Over past 3 months my company has bought 13 pieces of Redmax Power Equipment & a New Bobcat commercial mower from Ty and his team. I ve really been impressed with the customer service I ve received and their service department seems to be on their game consistently. Look forward too continued business with Ty & his team!

Just wanted to take the time to recognize the people that work at Judson Outdoor Power. They have been going over and beyond while working without power. Using flashlights in the dark and searching for parts in the dark to ringing you up old school with pen and paper to make sure everyone there was being helped. Thank you for everything y'all have been doing in this time of need!

Bought a Bobcat 7000 from Tye and have enjoyed it. Service has always been good and I appreciate Service after the sale. I am not a commercial customer and they treat me as though am just as important as anyone else.I would and have recommended Judson Power to a number of people and have have not heard a bad word from anyone.I will continue to use them.

Special ordered 2 lawnmower belts paid for them upfront and ask for them to be expedited and I would pay the charge for it! They didn t have my order expedited as ask took right at 2 weeks to come in then charged me freight charges.

I brought two dirtbikes here to be serviced and within a day i had a quote and repairs already started. They are super friendly and have a fast turn around. Best shop in East Texas by far!

These are local people who approach business like we live in the 50 s. Their word is their bond and all they want is to provide a great service. I ve not seen this type of approach in decades. They were able to repair my Kawasaki Teryx in amazing time and with efficiency that is unrivaled. Truly amazing on every level!

Had my mower serviced over the winter just got to use it for the first time since the service runs better than it did brand new. Reasonable prices fast turn around I highly recommend Judson outdoor.

2005 Model 227 Commercial Grasshopper mower, 60 deck, 27hp Kohler Command engine. Approximately 2600 hours of home use. Kohler replaced the engine block, after 196 hours, due to manufacturing defect. After about 900 hours, it stopped charging the battery. Two Grasshopper dealers, and an Exmark dealer repair facilities failed to find the problem. Since I live at least an hour from a dealer, and every time I took it to a dealer, they failed to find the problem, and kept the mower several weeks, every time, I gave up, and just charged the battery each time I got off the mower.After 2500 plus hours, I began noticing vibration and belt wear. I passed a Grasshopper dealer in Longview, Texas, while on a camping trip. I decided to take my mower to Judson Outdoor Power to get it repaired. It is a 1 and � hour drive, but I thought it was worth a try.When they called to let me know my mower was ready, after only 2 weeks, I was shocked at the amount of work they did on my mower, and the cost was extremely reasonable. They replaced bearings, instead of bearing assemblies. They repaired my mower as if it was their mower. You can t ask for more than that! It has been over a month, and I have not had to charge the battery on that mower, and it runs like it did when it was new.These guys know what they are doing, and have the best interest of their clients as their goal. Regardless of the distance, I know who will do all my mower service from now on.Thanks Ty Thompson and Judson Outdoor Power.
