After my truck was towed here on Saturday morning, they said it closed at 5 pm this afternoon and rested on Sunday, so they helped me check it now and told me about where it needed to be repaired and how much it would cost. They took the initiative to find a hotel for me and sent us over after work. Our English was not good, so they patiently communicated with us using translation software. I was lucky to meet someone like them, Also told me that some parts won't be replaced if they can be repaired, which can reduce the cost. A store with a conscience is formed by these kind-hearted people. Regardless of the outcome, I must give five stars and recommend them to my friends. I hope it can be fixed on Wednesday as they said, and God bless everyone.

This shop did an absolute amazing job. A previous location had replaced a fuel injector on my Cummins Isx15. Afterwards there was a software kiddie that caused the light to come on again. Thought the issue was resolved but an hour into my trip the check engine light came on again. I opted to keep going and hoped it was a minor issue that could be resolved in the road.After speaking with that location, they then contacted Longview to see if they would be able to assist. When I walked in, I met with Steve at the service counter. He was on top of it. Came out got the information for the truck and told me that he would get a technician to get on the truck as soon as he could. Maybe an hour later technician named Logan jumped on it. After a couple hours Logan came back to explain to me what he was doing to the truck and that he was speaking to Cummins on the issues. He requested that we go for a test drive so he could monitor the data During the test drive. Once we got back to the shop, he reviewed the data with Cummins and they figured out what needed to be done and they did it.Logan also found an issue that was not presented to me before. Told me that if it s something I could do today, it would be best, but it s not anything critical at the moment. He did state that not to wait to long because it will not get better. He was very upfront with it. I elected to get the work done since I was already there. Jason, who was the evening supervisor then elected to have Hayden replace the fuel injector harness that was needed.I showed up at 1 o clock in the afternoon and I was gone by 10:15 that night. If you happen to have engine problems and this is where you have to go I will definitely have confidence in this crew. Once again, everyone from the front service counter to the shop took care of business. Much appreciated.

Cant complain. My company towed my truck here. Warranty electrical work. They started work on it immediately and got it fixed in a timely manner. They gave me a ride to the hotel. They need a remote in the lounge for the TV. No biggie. They didn't put the dash back right. That would be my complaint. Otherwise would have been 5 stars for sure.

They rebuilt my paccar engine put a clutch in did some ABS work. The communication and service was excellent. Ten times better than any other Kenworth dealer I've ever used. I will drive out of my way or tow my truck to them in the future. I am an owner operator thank you Kenworth in Longview Texas

These people are amazing! We must have called at least 10 kenworth or Cummins dealers, on this run! Our check engine light came on, in the middle of nowhere, No one could get us in! Having a load that was time sensitive, we couldn't sit for a week! Called MHC Kenworth, And we were in as soon as we got here! It, of course was a NOX sensor and they had on on the road so quick! Friendly staff and mechanic! Professional! I write many reviews this is from the heart! Texes people are the nicest people of any state! Thank you LONGVIEW KENWORTH!

Bad service ever! take they sweet time , too long to fix a simple job they will hold you back for an week or two waiting on parts , truck comes out the shop worst ! stuck! unbelievable !

Jason helped me alot tonight. Truck broke down near by gave them a call & Jason helped me figure out my problem, & even went out his way to call around for me to see if parts are available. He saved me a bunch of money that probably would ve went to a pointless tow, so definitely would recommend this place just off his honesty alone. Very good first impression for sure!

Called early today to see if they had room to service my truck and they did. Very informative when I pulled in and just a amazing group of people that work there. Definitely will have my business whenever I m back in Texas again.

Breakdowns suck, time consuming and expensive. We were towed here so I assumed this would take days as repairs usually do. I was wrong. Our Kenworth was pulled in a bay within 1/2 hour of arriving. The service person we interacted with was a hoot also professional & knowledgeable. In just a few hours our tractor was ready. This MHC is medium sized with a decent sized lot. Thanks guys for doing what y all do. Truck drivers would be lost without professionals like the ones at this MHC to get us rolling again. KB

I had a great experience with this dealership. i had a major amount of work done. The customer service was excellent and the staff professional. For a busy shop, they handled it well. The tech that did the work on my truck was good as any i have dealt with in my career. His commitment to doing the best possible job was great. When you depend on your truck for your job, it is great to find someone as committed to doing it rite as you. I would recommend this shop to any one who wants excellence.David Berndt

Great shop, if not the best MHC I ve been to in the country. I ve dealt with plenty of MHC s in the last 6 months because of the issues my truck has experienced over the last 6 months. This is the best MHC I ve been to yet. Great staff, Steve the shop manager was a man of his word and got my truck fixed and done at the time he said he would. They even personally drove me to my hotel for the night and was willing to pick me up. Ryan the sales manager was extremely friendly and helpful with questions I had regarding maintenance, truck purchasing and financing. I would bring my truck here again any day.

These guys were amazing. Got me in the shop first thing this morning and got my truck diagnosed and had the problem fixed and me ready to be back on the road by 3pm. If I have any issues and I am down this way I will most definitely be stopping here again there mechanics are amazing and super fast!!

Had air pressure problems. After they changed dryer and governor and did updates and contacted paccar still no fix 100 percent and took couple days. They were even debating to replace the compressor....I went to El paso kw and they found both air pressure sensors bad behind the dash. In and out in a day...100 percent fix.My advice is to brush up on mechanic diag skills.

Highly unfair, unethical and unreliable!!!Had service there, a week after - same problem.Service manager agreed over the phone that's his mechanic fault - after he examined in detail pictures from another dealer servicing same issue they did.Service manager promised me that he will reimburse me for repairs, and that he mailed check to me.He told me to call him back in four weeks if I don't get the check.After months and months of being promised that I'll get the check, today I finally got an answer from service manager that he doesn't have the way to send me the check.Please stay away from this place! Highly unfar and deceptive.I have all phone calls recorded and I will also post them on YouTube.

Been having emission issues with my truck. They have been very helpful in getting repairs done in a timely manner over the weekend on days off. Service has always been able to help me with questions and have always called me back when they said they would. Only reason not 5 stars is because it's a dealership and the pricing is higher.

Just like the previous review Travis came through for me as well I went in with complicated electrical problems and he identified all of them and knocked it out in no time !! Great mechanic and a great young Man he's 1 you guys definitely want to hang on to .

We would put a zero rating if it were possible. Our truck was in their shop for 6 weeks for an engine job. No one seemed all that concerned about that time frame. Kelly in parts is the one guy that cared about what we were going through at the time. Nice guy!

Stopped in the dealer for what should have been a 45 minute fixMechanic screwed the simple operation up and didn t even seem to know what he was doing in the first placeIn the end it took them 5 hours which I get if they would have been guessing what the problem was but they weren t. They we changing an air chamber. Something that can be done roadside in the rain in an hourIf you have a choice. I d use that choice on another place of business5 hours. No discout or even an apology

It was well worth the extra 2 1/2 drive to this location. Friendly staff and good prices. Maybe it was because my mechanic was from Arkansas, lol! But seriously thanks for a great job!
