I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!!Rooms were super clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were down right amazing. I was to give credits to the GM Lauri and to the front desk associate Erika. Professional, respectful, and super helpful! I will be coming back!Rooms: Clean and great amenities

Not worthy of the Hilton brand. Needs to close and start over.First time I stayed here (for business) was 2018 and it was decent and clean with good clientele. The fam and I travel through two times a year and we ve been staying since I first discovered. This last two stays have been going down hill, rapidly. We selected a room the day before and checked in thru the app. We get here and get our key. When we walk in the room, it was obvious someone else was given that room. After a bit of haggling with the desk (they had no clue what was happening) we got the room next door.The tiles feel as they had been mopped using water from a nearby restaurant s kitchen. Supper slick and slimy. The vent-fans in the bathrooms don t work. We re on the top floor and I could hear someone else showering. Our shower tub spigot sprayed water everywhere on the floor. The shower curtain was almost too short to stay in the shower. Ppl were slamming doors all night; would it bankrupt the hotel to put soft-closers on the doors? Really need to wash the building: When you look out the windows it s blurry and covered in mildew. Makes the stay feel, well, gross and unclean.Breakfast: Food was fresh but, something s changed with the coffee and if it s hot, it still tastes like the cheapest store-brand from the general store.We won t be returning to this hotel in the future; I really needs a complete makeover to retail the Hilton name. We usually have a great stay at Hilton Inns, for business and personal stays. But this one no way. And why is only one elevator working? Been this way for over a year!!Noteworthy details: Needs a make-over. Or, strip the Hilton name off the door.

I don t normally complain, but housekeeping does not change duvets, my room had hair all over the bed and the restroom, and the ice bucket has a lot of mold, the restroom had a lot of hair like it was never cleaned. The refrigerator had boxes of foodsI got changed to another room, and It had hair on the bed also. This is the worst hotel I ever been too.

The Rooms seem old and tired. There was a roach on the wall, the light fixture in bathroom crashed down with water dripping down during the night (there were many water spots on the ceiling so I think this wasn t the first time), there was no room service even after second day and even after asking for it, and the sink backed up. Overall, it seemed like this hotel is a has been place. Maybe once it was up to snuff, but it seems like it s seen better days. The price should be way less if this is the case. Night staff was very kind.Rooms: Worn out.

Our suite (#329) smelled like mold/mildew. Even a strong fragrance plug-in would not cover it up. There was only 1 elevator working and it was VERY slow. There was a fire alarm issue while there. I work remotely and when I stepped out for a minute, I could not get back in via elevator or stairs. Pool was very cold and hot tub was to for being heated (end of September). Canned sodas are $3.Breakfast was great with many options and delicious omelets. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Personally, I had a wonderful experience the time I was there with my girlfriend and sister while we seeing family. The customer service was absolutely amazing and the workers were super friendly and helpful, which is hard to find these days. The beds were nicely made and clean along with room as well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning on coming to longview whether it is to get away or vacation for the family, plus not to mention they have swimming pool for kids to enjoy and a gym do your workouts.

Jose at the front desk was VERY exceptional from check in to check out. Always engaging in conversation and he s an extremely likable person. Amazing customer service all around.Now for the room, our room was gorgeous. Definitely check out the room options with whirlpool hot tub (IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE). Huge room with very reasonable rates.

Staff was very nice and helpful but This was the dirtiest Hilton I have ever stayed at.They switched our room and it wasn't much better. Wet carpet, loose tiles, scratches and stains all over the walls. Furniture was wet and particle board was swollen and mushy. The seat by the bed had oil or something all over it.Not worth more than $40 a night and bring your own disinfectant.

I'm giving this a 4 star the hotel is great the staff and everything beds are comfy rooms are big and nice and clean but late at night the elevators seem to never work and being on the 4th floor wasn't any fun and also said they had 40 TV channels but we where lucky to get 15 and mostly was the news and sports so that kinda sucked but other then that love the hotel

I have just checked out of this hotel, and I wanted to share the hospitality from the young lady working early this morning (5/30/23) after midnight. I am trying to be specific because I do not know her name.I was so exhausted and I did not plan to stay in Longview overnight. I attempted to use third-party companies to reserve a room. I ended up contacting this location directly, and the young lady I spoke with was so courteous, so sweet, and so kind; I felt like she knew me personally and had compassion for my situation. This young lady is an excellent example of the hospitality you expect when walking into a hotel. At this point, I have to say, BRAVO Hampton Inn, you have a jewel behind the counter after midnight.CON:Unfortunately, I have to give an overall review of four stars . This has nothing to do with my stay. It has to do with the fact that I attempted to talk with the manager during my checkout. I waited for about 10 minutes before I finally gave up and left. You could hear the manager in the office behind the counter talking. So for me, I m assuming it was more of a personal conversation. She never took the time to come out and ask if I had any problems. The young lady at the front desk this morning was sweet and kind.For me, it is unfortunate that I could not give the young lady praise that I dealt with during my check-in because the manager did not have time to come to the front desk.I normally stay at another Hampton Inn in Longview, but I called this location by mistake. Again because of the lady that checked me in, there was no reason for me to change my reservation.All of the employees that I interacted with during the short stay, were courteous and kind. I have to say that I wish the manager would consider that as well.

I don t come to Longview as often anymore, but when I did, This would always be the hotel I d stay at. I stayed again this past weekend for the first time in 4 years, and it has definitely aged! Smells very clean, but the rooms are aging, and the 4th floor hallway feels like it s going to collapse with all the holes in the floor. I didn t go on the other floors, so I m not sure how those are. Not being able to check in digitally was a little annoying but I know that s not the hotel s fault. It would be nice to see some TLC done to this hotel to make it what it used to be 5-7 years ago.

Was there briefly. Great, spacious room. Staff was very friendly when checked in, at breakfast and when checked out.Rooms: I was meeting someone there so big, spacious room with whirlpool.Food & drinks: Close to several restaurants within driving distance.

Really loved this Hampton Inn... Jose,Nadia,and Whitney really went above and beyond to make sure my crew and myself stays were comfortable... The location itself is a super winner for, there's many different places to diner and enjoy when you are staying here... Keep up the great professional energy and we will definitely be back to stay with you guys on our next project... The customer service representatives were amazing to put it shortly. The only thing that was "wrong" was the pool and hot tub not being available at the time. The shower/tub more than made up for it though. The bed was comfy, clean room, and just amazing employees. It was nice to see another branch instead of the one I work for. Keep up all the amazing work!

This was one of the worst hilton experiences ive ever had with Hilton.The first room we got had a tv that didnt work and when we went to ask for a different room we got attitude from the lady there. She switched us and the second room we got was worse. I take my socks off and the carpet was moist... then the water pressure in the shower was really low. Like miserably low.Then we get into bed and theres HAIRS all in the bed. As if they just remade the bed instead of washing everything.Im a hilton gold member and ive usually had amazing experiences at just about all of them in the west region. But this was terrible. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Im deeply disappointed that i wasted points on this place.

We are low maintenance, and really don t care if a room is dated or not as long as everything works, but there were two issues-one minor, one major. The minor one was having trouble getting pool towels from the front desk, the major one was waking up to swarm termites in the morning. That is very much not ok.

I will let the photos speak for themselves, garbage cans over flowing, ice machine out of order, fluid stain from refuse bin with smell, broken furniture not removed from pool area, or outdoor sitting area, pool dirty, hot tub out of order, the outside lighted sign on side of building should have clued me in when half of it didn't work. One small bar of soap in the room, you have to ask for anything more.Disappointed.
