If you are in need of vehicle repairs after an accident Joe Hudson's Collision Center is highly recommended by me. They did an amazing job. Kate will definitely take care of you and keep you informed on the progress and status of your repairs. You will not be disappointed.

I was so blessed to have this company fix my 2023 Hyundai Palisade! I was so scared after my wreck that my car would never be the same but, they fixed my baby back so perfect that I cannot tell she was ever wrecked! While my car was being fixed, they kept me up to date with/ everything and were always so pleasant to speak with. They also handled everything w/ the insurance company, so I never had to call anyone. If you suffer from a wreck and need repairs to your vehicle, this is the place to go!

repairs?10Jake and Charlene (I believe was her name) were amazing. They took care of everything, provided updates outside of the automated system, were prompt in responding to questions, extremely nice and helpful. I was able to get a next day appointment with them when trying to find a repair shop. They were furter away from where I live, but I am extremely glad that I choose them for my repairs. 100% satisfied, would return for aby other future needs in auto body repair about highly recommend them!! Amazing customer service and work from the shop folks.

I took my car there because I know Pastor Javier and he works there I was also working along with Mr.Jake and even though my car kept taking a little longer than expected I don t regret the wait nor my decision of taking it there! My car looks even better than when I bought it! Love it love it! Highly recommend taking your car here! I will definitely be back to fix two other little details.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

People were nice but there was a lack of communication with keeping me updated on my truck. Took forever to get some parts in as well due to being back ordered. Workmanship on installing parts was good but paintwork was not that great. Had several dirt nibs in the paint that won t completely come out unless it gets repainted. There was a spot about 4 inches long on the edge of the new hood that was still showing metal. I used a paint thickness gauge to see how the newly painted body panels were compared to the previous factory ones, it was about half the paint thickness. Hopefully it holds up over time. Replaced the back glass with aftermarket and you can tell it s not what came from the factory from looking at the sliding glass window. Will not be using this business again in the future. Will use the previous shop I had used in the past.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My new car was hit while I was sitting at a red light. I was rather upset. I took my car to Joe Hudson Collision. They had to replace a door and do a lot of cosmetic work. My new car is once again in perfect condition. I can t say enough about this company and the awesome work they do. Sincerely,J Martin

They did an amazing job with everything! Customer Service, my car itself, and keeping me in the loop. Everything is so tidy and clean at their location. Everyone was so tentative. Being new to Longview & having to pick a shop with no knowledge of who is reputable and who is not was a little intimidating, it was such a relief to for it to be such a breeze. 10/10, would recommend to anyone. Charlene and Jake helped me along the way and they were great!

My wife and I used Jo Hudson in Longview for the first time in the fall of '22 when a deer hit her Nissan Armada and took out most of the driver's side (yes, the deer hit her vehicle and not the other way around). I can honestly say in my lifetime I have had to use a body shop only a small number of times. We are VERY particular about our vehicles and keep them immaculate at all times. My insurance company recommended another shop that, upon contacting them, couldn't get us in for several weeks. My 2nd choice (from Geico) was Jo Hudson. Having never needed a body shop in Longview I called them and they had our car in their shop within 2 hours or so and the adjuster out the same day. Long story, but in today's world of customers don't matter any longer and customer service is a thing of the past, Jo Hudson gets it! They're professional, friendly, communicate well, and do OUTSTANDING work. I could literally go on and on. Since that time we have had two small issues with which they have helped us out on in the same day and for no charge (thank you Chelsea!!!). I hope never to need a body shop again but if we do there is NO doubt where we will go. Don't mess around with anyone else in Longview, Jo Hudson will blow your mind with how far they go out of the way to make sure you're treated fairly and that your car is put back to better than new.

Terrible service. Had to take my truck back multiple times. It still isn t right. Took over 4 months just to get it back the first time. Told them the front end was making noise. They "test" drove it for 5 mins and said it's fine. Took it back for a panel to get fixed that they didn t fix the first time, and now parts are missing. The paint job had tons of issues. Still have missing parts and a front making all kinds of noise. I've reached out multiple times and there's been nothing but excuses as to why no one is checking the work being done.

So I usually only write reviews for two reasons, really bad, or really good experiences. In the case of Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Longview, this is the latter. My car got hit in a parking lot, not a lot of damage, but it needed to be fixed. USAA recommended several shops, and joe Hudson's was the closest. The only issue was dropping off the vehicle. They take appointments for drop off so they do not get backed up, and I didn't know that. Still not a big issue. They even recommended which rental place to use because of pick up/drop off, and communication. Dropped off my Suburban, and the communication was constant. Every change; vehicle apart, parts ordered, being put back together, off to paint was sent to me via a text message. I was originally told the 29th for pick up, ended up being two days early. Jake was very easy to work with, and was very easy to get ahold of if I had questions. I hope I do not need to use an auto body shop again, but if I do, it will defiantly be Joe Hudson's.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The people here at Joe Hudson Collision are fantastic. They are very friendly. They give you a time on how long. Ours was a day early. We highly recommend Joe Hudson Collision. They treat you fair. My insurance carrier directed me to Joe Hudson, the newest collision shop in Longview. I am glad they did. I have never had the type of service from a collision repair center that I received from Joe Hudson. The repair was outsianding. The satff was superior. I high recommend Joe Hudson for your collision repair needs. You will not be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I do not recommend it bad service, it takes too long to give me back the vehicle I took my car for a small blow it has taken more than a month just waiting for parts and two months and it still has not been done.

My car looks better after the repair than it did before the accident. I received constant communication at every step of the repair and it was finished almost a week before the projected completion date.
