I was on the hunt for a new Tahoe and reached out to Robby who was extremely helpful and honest. I had already been to two other dealers who were giving me outrageous options and Peters as a whole blew the other dealers out of the water. I was able to make the entire deal over the phone and picked up my new Tahoe the next day. My salesman, Charles, was amazing. James in finance was amazing. David was extremely knowledgeable and showed me anything and everything to know about my car. I was checked on numerous times after my purchase to make sure I was still happy and taken care of. I can t say enough good things about this dealer as a whole. Don t go anywhere else to purchase your next vehicle!

Best car buying experience we ve ever had! Grant was professional, welcoming, and low pressure. He ultimately just wanted to make sure we were able to do what we needed to do to choose the correct vehicle for our family. He was solution oriented and honest throughout the process. His experience and industry knowledge showed.The financing process was a tone of under promise and over deliver. We almost always buy our cars at Peter s. Terri treats us like we are her most important customer. This time we were shopping for a Challenger for our son. We drove them all and she knew how important it was to him to find the one! She did it! She found it and he couldn t be happier. She had the windows tinted before we picked and up and made sure that he has everything he needs! We dropped off the truck she spent hours selling us and drove off in his dream car! She s more than our salesperson, she s our friend!

I desperately needed an oil change and hadn't had the chance to make an appointment. I drove up to Peters, and I was greeted by possibly one of the kindest people ever! His name was Scott Curtis. When he found out I didn't have an appointment, he assured me he could squeeze me in and told me it would be a while before they could service my vehicle. I was just happy to get my oil change done! I had mentioned I had some tire problems, and he switched my tires around to ensure my tire wouldn't give out on me on the road. He set me up and assured me my car was in good hands. The best thing is that he treated me not like a customer but like a friend, which to me was very comforting. I left my car behind, and not even three hours later, my car was done, and when I came back, Scott had the same attitude and friendly smile he had when we first chatted! Our small interactions brightened my day; people like Scott are why my family are loyal Peters customers. I just wanted to make sure that Scott knows he's doing an excellent job, and I appreciated him walking me through procedures and answering all my questions!

I absolutely LOVE the whole Peters team, but Sergio is the best salesman there! This is my second purchase from Peters and I have had an amazing experience every time! The first truck a 2019 Dodge was delivered 5 1/2 hours away to me....this time I drove over to actually meet our favorite salesman in person and buy a 2021 Jeep. You won't regret dealing with Peters they are cream of the crop!

Peters is a very customer friendly dealership. We talked with the GM and different salesmen and they are all personable and considerate. This was our first new car to buy at Peters and the time we spent making the deal was quick and efficient. They took the time to explain all the details from financing to warranty to the new app on my phone. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested and you will get a good car buying experience when you ask for Tim Allison!

I wanted to take advantage of 0% interest rate and looked at the Dodge Ram 1500. I found that Peters Chevrolet was extremely patient as I worked through what I truly was looking for and didn t apply unnecessary pressure. Bobby Shelton is a great example of the preferred salesman in the car sales industry, as he is there to advocate for your success in finding the perfect fit for your personality and lifestyle. Not only was I excited about the vehicle, but he was as well even after the purchase he made sure that any handling by the service area was in line with my preferences, that didn t go unnoticed! All the guys I dealt with, Raul in finance and Chris Peters, were all very focused on ensuring I had a positive experience and left happy. That means a lot these days in the way providing customer service has lost it s value. Peters Chevrolet is customer service!

I had great service from all the employees. I made multiple trips to Peter's Chevrolet and got great service every time. They were probably getting tired of seeing me and asking so many questions. But they never showed it. They were very helpful, polite, and friendly every time. So, if you are looking for a new vehicle, check out Peter's Chevrolet they'll treat you right.

This could not have been a better experience for me. Chad Smith was so very helpful on my service. He kept me informed on the progress of my Buick up to the last day of pickup. I had an issue coming up the next day and I think he worked a little magic to get me out of a potential bind. I considered taking my car to several places for repair but I am certainly glad I chose Peters. From no own all my Buick service will be at Mr. Peters and I hope Chad Smith.

Went for routine oil change on my truck(Jan 25, 2024). Waited for an hour. Service advisor said they (Peters) had stripped the plug in the oil pan. They would take care of it, but it would take a couple of days. I was not offered a loaner car and the shuttle ride was not available. Two days later, I picked up my truck. Now I had an oil leak. They picked up the truck. The story changed. A new oil pan was needed, but we (Peters) did not strip the plug. It was going to cost me $1,500 to repair. I said your records show you did the oil change before this time with no issues. I asked why would I pay for something you broke? I was told the strip could of happened before the oil change that didn't have problems. I was offered pay $900. Once again, why would I do that? Service advisor said the service manager is saying that I would have to pay for it. How about $599? No. Service advisor asked me did I have records of oils changes before these two changes. I have the previous year of what was done to my truck at another location. There were no issues with the oil pan at all. The leak happened after the attempt to fix the bolt on the oil pan.After 13 days of back and forth with the service advisor, they fixed the truck with no charge. IF you decide to take your vehicle there for service or repair, I would tread lightly.

Although I got the car I wanted out of the deal, I can not say that my experience in purchasing at Peter's was what I wanted it to be. I felt like my trust was betrayed and my wishes to use the pre-approved loan I already had in motion were heavily disregarded. Then, when questioned about the actions of having my credit pulled, I got deflection and blaming. Zero accountability. To act surprised that pushing a credit application through a system wouldn't result in a credit inquiry is asinine. Bottom line, you wanted the financing to be in-house for a reason and to not be forthcoming as to why is that is dishonest. Maybe its just the business not disclose the importance to financing within the dealership to customers. To put it plain, I felt like a sucker at the end of it all.

I gave in and finally bought my first new truck in 20 yrs. My has technology changed! I had a great buying experience with JJ Vanderpoel. David Reddick was the GM specialist who showed me how to use the touch screen to operate the truck. Great job by both of them. I had a 5 star experience!
