Great help to find a belt with nothing but a piece of string and a picture. Brittni (The Girl who helped) even reminded me that it'd have to be a bit longer to get it into the groove to start with.

This occurred Thursday night 8-24-23. So I had a battery that needed to be jumped. Once jumped, I head to the closest auto parts store. This particular O Reilly s was closest open auto store. I leave the car cranked (Thankfully) and within sight out the window. I ask the attendant if they have some tools I can use so I can purchase the battery and change them out real quick. His response was Well we have some tools, but we are about to close in about 15 minutes a little dumbfounded, I decide to continue this exchange as I need a new battery. He tells me that the battery I need MUST be an $250 AGM battery bc of a start/stop feature on my vehicle I picked my jaw up off the floor and explained that that seems awfully expensive compared to my historic battery purchases. I was expecting a little over $100. I go out to my vehicle to do a double take of the battery to be sure I wasn t crazy (because lord knows he couldn t be bothered with coming to look at it). I paid about $85 for this thing pre-pandemic. I come back in and ask him if there is anything cheaper. He goes I to this talk about how the store would not recommend another battery because their system only recommends this one. He then ask me if my vehicle was still cranked as if he had me cornered if I had turned it off. It was still cranked thank God. I decide to go to Walmart and take the chance on turning the vehicle off. I purchased a small wench and a book RECOMMENDED mid grade non-agm battery for $110. I change it in a well lit portion of the parking lot because at least I can depend on me for customer service. Im not saying I will never go to O Reilly s again because one never wants to be I a situation to have to go to an auto parts store like that but I will certainly try to avoid the franchise if at all possible.They may reply to this post, but I have little faith anything meaningful will result.

Brittni and Roy were so helpful in getting my brake lights and headlight fixed! Brittni even managed to get the headlight changed when the shop was saying they d have to take a bunch of stuff out just to get to it. She just did it without moving anything! So thankful and appreciative of their help today!

Best experience at an O'Reilly's yet! My taillight wasn't working so I came to buy a whole new taillight assembly, and the guy who helped me checked it out and had it working perfectly in 20 minutes. Saved me money on the taillight as well as my time to install it. If anything else happens with it, I'm coming right back here, not going to bother with a mechanic!

The man was helpful and didn't make either my grand daughter or I feel stupid but broke down what we needed and the why down for us so we could get right part for our need. I didn't get his name it was in the evening and he was an older well not as old as me at 62 or as young as grand daughter at 22. Thank you for explaining that impact wrenches ghat tire places use run off a compresser not the same as a drill with a bit to fit lug nuts.

Associates are very helpful whenever I go. They dont blink whenever you need help and are willing to even come out and replace the easy things like wiper blades.

I was surprised and glad that they had a set of tools that Home Depot & Lowe's did NOT have!!! I was able to go back to my worksite and finish a job that would help a multitude of people! I couldn't be more happy. Thank you O'Reilly!

Timothy was super nice and helped me with my battery. I thought I may have an issue with my alternator, but after running some tests, he found the alternator was fine and it could possibly be a cin Exton to one of the battery terminals. He got me the part and even replaced it for me. Super nice guy!

I will never ever shop at this parts, chain store again. When I entered the store, there were six employees standing around the checkout area. I wanted to purchase new wiper blades, 3ea. When I asked if they would install them, I got a flat no ..because they do not put wiper blades on when it s raining. It was not even raining at that time as it stopped when I was a couple of blocks from the store.Duh, at what other time does one need wiper blades, if not when it s raining. This was one of the most idiotic encounters I have ever experienced in a business place. Now, I see why Auto Zone is the preferred place to shop.Cheers.

O'Reilly's previously hired counter people with mechanical skills. Now, they just hire lazy people. They would do light installs in the past when you bought the part at their store. Not anymore...now, they prefer to waste your time trying to figure out something that skilled people can do quickly and easily. Buy from ABC, Advanced or anywhere else. Other places have knowledgeable, skilled people willing to help you. The parts business frequently requires more than a cashier and loyalty matters.

It was a older guy in there when I asked for help on my car. He was very short with me and he didn't seem to care if I got the things I needed for my car to be fixed. Haven't been back since

That guy Mitchell does not have a mullet to match his Chevy mustang I m very disappointed. Mason did not know what he was talking about whatsoever. Tyler was an angel and knew the answer to everything I asked. He deserves a raise.

Great place to get your parts. If they don't have it, they can either order it or tell you which of their stores has what you need. Plus, if they have some but not all of what you need, but another of their stores has the rest, you can pay for it all at one store and by the time you get to the other store, they have it ready for you to pick up.
