Just signed for my second Atlas Cross Sport with them. You cannot get better customer service than Blake Anderson. He did an amazing job answering all my questions and making sure I was 100% happy with the purchase. I absolute loved my 2023 Cross Sport, so much I'm putting my teen in it and I'm adding 2024 R Line. It's got such amazing details and finishes. Love it! And love the safety and quality Volkswagen brings to the table. Thank you Blake for helping me make this happen, and thank you Reggie for taunting me at the gym with the new one!

The best car buying experience the wife and I have ever had. Blake Anderson was very professional, No hassle and friendly. The whole process went very smooth. They do a great job at making the Coustomer feel comfortable. John in finance was great also. From the sales manager Joe to Blake to the technician and make ready, you guy have a great team. We will definitely buy here again. Thanks for the great experience.

Wow!...where do I start! we purchased a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L from them on October 24th, 2023. First vehicle we have ever bought site unseen and delivered to our home. First of all since our purchase we have heard zero from our salesman Astin or the sales manager whom we spoke with several times...no thank you, are you pleased with the vehicle? any concerns? etc. Once they delivered and we signed the paperwork, no communication! We are thankful at this point that there 'seems' to be no mechanical issues but there were numerous issues with the van itself and had we looked at it on the lot in person would NOT have purchased it... of course once the driver made the delivery and was ready to drive our trade in back, we went ahead and kept it. The carpet in the rear area was pulled away from walls and the molding, there were significant dings & bubles where places had been painted over, a hole in the bumper, the wiring/electrical cover was missing, an ac vent cover was laying on the floor, a cigarette burn in the rear leather seat, the driver arm rest plug is missing, cup holder liner missing, a crack in the plastic housing that covers the instrument/odometer panel. My husband has requested from our sales person the cup holder liner and the arm rest plug...no answer or communication, call or by text since. Do your due diligence and request a live up close video of any vehicle purchase that is a delivery and ask your salesperson of ANY issues or blemishes the vehicle may have before you buy! There is no way Gorman McCracken wasn't aware of ALL of these issues!

I would like to put in my review for the VW service at Gorman-McCracken in Longview TX. When we travel we normally go to this dealership for any repair/service needed. We went there for our 30,000 mile checkup where they also did an oil change even though we had one done 2,000 miles prior which was part of the 30,000 mile warranty checkup. A few days later we started driving to Florida and our oil light came on saying it was over filled. I immediately pulled over, checked it and it was a little high. The VW manual said to take it to a VW dealer which we did. They said it was okay but the light came back on and stayed on our whole trip. We called a VW dealer in Jacksonville FL (Tom Bush Volkswagen) and said the would squeeze us in even though they were booked out for 2 weeks. They said it was high and drained some oil out which fixed our problem, however did charge us $50 because it wasn t part of the 30,000 mile warranty. I opened up a ticket against Gorman-McCracken with VW Customer CARE who was working with Gorman-McCracken Service Manger. I was told that he was going to refund our $50 cost for their mistake and to expect a call from the Service Manager. I kept checking my credit card to see if a refund was issued. Time passed and never received a callback nor a $50 refund. I contacted VW Customer CARE again and they asked me to call the Service Manager (Lance) which I did. He said told me that he was no longer the Service Manager and would pass my information on to the new Service Manager. I waited and never received a call so I went back to VW Customer CARE. They talked with the new Service Manager and she said she would not refund me the $50. I believe Gorman-McCracken should stand by their work. Their mistake caused us some headache and time plus $50. Because of their actions, I will never bring my car back to them and decided to open a formal complaint. Your sales representative, Blake Anderson, allowed me a full and complete opportunity to examine and test drive the car I had an interest in. No rush. No sales pitch. He allowed me to take my own time getting used to the car. And his knowledge of the product was outstanding. Later, the price negotiation was straightforward and sensible for both parties. I drove a long way to reach your dealership and your staff made it worthwhile.

Blake went above and beyond!! I had been in the market for 2.5 weeks and knew exactly what I was looking for. Blake worked with me, very patiently, for almost 3 days to get me the best deal possible! After doing my research on my trade and what should I pay for the new vehicle I was happy with the amount we easily agreed on for both vehicles. Everyone that works in the dealership looked like they enjoy working at Gorman. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back for future business as well as tell all my friends and family to shop there.

Warning!!! The professionalism at this dealership is zero. My father is 95 years old went to this dealership, to purchase a car. They changed the purchase to a lease (knowing the lease means more money, coming from the buyer), and said they explained to him. All he knew was what they were telling him. My father had a friend with him, but they did this when the friend wasn t present it was three people on him to sign the papers. He signed and left. My husband and I went to this dealership with my father the next day, because my father s friend called and said they were taking advantage of him. The next day my husband and I drove from Houston to Longview to intercede for my father, and said he s not gonna do this. They said oh yes he is. He owns the car because he signed, they never gave him copies of papers he signed he had no keys and the car was still in their possession. He had nothing showing he own the car not even to mention when we were there they never showed us the papers. They were adamant that he owned the car it took everything we could get out of this. My father even got financing to pay cash for the car they wanted to sell.But then they said they weren t going to sell us their car. Well, wait I thought it was already my father s car !!! Not to mention they tried to him cheat him out of his 2016 Mazda only giving him $500 and they wanted $3500 down on the lease. Jose Rodrguez said go somewhere else and buy a car. It s either do it their way or you don t get our car. Not to mention the rudeness, the gentleman Jose Rodriguez is very very very rude. We all get taken advantage of at some point but a 95-year-old man it is disgusting! Stay away from this place you don t have to believe me go look at the other reviews (not just on Google) for yourself.

I drove up from Houston for a family trip and my car needed some emergency repairs. I called the service department and Crystal was an absolute blessing. She was so patient and helpful and was able to resolve my car issues. Thank you for helping me to enjoy the remainder of my vacation stress free.

By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! It was a running joke that my Atlas could not make it two months without being back in the shop. Not only was the customer service horrid multiple times I would leave the shop from them "fixing" one of the multiple issues with my vehicle and a different light would come on than what was on then when I took it to them! I would have to turn around and take it back or schedule another time to take it in. Majority of the time it was due to them not putting it back together correctly after having to take it apart to "fix" it. Other than the mechanical issues I loved my Atlas but will never buy another VW due to this dealership being the closest place for me to take it for service.

This is our second suv we have bought from this dealer and all I can say is wow. Our sales person is kaylon and he is great. Made our buying experience great. He needs a raise for sure. The general manager was great also. We will be buying more vehicles from this dealership in the future. Always a pleasure and very friendly. Everything about this dealership is awesome including the service center.

2024 Update! In my 2022 GTI now, what keep me coming back is their customer service, from my 17" Red GTI and now my 2022 they continue to make sure you are taken care of with your needs. Accommodating and courteous they are what you look for when you care for your vehicle and safety.

My experience at Gorman McCracken was not good. I went there Tuesday for a repair, I had to go back today which was Thursday to get it Refixed and had to wait 3 hours each time. But what was most disturbing to me last year? I went there, my air conditioner was leaking. They told me it would cost $1100 to fix. I could not afford it at the time. So I told them I would be back at another date. Just the other day I was at another automotive store. They fixed my air conditioner for $125. Wow, what does that tell you? Also, they told me it would cost $66 to replace my air filter. I bought one at a part store for $20. I don't believe I will ever go back there.

I had gone to Gorman - McCracken 1.5 months ago to inquire about service. They were very happy to help me. I just bought a new vehicle there and I felt like I was at a family reunion and I was the cousin, they hadn't seen in awhile. They all knew my name; from my sellsman-Big Mike, to the service department-Steve and staff, to Joel any all who played a part, it was an excellent experience. Excited about doing business with them in the future!

What a WONDERFUL experience! I have personally never purchased a new vehicle, nor have I ever driven or even sat in a Mazda. But after about a year or more of vehicle research and current sales prices, we decided to drive across the State-line (past our "local" Mazda dealership) to check out Gorman McCracken Mazda. I have to say, I'm very impressed by Mazda's overall craftsmanship, attention to detail, reliability, and resale value. Almost equally as much, we were also very impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service at Gorman McCracken Mazda. I first spoke with Keith Bounds over the phone to set up a test drive. He seemed very friendly and informative, but not to the level of the stereotypical pushy salesman. He also understood that there was no need for a drawn out phone conversation prior to us actually seeing and driving the vehicle. Upon our arrival at the dealership, our chosen 2019 CX-9 Signature was parked front-and-center, with the heater and heated Napa leather seats turned up high (it was a particularly windy and chilly morning in East Texas). Keith greeted us at the front door and, after a brief introduction, we got right to the test drive. He was there through every step of the purchasing process, working with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager to get us the best deal possible. Overall, everyone we dealt with at the dealership was extremely pleasant and helpful and, if all goes well with this vehicle, we'll be going back to Longview for our next new vehicle purchase.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went there to buy a car. The initial salesman was extremely nice but he was brand new and was not able to negotiate anything so he had to get the assistant sales manager. He negotiated slightly but we couldn t come to an agreement. He started get get irritated because I wasn t happy with the so called great deal he was trying to make for me, which was really no deal at all. The assist manager then had the general sales manager to come out and try to convince me that they were bending over backwards to work with us and that they were losing thousands of dollars with the offer they were trying to make. After finally being fed up with them we decided to leave without purchasing the car. The manager and assist manager then followed me and my wife outside where they proceeded to yell at me and my wife in front of our kids. I would not recommend these people to anyone, ever. Stay away.
