and did not want to open the hood because they were afraid they could not close it securely if they did. A good thing because the person who hit me tried to deny she had hit me and it took almost 2 months for her insurance company to accept responsibility. The staff at Royce's were excellent and they took over dealing with the insurance for the excess damage that was evident when they pulled the bumper. They were always pleasant and courteous to deal with and my car is back to it's pre-accident condition. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
