My husband and I had a very pleasant experience today. Hudson spent hours with us going over all our options and got us in exactly the kind of car we were looking for and right in our budget! He was very attentive and sweet. The dealership has amazing warranty coverage and the cars are so nice!!! Really glad I saw their promo on FB!!

Tammie Jo took great care of me. She went above and beyond to get me in a ride even when Peltier Tyler turned me down. With no trade and 500 down and even filled my car up with gas. Sent it through service to check out for problems. Thank you for caring and for the hugs.

Don t know why I haven t received a license plate, and got my car in December, here it is April. This is ridiculous. I have never had problems with a car lot but this one. Then I got hung up on by one of your workers today, great business for a complaint and BBB

Wasn t really thinking about buying a new vehicle, was just looking and a salesman by the name of Smith called and said I Smith and I see you looking at vehicles and I said yes. He told if I came that day I would leave a new car today. Well I told him when I could come and he said ok. I went and he was very very helpful and he was honest and upfront with everything and I am pleased with the service I have received that day and the days I have to go back for my maintenance on my vehicle. First ever new car purchase was made here. Felt amazing at first, but when I really looked at the details they sold me a 23 g70 sport prestige for 47,000 dollars. After financing it was roughly 55,000. This used car has 3,500 miles on it. MSRP is 46,000. Was told market conditions were different. LOLFast forward a year and I really wanted the new 2.5L turbo in the 24.. was told they would give me 4k over KBB. Went in and was shown a 47,000 dollar MSRP CAR at 57,000 dollars.They marked it up 10,000 dollars.Told the GM I didn t want to pay over msrp, that s how I got dissatisfied here in the first place Proceeds to get upset and angry, acts super defensive and tells me the only way I ll get bonus cash on top of my trade is to get the 10,000 dollar markup.Idk if yall think I can t do simple math but 10,000-4,000 is 6000 over the original price.Y all deserve 0 business from anyone.Alsoooooo the car they sold me has a serious bumper issue that I was told was ordered. Turns out a month and a half later and they forgot to order it. The speakers have blown multiple times as well.Not only is sales terrible, every department in this dealership is HORRIBLE.If you are the GM and you want me to edit this detailed review, I would love to stop getting screwed over by yall.Have a good one.TLDR: 10,000 dollar mark ups, very dodgy sales tactics.

Hyundai of Longview is pushy and refuses to accept that i do not want to sell my car. I have made calls and sent letters telling them my car is not for sell (it's not even a hyundai???). I have asked to be removed from their mailing list. I have a complaint with the BBB. My next step will be a harasmnet complaint to the Federal Trade Commision.

Three hours of my life wasted, total run around thinking that I believed their lies that they were trying to get answers for financial approval. I am 67 years old and have been dealing with life and issues for many years. I know your smoke and mirrors routine and am highly offended that you were not even addressing the initial vehicle that brought us to this business. Shame on you.

This dealership is a very iffy dealership to me. It seemed when I first got there and started the buying process everything was fine. They were very open and informative and welcoming. The issue started after the signing on the dotted line. The vehicle I purchased started having electrical issues not even a week after driving off the lot, as well as it had an open urgent fire hazard recall. I brought both of these issues up with the dealership and my salesman was the only person to take me seriously on the issues. The service department was a joke to say the least. I had to call and harrass to get any information. After 2 weeks I called and the answer I was given was, I was told to give you your car back because we don't know what caused the issue even though we know for sure it was having issues vecause there were 4 pages full of codes in the history. It seems like my salesman wither quit or got fired throughout the process of this and I got left with 0 knowledge of what was going on. Very unprofessional place.

Had to go for an update to the cars system. They were also in the middle of a computer update which added time to the wait. The techs will need to be watched closely. However, they did a wonderful job and tried to get you in and out.

Our rep was named Trey and was an absolute delight to do business with. He helped my daughter and I get into a beautiful brand new Tuscon. We test drive 3 cars and he explained very thoroughly any questions we had. It was very nice having someone that could help as much as he did to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for.

Very shady dealership, went in to buy a used car in my price range and they kept forcing new/newer cars on me made by Hyundai, then before I could agree on a vehicle I started getting emails my credit was hit 8 times. Here I am 90 days later no permanent tags keep calling and the salesman proceeds to tell me there is a lien against this car from the previous owners and is halting them from getting my tags.

I was looking for a very specific make & trim of the Santa Cruz and had to cast a wide net to find one. The closest to me was this Longview dealership (117 miles). I reached out and Taylor got right back to me. Prompt, informative, professional and easy to work with, we did the entire deal from trade-in to purchase all via text and phone. What a superb buying experience. Two days later, they dropped off my new car at my home and drove the trade-in away. Spectacular service all around. Thanks Taylor!

Just wanted to take a few minutes to brag about this dealership. They are amazing from the moment to driver onto the lot till your drive off. I want to really brag on 2 people that are always going the extra mile to take care of us. Will is our car salesman I know that is weird to say. I never thought I would have a go to car guy since they get such a bad wrap but Will is awesome and always works with us to get us what we need. I have bought 2 cars from him and have never regretted either of them. He is always available to help with whatever I need even if I think it is a dumb question. Once you buy a car from them go see Sabrina for all of your car service needs. She is timely and always super sweet to everybody she talks to. She always answers all of my questions and if she doesn't know the answer she finds our very quickly for you. To put it into perspective how much I enjoy the Hyundai of Longview Family. There is a dealership 20 minutes from me and I drive an hour to Longview to because their services is 100 times better than the close dealership. Go to Longview to buy any car you need ask for Will and tell them Madison Whittenberger sent you and he will take care of you.So thankful to be apart of the Hyundai Family.

I had a great experience there. I drove 90 miles go purchase a vehicle. We crunched numbers before I arrived and from the time I test drove to the time I left was a little over an hour. Great experience and I would happily make the drive again.

Dealership quoted me a different price over multiple phone calls on the phone than they stated once I arrived at dealership. Essentially forced a sale of dealer package despite my refusal. Once I agreed, they then did not even include dealer package. Vehicle broke down twice leaving me stranded in west texas first week of ownership; was a brand new 2023. Recently I brought to dealership for new tires; making good on my dealer warranty covering against road hazards. First they would not leave their desk and go outside to ensure my vehicle arrived. I was told it never arrived and had to call AAA and almost called the police to file a stolen vehicle report. It turns out that for 3 days the ladies in the service dept decided they didnt want to stand up and walk outside to see it. I had a nail in two tires, they kept my car for 2 weeks, started the claim a week later; then only ordered one tire, telling me there was no nail in the second one; hoping to essentially punish me for even bothering them so I would still leave with a flat tire. I was told I would receive a call back 30 times during the time my vehicle was left there. I never received a call. I still have not received my vehicle back.

I recently bought a hyundai (at patterson volkswagon in Tyler, which i do NOT reccomend). The AC went out 4 days after I bought it! When I called the service department here in Longview, Ryan was kind, answered all of my questions and got me an appointment within a few days even though they were busy. He called me with updates, ordered parts and had my AC fixed by the next day! The ladies in the service department were very sweet and helpful as well. I highly recommend this place, especially after the horrible service we had in Tyler. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced here! Thank you so much!

Had a good experience considering that it s not always easy to buy a car. Took a while to get to an agreement but we were happy with what we ended up with. My only critique would be that in the financing phase, Ed never tried to point out that they added a $3000 service contract to the deal, (which supposedly was an OTD price). But in Ed s defense, he was super busy, got us through signing fast and we would have agreed to the sensible plan anyway considering they got us a much lower interest rate. Plus I m a fan of warranties. They ve saved me in the past. In the end my wife drove off with exactly the car she wanted and that s a good thing and the reason they still get five stars. Just make sure you know what services they re adding in the finance office if you aren t sure you want them.
