HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! first thing the old Lady (vivian) was so rude and she don't care about customers I have to wait like 20 min in order to get a ticket... and the worst one I take my truck for a oxygen sensor replacement, well... after toke my truck from the shop the radiator blew Up!! I have to call the wreck service.. because apparently they don't do anything with the radiator.. so after taking the truck out from the shop blew Up ?? what a coincidence...Services: Auto engine tuning, Auto emissions testing

Went get my sons fuel pump replaced here because I couldn't get into our usual mechanic. They are so nice, and get the job done. Will definitely use them again if ever neededUPDATE: had to use them again and same as the last time. Excellent customer service, and quick turn around time, for the situation and how busy they were. Def will be returning

Very kind people, Trustworthy. Do not add any repairs you do not need. Estimate and prices are the best in Longview. Also all staff are very knowledgable about parts, repairs, on all vehicles. Have been taking our vehicles there for several years, would not go anywhere else. Hardworkers and Honest. Unusual these days.

Went in for a tail light that wasn't working. They fixed it, and it was cheap, but in the process they broke my tail light and had to glue it back together. They also scratched my paint trying to pry my light off. My tail light assembly was not broken prior to bringing it to the location because I removed it myself to try and change the bulb, and it was fine. Now it looks trashy and I had to remove the light and reinstall it because they didn't even reinstall it all the way. It's going to cost me more to replace the assembly when it inevitably breaks again.

I have used this shop for over 10 years. Prices are fair, staff is friendly and never had a problem with a car they have fixed. A shop you can trust.

All these reviews are fake. They couldnt tell me the right price until it was done. They fixed the wrong thing. My car had scratches that weren't there before. They werent friendly at all, they left the stick out of my oil, and no joke my car broke down on the highway the day after I got it back. It took them 2 days instead of 2 hours.

Highly recommended!!!!! Had major work done there and eveything came out great! They were referred to me after desperately needing a good mechanic after having a nightmare experience at automotive supercenter. Donny and Vivian, the owner's are amazing people!!

My truck was repaired and now she runs like new! They fixed what was wrong and did not push me for add on repairs. The staff had knowledge and personality to match! They have a new client in me and all my repair needs from now on!

I have used them before and they were AMAZING this time it was horrible & still had to pay ANOTHER Mechanic to fix their mess up. Very disappointed because I liked them but likes doesn't keep me driving.

I took my car in to have the rack and pinion and power steering pump replaced. It took them 4 days and three tries to get it repaired properly! Either the mechanics, who look very unprofessional and disheveled (one with the little pony tail wouldn't stop staring at me...totally creeped me out) couldn't figure it out or the parts they put in my carWere junk to start with.... It was extremely frustrating. Not only that, the mechanics totally ruined my interior floor mat with greasy foot prints. The second time I brought it back, I had to ask them to put down something to protect the carpet! The third time we got it back, there was a HUGE scratch down the passenger side door! I will NEVER take my car here again. The Three Stooges could have done a better job!ween

The owner of the place and his wife cursed me out and told me to leave because I asked them to check my engine to properly see if the problem was the right problem.. They told me not to come back.. I was just trying to save money for my wife and daughter. Mr. Ronnie is the only one there that cares. The other people who service the office just want money.

If you want a mechanic you can trust that charges fair prices this is the place. Quality service in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place! It is one of the locals favorite places.

Best mechanics in town. They are very honest and up front with pricing. They do not charge or "recommend" unnecessary repair. This is the second time I've come here for repair and I'll keep coming back.

I have used Pine Tree Automotive several times, HOWEVER the last time I took my Jaguar in the mechanics left 2 bolts out of my fuel line assembly. The entire engine block was covered with fuel and smoking before I could get the engine turned off, half a tank spewed out on engine. I took the vehicle to North Town Automotive where Joe solved the problem and stated I was lucky the car did not catch on fire.
