Visited Longview, TX Store 11/6/2023. Had auto key fob problem. They fixed. Had them test my auto while there.. Showed almost ready to fail on my 2020 Buick. They replaced. Very professional and good job. Used memory saver during replacement so memory not lost in vehicle. Had at dealer month ago for oil change, they said battery ok??Much easier to get replaced at Interstate than fail on side of road in middle of nowhere!Very satisfied except price of new battery, but it is what it is, everything is expensive these days. Good experience!

Great customer service! I was helped in no time Very knowledgeable on what I needed and gave me a great deal! I ve already bought two batteries from Interstate All Battery but I will be sure to always buy my batteries from here

I limped in 20 min before closing with dead batteries in my truck. Without a moments hesitation there were tested and confirmed dead after 5 years on a 48 month battery from interstate. Replaced them for me despite having to stay over closing time. Great products and people. Will always buy from interstate Longview store.

The new staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They are quick with battery installs, and do not mind answering any questions you may have! All in all Mahna Mahna

We are traveling to FL and our battery went out on our vehicle. We got to interstate battery and they were extremely quick and helpful and professional. Highly recommend if you have any battery needs.

When i walked in i felt like i was intruding on the employees social hour and all i got was stares, really unwelcoming. The employee in the skirt had no idea what she was talking about. the place itself wasn t clean, i saw a few cockroaches. I will not be returning.

Horrible experience. I'm not the type to go online and rant but In this situation I feel it is very much needed. I sent my wife in to pick up a battery for me 3 days ago. She brought home a battery that cost $148! She didn't know that you could get a good battery for half that price down the road. Today I took the battery in to ask for a full refund and they wouldn't take it. They kept insisting the battery was "used." There were a smudge marks on the sides where i picked it up (with dirty hands) to bring it back but it had not been installed. I told them this and asked if they could test it to see that it hadn't been installed. They did so and of course it tested as a new battery would, but they still wouldn't return it. I asked to speak to the store manager (his name is Ken) and when he approached me he immediately had an attitude. I was very polite when i simply asked him to return this for me since I couldn't afford it and hadn't been installed. He denied and almost immediately turned to walk off! I asked for the number to their warranty department and he gave me the completely wrong number. To make a long story short, I will never shop in this store again and I will make sure EVERYBODY knows about the horrible service I received from Ken and his employees.

The service I received was top notch! The service technician, Creed, was super friendly and eager to get me taken care of. I had two small children in the car with me and he went out of his way to make sure I could stay in the car with my children as much as possible. The entire process took less than 10 minutes (new battery purchase and install) and I was back on the road. Customer service like this is so rare these days and I can t thank Creed enough. This is my first Interstate battery and I am not expecting any problems..... But if I do have any problems, I m completely confident that Creed and Longview team will take care of me!

Great customer service to go with their well-known, top notch brand, and unbeatable prices. They were also very flexible and understanding when I did not have my old battery for the core trade in. They took me at my word that I would bring my old battery in and did not require any hoops to jump through for me to bring it back at a later date. Their website is simple to find the part you need and the people in the store were equally helpful in getting the product I wanted without any upsell pressure. I will always go to this location for any large batteries I need and would recommend them to anyone needing a similar product. This is one of the easiest 5 stars I have given.

Over the years I have bought several car batteries and other batteries as well from the Longview store and have NEVER been disappointed. They are very pleasant to do business with. I always recommend them. Thanks to everyone there.

Tremendous service and good product!I was driving through town in my RV when I started to have house battery problems. I called up the friendly folks at interstate and they were able to help me identify a good replacement product. When I arrived a the store, I realized I had overlooked a second battery that needed to be pulled. When I told the employee (Edward) that I'd be a few more minutes out in the parking lot getting that second battery removed, he insisted on coming out to help me. 100 degree day and texas humidity, he could have easliy waited inside the air-conditioned office, but he was friendly and so helpful. We had that battery out in 5 minutes, and then when I was done purchaseing my replacements, he insisted again on coming out and helping me install the new batteries. This is the kind of service that earns a customer for life!

Took a jump starter to get the battery replaced last July. Got it back and tried it on several different occasions and it would not jump start any vehicle. Took it back and the technician says it has a non-Interstate battery inside of it and they will not warranty it. I asked them how it got a non-Interstate battery if they replaced the battery last July? They didn t have an answer but would not make it right without me paying for another battery even though they had a record of them doing the work. I have been a longtime customer and have sent many people to them but not anymore. They can t be trusted. Don t take your equipment to them or buy batteries from them! You will regret it like me!

Called over there this morning and asked if they sold battery acid to fill a low battery. the guy on the phone told me buying and selling battery acid is a FELONY! I knew that was not correct. i drove to O Riley's auto parts and bought a gallon for $12 dollars. If they don't want to sell acid because they would rather sell batteries that's fine. But making up stories and lying to people seems wrong.

Garage door opener, bathroom scale, 18650 &CR123 rechargeable batteries, and a new battery for my Nissan Exterra. All common batteries as well.It s my no brainer store. Need ANY battery?Fast, courteous and cheaper than any box store!!
