Best car buying experience I ve ever had!! These guys are just amazing! They are helpful throughout the entire process and make you feel like family! I will forever be a customer !!! Go see them if you re looking for a new ride and ask for Henry!!! Best dude hands down !

Stephanie, Henry and Chris are awesome people and will take care of whatever your needs are. All are very professional and there customer service is excellent. This is my 3rd vehicle I've have gotten from Stpehanie and will be coming back to her because she is am amazing person. I'll recommend people to come see Patteson on McCann because of the service and how at home your feel there.

I have bought two SUVs from Patterson. Best car buying experiences I've ever had. The Sales staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. On both occasions, management has went above and beyond expectations. Without getting into specifics, they did things that I thought were impossible and corrected issues that seemed too big. Will not buy another car anywhere else.

2nd vehicle here. Dealings were with Jerry Saras. Very friendly guy and helpful. I like the "free" power train warranty. Have to wonder if it's built into the price though. Pleasant experience.

Marci Sheehan helped my pregnant daughter get a vehicle and I was looking forward to working with her again for a new vehicle of my own, only to be told she s no longer at Patterson. I couldn t be more disappointed and will now be forced to once again search for a salesperson that I can trust and that will go above and beyond for the customer like she did.

I went with my granddaughter for her to purchase a vehicle. Josh Hodges our sales representative was the BEST! Helped my granddaughter in every way from the loan application to the final sale. Finance Manager Matt Jackson was exceptional in getting her the best deal on a 2020 Nissan Rogue. The best experience ever!! Not to mention how fast they worked!! Stephanie Barber Sales Manager is knowledgeable and efficient. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you to all three for helping my granddaughter with her new purchase.

Great sales team. Wonderful place. We bought a 2013 Toyota Tundra. Wonderful experience. We have 2 outstanding warranty Lifetime PowerPoint warranty component coverage. The Platinum levelof the ForeSight protection Plan, so everything is covered in the event something were to happen. We are covered.

I bought my 2017 Nissan Rogue with them about a year ago, and just recently reach out about upgrading to a newer model. The team at Patterson Truck Stop, along with the help of Kyle Jordan at Nissan, got me exactly what I had in mind. I love my new Rogue, and will definitely be back for any vehicle needs. I purchased a 2019 Ford King Ranch mid December 2021. We negotiated two defective parts that Patterson would order and deliver. Henry was the salesman and tried to fix the truck with the two parts, however he could not locate the parts and had the truck delivered to me in Plano the next day.We immediately noticed an oil odor as we drove the truck to Arkansas. Sure enough oil was all over the bottom of the truck. The truck had 58,000+~ miles. The General Manager assisted me with the lifetime warranty and an Arkansas Ford dealer installed two new engines in March as the first replacement was defective.My problems have been with Henry with over 20 emails for:It took 6.5 months to get my license tags which I took care of myself.I have never received my negotiated parts.The dealership does not use Carfax so the prior repairs were not disclosed.Henry stated he receives 100+ emails a day and does not have time to track my issues. My experience and opinion:Patterson Trucks is not a relationship business. If you need a used truck with a drivetrain warranty this is your place. If you need someone to take care of issue details and dealer promises this is not the place. The only way to compete in this vanishing people business is relationships, else buy your vehicle off of a website and have it delivered to your door.Now it s mid September and still no parts from Henry Burd. Terrible customer service. Mid May 2023 still no parts.August 1, 2023 and still no parts from Henry Burd. All lip no action.

The BEST car buying experience I have EVER had was with Hank my salesman and Matt the finance manager at Patterson Nissan Truck Stop!!!!!! They got me in the vehicle and payment I wanted!!!! Matt went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it happen!!!!! I totaled my car 5/27/21 and had all kinds of setbacks with getting a new one but Matt did all the legwork to get it straightened out!!! He answered all mine and my husbands calls, called us back quickly and was just so wonderful!!! Hank went above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle and made sure I got all my demands lol I will be recommending them to EVERYONE!!!!!

CJ took real good care of my daughters first financial purchase and Matt took care of my concerns and needs as a finance and insurance manager if I get a vehicle I would shop here. They did not give off the car salesman vibe definitely recommend!!!

If you want a car buying experience that does NOT feel like a typical car buying experience, head to Patterson Truck Stop! A very friendly atmosphere with a hometown vibe. We were not pressured into signing or buying anything. Colton Vandre and Matt Jackson went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and that our financial needs were met. In our country, we have noticed work ethics and professionalism lacking in the workforce. However, that is certainly NOT the case at Patterson Truck Stop! The men and women at Patterson are a highly professional team with one goal in mind - to take extra special care of their clients (customers). My hats off to you Patterson Truck Stop for a JOB WELL DONE!

Great car buying experience. Special shout out to Trent (salesman) and Stephanie who helped me with the financing side. Their customer service was excellent. I live in Tulsa, and drove 5 hours one way to buy my vehicle. It was definitely worth the drive. I bought a 2016 honda civic touring, and a dealership here in Tulsa had the exact same car for $1,000 more with 5,000 more miles. Lastly, Trent called me this week to make sure that I was still satisfied with the purchase. I will definitely buy there again, and if you live in Longview then do yourself a favor and go see Trent and Stephanie.

Wow Trevor was great I called late on Friday night at 6:40pm and he was great with giving me all the information on the vehicle I was looking at and everything was ready at 7pm went there at 9am Saturday morning at out the door by 10am everything was so easy and painless and even had the vehicle delivered to me Saturday p.s I'm 3 hours away everyone was great will not BUY A CAR anywhere else but here so happy THANKS GUYS GREAT JOB

Mat, was one of the best car finance/salesman to ever deal with, it took me all day to make a deal, but they were with me all the way, and I never once felt rush to make a deal, Gabe and his sidekick cj were some amazing sales people also, I literally sat there all day and just hung out with them just so I could make a deal, and the truck that I bought has some issues, but they are gonna resolve the issues, and make it right.. I will recommend this people to anyone, currently in the process of talking my wife into buying something from them.. wish this thing had more stars...

Bought a new vehicle and started breaking within the first month and they expect me to pay for them to look at it. Very disappointed and drove it home broken after waiting weeks for a appointment

Worked on a deal to purchase a 2015 GMC Denali HD over the phone/internet. Talked to Josh Hodges and finance manager Stephanie Barber and had laid out all the hard numbers. Credit was pulled, Bank was finalized. Explained that I would be there Saturday May 9 at 12pm. Got a text from Josh stating it was sold by another salesman. Shady business practices here. Every man for himself. Patterson executive management will be hearing from me.

We recently had a good experience purchasing a vehicle here.The sales staff wasn't pushy and seemed well informed about the vehicles they were selling, I'll probably check here next time I'm looking for a vehicle.
