Very happy to get new tires for my Jeep. It s hard to find tires. Also I felt so heard by the service person. It s hard to talk to someone about cars. I m glad she showed me the tire that I needed. I came back the next day so I could have the lug nuts tightened. Thank you.

Went in on Saturday after calling to see what wait time was and how long a tire rotation and balance would take. Was told there wasn t a wait and service would only take 40-45 minutes. Got there at 11:49 went to the front desk to check on my vehicle at 1:14 and was told that they were still trying to balance the first wheel. I was told it was the first 20inch fuel wheel the gentleman had ever balanced and he was having trouble with it. The only good thing about this place was the lady working the front counter was nice and apologetic about the situation. If you have aftermarket wheels and tires do not go here!! The one tire they did balance was way off! They did not even complete the tire rotation after saying they would do that than when I got home I found 2 of my wheels were missing one of the screws to hold the center covers on. Luckily I did not loose the center covers.

Had two lug nuts we could not get off they got them off and replaced them. Done us a favor for very affordable price!!! Highly recommend they were all so kind and professional.

The customer service here is wonderful here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that the customer may have. They make you feel comfortable like you re at home. My experience here has truly been awesome and I will continue getting my vehicle serviced here.

I was in from dallas and in need of a replacement tire. I was fortunate to speak with Simone regarding my issue. She made me feel prioritized and got me into contact with Mr. Derek who then helped resolve my issue. Great customer service and a great experience with the NTB in Longview. Highly recommend

I went in for a dead battery. They were very welcoming. They did a full and very detailed inspection of my car. I was in and out with a brand new battery within 20-30 minutes. GREAT SERVICE! would highly recommend them for all of your car needs.

First off I can t say enough good things about this place! We brought in my husband s work van for the alignment and they fixed it in no time. We all have busy lives these days and they made this whole process so easy and effortless. Will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for fast good quality work and amazing customer service from the whole staff.

Friendly staff! Was overall a great experience, expected wait times and fast working staff. Even gave me a free repair on a trailer tire. Can t be more pleased with their experience.

JC and Simone and the mechanics here are absolutely amazing.Customer service in the front of the house is excellent, and the quality of work is outstanding!Highly recommend coming here for your maintenance needs, even if it requires driving to a neighboring town.A-1 5

I came in today to get my tires aired up because they were all low on a car I just bought while In town. The staff here were super happy to help me and very professional and courteous through the entire experience. Got me back on the road in no time at all. Definitely recommend to any and all for your car needs

I had never even heard of a crank shaft sensor. It was such a small part to cause such large problems! James from NTB got me fixed up fast. Danny was a joy to work with yet again. Thanks!

Out of all the bad experience that I had in my life, this was the worst one ever. What is worst then somebody calling you a liar where you don t have to explain yourself because you know you re honest but they over and over calling you a liar, so here is what happened .I brought my car to get it fixed at NTP and they gave me an estimate for $4000 twice as much as my car worth. I did not agree to it and I asked them to put the wheels back on so I can leave they Must got mad for not taking the price and they left me on unsafe position so they put back a lug nuts that it doesn t belong to my car and they were loose and that would have leaded to a disaster, and when I called back, they denied everything and they said we get it checked three times plus the manager check it at the end before it gets out of the shop and the manager was in the lobby talking to me all the time and did not go back for a second so this was a lie, and if they re supposed to do that apparently they were not doing their job correctly.they were not willing to do anything about it plus being rude and care less about their business and customers.I would not recommend this place it s overpriced and don t have enough experience in automobileNote: they asked for $4k and i got it fixed for $400 that s %1000 more.

JC was amazing. He was very thorough and had great customer service. Can t say enough about this man and how he cares for the customer! The mechanics were great as well! They made sure I could see the repairs and explained why I needed them. Will be returning for all future repairs!

Went there during our big freeze to get my tires changed out and they were absolutely wonderful getting me back on the road, and Cemone was amazing to speak with and handled everything with ease, I will definitely be back again for issues.Edit. Came back again later to get a whole set of tires changed out it was quick easy and a breeze thanks go to Cemone and the whole team at the shop.

Worst tire shop ever! Ordered new tires over the phone and made them verify F rated tires, took 4 hours for them to install them and they didnt even install the correct tire so had to come back the next saturday and wait another 4 hours to get the correct tires installed. The weekend after i dropped my wifes car off to get new tires and all 4 TPMS sensors replaced and on the way home all the sensors stopped working. So the next week my wife had to go back again and have them fixed. And now a few weeks after my correct tires all the TPMS sensors are going out and they couldnt have told me they were about to go out when i was getting new tires?? Will be going somewhere else to have that fixed.

My review is multifaceted. Charlotte is amazing!! Jeff WAS amazing!! This store can t seem to keep GOOD employees! But, I digress, Charlotte always makes sure I m taken care of and goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is a good one!!! If you re smart, you ll do everything possible to keep her!!! 5 stars is for her!!!

This shop was fantastic. Shanna was so nice and went over everything with me and the during the process she updated me the whole time. I will be sure she is my first visit anytime I need repairs or tires.

Great service for a great price. I ask them to check something and they do it, no questions asked. They are knowledgeable and well tell you if something needs to be addressed soon on your vehicle so your not blind sided with needing new brakes or shocks.

CJ (Jewels) was very helpful & polite in getting me approved for a credit card to have repairs done on my car. Otherwise I wouldn t have been able to have my car fixed at this time.Also Bailey & other staff took time from their busy schedule to check out & diagnose the problem. This was comforting as it is 2 days before Christmas.Thank you to the caring staff at NTB in Longview!

Took 2 hours and was $100 for a simple oil change. i have never payed anywhere near that before. also a normal oil change should take like 30 min. will not be coming here again

Stopped by today with my tire low.. turns out I had a nail.. they got me fixed up quickly and back on the road.. the staff was amazing.. Shanna was awesome and very curtious. Will be back for sure

5 stars isn t enough. We passed dozens of tire/auto shops that were closed due to it being a Sunday and of the few open, we had to pass many because the staff didn t understand the issue we were having with tire stems failing on 3 out of 4 of our faulty tires! Not only did Charlotte immediately understand the problem we were having with our tires and how to fix it, she guided us to their location after gps got us lost. Bailey quickly fixed the tires and both got us on our way with neighborly kind service too often lacking these days. What could have been a disaster was quickly fixed. We couldn t be more grateful for them.

I had tires ordered and was given an appointment, and when I get there and wait, just for them to notify me after taking my vehicle back that they don't have the tires. Never bothered to call to let me know they never received the tires before showing up to appointment time.
