I got a new set of tires here in July 2021. Great service during and after my purchase. They are super fast and friendly! They rotate tires for free and fix the tires when I ve run over road debris. Will definitely buy next set here too!

I would give them a four but after reading these comments and what he just did to me. 3 stars lucky they get that all me and fiance wanted was two tires rotated and he refused my service said we having lunch and they just opened. Already had me waiting 20 minutes then they act like they dont speak English. I don't know if should recommend them to others or what

These guys are excellent. After shopping around, they had the best price, ordered a tire in that they didn t keep in stock, changed, mounted and balanced 2 tires in <30 minutes.And even gave a free lesson in checking tire manufacture dates when checking stock at tire stores.

I've always had good service there. Good tread, quick with cheap prices. But I just called and they didn't understand what size I was saying, then the second guy said "I have plenty, but you have to come here, I don't do over phone" I said I just wanted to see that you had that size in stock. He said "I have plenty, yeah" CLICK. Maybe have someone with some customer service skills cover the phone calls?

Super fast! I called to see if they had a used tire in my size. They did. I wasn t there but for maybe 15 mins and they had me on my way with a good tire to last me until I can get a new one.

Went to them on a Sunday after having a flat Saturday night. The guy told me that he would have to break my tire stud to remove the little dummy tire and replace with the new tire I was buying so of course I said yes. After he broke the stud he told me he couldn't get it out n I would have to go to another place the following day (Monday) to have it cut out and there was nothing he could do for me and basically sent me on my way!! So I now STILL have the spare on my car and a broken tire stud!!! It cost more to fix his work than the damn tire!! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!

In 2010 Years Ago When They First Open They Were There For Me, And Now They're Still Here For Me . I Told Them That I Would Tell As Many People As I Could About Their Tire Shop So They Could Get As Much Business As Possible . Place does not listen to its customers. I called ahead to see if they took a certain type of company credit card and they said they did. After performing the work they did not accept that card. Not happy with this place at all. If a customer ask you a question answer truthfully.

Called and asked for a specific tire, they said they had it in stock. We drove all the way to Longview and they didn t have it, and brought out a cheap tire that wasn t even the same brand.
