I was really impressed with the service and the honesty. They came in and fixed the problem without any hesitation would not take any money as they insisted they were able to fix it without any issues. I have never met any workers who would not charge despite the service call right to your home. I would highly recommend this company and would consider them for any projects. BM Vancouver

Called Wednesday and they said they could get my windshield in that day for next day installation. Got my windshield replaced for about $600 less than Safelight. Fast service too. I highly recommend them for all your cars glass needs

Do Not Take Your Vehicle to get a new windshield!! If I could give a minus rating on this place, I would! These people use inferior glass and after they replaced the windshield, it was cracked 3 weeks later. I went to another glass shop and I requested for a dealer windshield. They ordered one, I came in for repair. The guy came out to inform me that only half of the glass clips were previously installed, the corner moldings were missing and the mirror cover was broken. All of this had to be ordered!! This place is a scam and they don't know what they are doing!

Friendly staff very quick service dropped my car off after they closed and picked it up the next day before 5 they replaced both passenger door windows and the back hatch glass. They did a great job. The price was half of anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent to work with from start to finish! Thankfully, they had the windshield replacement I needed in stock, where most places would have to order it and wait an extra day. They offered the best rate, and they were prompt getting me in, especially since I had a busted window and it was set to rain that day. The work they did was great, they even cleaned up all the shattered glass scattered around and in my ac vents. Everyone in the office was professional,friendly and helpful. The place was easy to find and the lobby is kept clean, which is nice if you have to wait at the location. They also guarantee their work. Overall, I would definitely do business with them again and recommend to anyone.

They do not auto bill insurance for chips, and they won t tell you ahead of time. So you will have to do this yourself. I had a chip that they couldn t fill, and they insisted that it had been filled already. Very frustrating experience. I got the chip filled (that they insisted had been done already) across the street within minutes. Do not waste your time here.

I can't THANK Miguel, Ana and the rest of the staff enough. The back window of my '89 Corvette was accidentally knocked out by a rock. Within no time Ana let me know they had found the glass, which was hard to get, and ready to put it in at our convenience. Miguel gave us a time frame, and was true to his word.Everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. I won't use anyone else for this service.OnTime Auto Glass has my business!!!

Got a chip in my windshield on trip down here from Kansas. Took vehicle to them to see if it could be repaired (it was on the cusp of needing replacement). They took a chance to repair it but said I might be able to see it. I was game so they repaired it and if I didn't know where the chip was, I would not be able to tell. They were fast, courteous, and affordable. Will use them again if ever need glass work done while I am visiting.

Great service. Highly recommend. From the ladies at the front desk to Miguel and the team in the service area this is a top shop. Superb workmanship and customer service. They found and fixed the water leak my Silverado was having when two other places couldn't. This is a go to shop.

We used them to replace a windshield on a toyota prius. We subsequently learned that they are more than 2X the cost of any other mobile windshield service provider. Don't use them unless you have no other choice or if you want to pay way more than you should. And make sure you get a second quote from a reputable outfit before moving forward with these guys.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great service. They made a simple mistake while replacing my windshield and broke a piece of the trim. They pointed it out to me when I showed back up and had a replacement piece for me within 24 hours. They were honest and fixed their mistake quick without any hassle.

Very pleased with their service and price. Office and technicians are very professional and friendly. This is the 3rd windshield that I have had replaced by them. They also tint windows and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend going to them. They took the time to detail my car (I didn't ask them to) which tells you that they care about their customers. Will continue to use their services.

I had a mechanical issue with my panoramic sunroof not closing. It had been stuck open for about a week. I had 2 mechanics look at it and they couldn't figure it out. I came to ontime auto glass with hopes of just getting some direction (I honestly didnt think that they could fix it. but it was worth a try) instead the guy fixed my issue temporarily and diagnosed the issue. I was more than pleased. They are professional and friendly, I will be using them going forward.

Fast friendly service with great prices. Got my back glass changed the very next day when everyone else in town was a 2 week wait. Appointments mean something, it's not just show up and wait. I showed up 10 minutes early and by my appointment time my truck was in the shop. They also use OEM glass, my new glass has the Ford emblem. My truck was done in about 35 minutes. Very professional and courteous staff. Very good experience

Went to get an estimate on 1/12/2022 for a regulator & installation. The tech came out & looked at the window, gave me an exact price, & ordered the part. The tech told me exactly how long it would take for installation. The tech ordered the part & I made an appt for 1/13/2022 @ 9am. I arrived @ 9am no wait time waited 45 minutes. My regulator was installed on my truck. Will definitely recommend Ontime Auto Glass.

I had a regulator/motor replaced for the electric window on the front passenger side of my VW Jetta. They provided great service and the price was half of what the dealership wanted. It s been a couple of weeks and the window is doing great!
